Had a great time over there, staff was talking english, we had great view from our room, good thing about the inside parking. Staff nice, food great, spa and wellness area amazing. had the best massage ever.
The room was beautiful, staff nice and kind, had great time over there. Food at the restaurant amazing. Definetely will go back there. Spa and wellness? Terrific. I had massage, lady was nice and very professional.
This is the only issue that we had, it was so hot that sleeping at night was difficult and unpleasant , with sea view room, opening windows wont help u due to noise from the street (bands, pubs etc) Aircon on floor 4 not efficient enough in my opinion and this is issue with design and way how is made. Other than this, staff very healpfull and friendly... aha ... ignore fridge option as these fridges works as aircon, almost not at all
We have been visited the hotel for two days and I was the worst hotel that I have seen during my life. First of all, when we arrived from Germany asked the reception desk to use the parking they tell us that go and park there but the door was closed. We go there for three times but nobody was there. After half an hour the reception called the person who was in charge and find him and asked him to go to the parking. ( used an old black cell phone) Second, we went to the pool with my sister, her husband and son. In the entrance, the person let my family to go in and stopped me. She told that we can not accept you because we think you are not the hotels gust. I asked the person who was named “ Anna” what is the difference between me and my sister??” She told “you were the coat and I am pretty sure that you came directly from outside!!!!!” I asked her, please let me go and she said I can’t and “ it’s a part of my responsibility to check the people’s identification “!!! It’s unbelievable but they forced me to provide the hotels key and passport to enter the pool. Third, we had an argument with restaurant staffs who are very rude in morning. I tried to find the hotels manager to complain but he was busy and in the meeting!!! I think instead of attending the meeting it’s better to walk around the hotel and see what is really going on there. Fourth, the staffs are overall rude, unprofessional and can not speak English. I advise you that Do not go to this hotel if possible! …
I was little bit confused, hotel is nice and comfortable, but there are some issues to mention. Rooms are clean and large, but walls are from "paper". You can hear anybody from next rooms up and below. Wellness and spa are small and together in one place (pool, jakuzzi, sauna and steam...). Restaurants are on acceptable quality level. Hotel is suitable for families, singles can be disturbed. Place is near to beach, pier and sea.
When checking in they could not find the booking for our two rooms nor the spa treatment . After a while they found it and withput any excuse we got two room far from what we booked. No sea view and single beds. The corridor on the first floor smelled chemicals and far from a pleasant spa feeling . With total uninterest of helping or excusing the spa treatment was booked for the morning. It was not expensive but the guy who did the massage did unfortunately not understand english so no communication about where to focus the massage . Avarage result after 75 minutes massage. Pools where maximum 29 degrees and the Spa was not at all any spa worth the name . There was a discount coupon saying 40 % and told valid before treatment but only valid to 10 % after the treatment . So it was not expensive but please take my advise and choose a place where smiles and professionalism is the trademark. This Aurora hotel has a lot to improve before it is even close.…
I believe that this hotel is more suitable for families with young children that want to take advantage of all attractions that town has to offer that for couples that want to spend a quiet time away from the action.
A very nice hotel - excellent location, in the heart of the town. Rooms and bathrooms are clean, we were twice already, with small children. Nice and polite staff. Good food & pool area, although the water too cold in the regular pool and also in the children one. The drawback is the price - here I can recommend finding some special deals.
Started off with a miserable meet & greet by Aleksandra W. at reception followed by bitter disappointment when entering the room to be met by 'twin beds' having specifically requested a double. This was particularly annoying as I had advised the hotel that we had just got married!!!. The answer was to place another mattress on the bed which didn't help after being told there were no spare rooms. Breakfast ok...nice man making the eggs who btw said that the hotel was relatively quiet for the time of year...but no spare rooms!!!!...swimming pool ok. On departure day guy arrived with a trolley to help take the bags downstairs and then stood there whilst i loaded 6 bags onto the trolley. when we got downstairs he buggered off with no offer to help load the car. The hotel is dated and the service most definitely not 4 star. Retro part of the hotel not recommended, small room, just the view was amazing however very noisy at night. SPA and restaurant good service . Overall avoid if you can.…
We stayed the hotel 3 nights in the apartment. Rooms are made every day and are clean. Unfortunately walls are so thin that in the evening you can hear your neighbors alcoholic talks. Bedroom is blind i.e. there is no window and beds as too soft what, considering the price is even more disappointing. Also the underground garage is so tight and tiny that it forced the owner to mount car lifts what is really annoying as you have to wait for your car in a queue and risk to scratch it when maneuvering. The place (not only the hotel) is crowded by older German tourists. So you don't feel being in Poland but rather east of Germany. Food served for breakfast is of good quality and there is a variety of choice. The hotel is located directly at famous city pier though in the summer it may be disturbing due to proximity of small restaurants and fast food kiosks. One thing must mention - the beach and Wolinski National Park is awesome ! Overall if you want to overspend a bit and don't mind crowing older German tourists this is a place for you. …
