Brilliant location and nice room and facilities but too virus friendly. E.g. - Minimal mask-wearing. From my experience staff wear masks for fewer than half of customer interactions and when they do they sometimes wear them loosely or covering only the mouth. For example we returned to our room to find two members of staff cleaning it. One had no mask and the other wore hers loosely over her mouth. They didn't correct this when we entered. Overall it appears to be up to individual staff members whether they wear masks. - Staff (masked and unmasked) often stand closer than two metres to customers when talking to them. - Several communal doors require opening with hand. - Breakfast drinks are on a buffet type table forcing guests to touch items and surfaces touched by other guests. I observed no sanitising equipment at breakfast. - The hotel promised an email pre-arrival with information to minimise duration of check-in but this did not arrive. Management is failing in its duty of care to customers by not doing enough to protect them from COVID-19. Staff are pleasant and helpful and breakfast is good.

We stayed at this new, beautiful hotel and had a wonderful stay! It has modern, clean and really nice rooms, good SPA facilities and is located near the beach. The hotel offers bikes to lend, free of change, this was a perfect way for us to get around and explore Sopot. The bicycle paths along the sea is one of the best things about Sopot. We highly recommend the hotel, and would really like to come back!

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in, excellent service from the staff, great location ony two minutes to the beach and ten minutes to the city. A quiet neighborhood with a lovely garden, the rooms were well isolated so you could not hear your neighbor. A very good breakfast with both cold and warm dishes. The only thing we missed was a pillow menu since the pillows in the beds were too soft. A part from that it was perfect!

Our first time here in Sopot and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. Great facility, attentive staff, and an awesome breakfast included. We were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived until our departure. A good value. Steps away from the beach. Complimentary bike rental was a plus. Special mention to Matthew who provided the most excellent breakfast and service. It’s not often that you find such a genuine person on a hotel staff. Their restaurant Stona Woda has a lovely menu and the food is second to none. As for the hotel, the only improvement I can think of is to upgrade the pillow provided. We will be back for sure.

A new hotel with potential. On the positive side: cleanliness, proximity to the beach, nice SPA zone, a variety of breakfasts. A few points, however, are still to be improved. First of all, customer service could be on a better level. On the negative side also misleading description of the object on booking.com. On the website under one name Hotel Villa Testa, places are sold in hotel rooms as well as in the villa next to the hotel. We were convinced that we were booking a room in a villa, while on the spot it turned out that we booked a place in a hotel room (no explicit information when making a reservation). In addition, in the description of our room on booking.com there were several facilities that were not available in the room. When we have asked the staff about it, we have heard that these facilities (listed in the description of the room that we have booked) are only available in the villa (!).
