There is a bowling alley in the building. If the manager is throwing a little party (and some pins), you hear the rumble all night. Rooms are smelly. Doublebeds are 140cm wide and solid as a rock, so you better be small and tough. Windows are untight. All signs are in polish - no translations. The most lightbulbs in the "spa area" are broken. The staff is very polite but speaks barely english. You cant pay in euro. Food was good. Overall a nice family guesthouse but no hotel. No international standard. Of course no refunds.
We stayed for a week in summertime and I have to say that starting from family rooms, food, entertainment everything is done to make families happy. Kids have always some kind of entertainment (animations, swimming, zoo, jump park etc) . Great holiday place for families.
Peace and quiet, not only for the business trip. The stuff are very friendly and helpful. Recomended also for family holidays. Rooms - standard , bar - standard. Good and tasty food. Lake with small island.
A group of charming historic houses located on the neighboring lakes. it is a wonderful place because it is quiet and natural. Very good as a hotel stay or a rest. The houses smell beautiful and the nature captivates. My recommendation!!!
We have stayed in Dolina Charlotty for a week in summertime, family 2+2. We are VERY disappointed, the rooms are small, beds old&uncomfortable and food outdated and not tasty (buffet). There is no fresh fruits and vegetables served in summertime but frost crap... The only positive was nice staff that are friendly but cannot help with anything because they do not have any tools to work with... This hotel was probably a good one 10 years ago..
Stayed in Rybaczówka rooms on the water for 3 nights and we weren’t impressed at all. The hotel is maybe 4 star but they can’t count the rooms on the water as 4 stars too just because they are under the same management. I’m giving 3 stars but I’m sure it will reflect on the hotel as a whole. First impressions count and it wasn’t a good one. As soon as we walked into the room we’ve noticed -one bottle of water was opened and drunk from (see picture). -The rubbish bin was still full (see picture). -The ant repellant was left behind the TV (see picture). Don’t think it was there for the guests to help themselves. Good that we didn’t have the kids with us because that would of been a disaster. -The closest plug for the kettle was by the window so had to put the kettle on the floor to boil some water. A better room set up is a must. -The bedside table was sticky (see picture) -The window was dirty (see picture) -when need to use an iron to iron a shirt for an occasion we were told that the iron room is in the main building. It was raining so we had to drive there around the hotel because the walk from Rybaczówka to the main building in the rain would be unpleasant. On my return, just by a chance I discovered an iron in the communal area of Rybaczówka. The staff need to be informed that the iron is available in Rybaczówka as it would save us a trip to the main building. The website says towel are changed every day and sheets are changed every 2 days. We stayed for 3 nights and we had no house keeping over those days. When I complained to the reception I was told that the opened bottle of water possibly belonged to the cleaner. I had to ask for replacement because staff didn’t offer it. When complained about the cleanness and the daily housekeeping the staff explained that it’s always done on request. please inform your guests about this when checking in. It will save you a complaint. The positive feedback: -Nice surrounding atmosphere. But you can get that going camping or clamping. -Big buffet breakfast. -Free use of sauna, jacuzzi, swimming pool and the gym. Bring the toiletries and the towel with you because the containers with soap are empty. -The staff is nice and polite.…
We have stayed there at the end of August/beginning of September. So, here we go, our pros & cons: 1 ROOM good spacious rooms (well at least these with the balcony) minus: - at least one socket was hidden behind large, heavy bed and was not possible to reach it (big heavy bed tops of the bed "defends" access to the socket :)) 2.BREAKFAST in the form of a richly stocked buffet (in addition to standard egg type, scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, muesli, there were also freshly made pancakes, plenty of cheese, wedges, salads, yoghurts, and as well as 3 or 4 types of herrings.) MINUS: - lack of orange juice (there was only orange nectar - but it is not juice) Which is quite surprise -because I can get fresh orange juice in any IBIS Budget hotel which obviously cost less than Charlotta's Resort. 3.LUNCH is really average ("half-board") in the form of a buffet as well, however, very limited( no fresh fruits or salads/tomatoes, so nothing special to put on the side of your plate). also as a big minus: Coffee was not included in the dinner - if you want one -you need to pay extra. I suggest eating elsewhere. (Ustka is not that far away -and there are plenty of nice places for a lunch). 4. BALINESE SPA We took plenty of treatments (RASUL for two) , plenty of massages(relaxing massage of the whole body for two, shiatsu massage, hot stone massage) and I visited also beauticians twice for a skin treatment. All was just PERFECT, high level of customer service. highly recommended (my favourite was Shiatsu massage!!!) MINUS: jacuzzi has a lot of sand - i think is time to clear after the season, the same with the water filters of swimming pool (those on the bottom) Overall: it is a good hotel with fab Balinese SPA I think is perfect for a couple. I saw also other attractions, like a seal sanctuary or horse riding and there is Zoo as well. I like this place but it needs some small improvement (except SPA).…
A very spacious new hotel with comfortable facilities and some surprising things hidden up its sleeve! Lovely friendly staff throughout. Great service. Delicious fresh food at the buffet and for breakfast. Room comfortable - we were provided with a fan for the hot weather but a good improvement would obviously be air conditioning. Powerful shower and opening windows. Good internet. Downstairs is the Rock bar where there are a couple of...wait for it...bowling alleys!! What a great idea. There is also a lovely looking spa and pool and the grounds here are gorgeous forest with a lake and a zoo!! (I didn’t get there). Overall a very friendly, beautiful and comfortable place to stay.
I cannot say anything about the hotel or the restaurant because I have never slept in it or slept in it. The rest of the place is simply good. The zoo, the seal centre and the rest of the area is great to walk around and enjoy the time.
Very nice place near forest and lakes a lot of attractions for children but hotel itself for ma should max 3 stars. Rooms are ok but more then ok, nothing special. Rock pub have absolutely no charm and service is not professional, Excpect this bar there is no place to seat after 10pm, only sofa in lobby that is not nice. Food for dinner in restaurant is avarage quality, breakfast is ok. There is nicer restaurant on lake. Generally it looks like conference orienteited hotel not for single guetst
