Unfriendly staff who speak mainly polish ( ok so it's Poland, but a smile goes along way!) Pool area a disgrace, dirty/broken hot tub also broken, 10 sun lounge's in whole area. Couldn't get a spa appointment ( pre-booking good idea but unfortunately not available on their website ) Walls VERY thin we could hear everytime another room went to toilet or talked ( earplugs!! ) No in room information as to where local attractions are or what time pool open or dinner is or where to catch the shuttle train ...nothing Just really not helpful or friendly at all. Postive Breakfast/dinner buffet good, only water or tea available though! Free car park. My opinion save your money and go elsewhere ( nearer the beach!!) Ok for a night, but a holiday? No way!
Ok hotel, no air condition, clean. The pool area was not so nice, a small pool, two jacuzzi's and only 5 sun beds for all guests. The pool area was very loud and not relaxing, breakfast was ok, nice staff and you could rent bikes.
the room was large and absolutely above our expectations. Unfortunately very few of the staf spoke anything but Polish. Even in the reception, they spoke very little English or even German. Unbelievable so close to the German border. The breakfast was ok with a fair choice of bread, eggs, sausages and cereals. The dinner buffet was less satisfying. But at least we were not hungry after the dinner
I am glad we stayed only for 2 nights, our room had a nice balcony with a view on a central airconditioner , if I was suppose to stay there for a week and look at airconditioner every time I wake up, I'd be more than frustrated. Rooms are small, we had a double room with an extra bed for 10 year old kid, we could hardly move. Furniture is dark, and you get a feeling of sadness when you stay in the room a bit longer - not recommended for summer vacations. I think it might be a good hotel for business guests, conferences etc but not for summer vacations with kids. Free parking for guests is a plus.
I really like this place since I used to stay there for business purposes many times in recent years. The rooms are modest but clean, beds are convenient. Wi-fi works well if your room is not too far from the router. The only disadvantage of this place is restaurant and its service. they used to have many bloopers (Carpaccio with Pekin cabbage instead of rucola, restaurant full of guests at breakfast with 50% of tables uncleaned with extensive waiting for cleaning. but this is minor in confrontation with hospitality of this place
Stayed there in the most sunny week-end in Poland in 2014. Hotel was good, very big, renovated rooms, perfect bathrooms with shower. Unfrotunately our room was without air conditioning but for us it was not a big problem. Breakfast is normal, just one disadvantage - some sweet briosche or croissants are necessary :) Considering the price - it was the cheapest possibility we found in Miedzyzdroje that weekend. ;) Good location
I've been sleeping in this hotel only one night in May. About 80% guests are from Germany. Hotel has 2 parts, old and new. We have benn accommodated in new part of hotel and we were very satisfied. We stayed in room on 1st floor with view on garden. Room and bathroom was very clean, in room we can use wireless Internet. We didn't have the balcony. Breakfast was good, but restaurant was very crowded. In my oponion hotel is good if you sleep in new part. Only one bad thing is location - it is sutuated about 1-2km to beach.
I have been staying in this hotel over Easter 2012. I did my booking via Booking.com and decided for the hotel based pictures provided showing very nice and mooden hotel. Unfortunatelly you cannot trust the pictures. Hotel has 2 parts: "old" and newly build and on the pictures you can see only new part. So upon arrival (after 7 hours drive from Warsaw) we have been located in "old" part which is not very nice (80' stylish). For my complained Booking.com replied: "we are not responsible for checking pictures" and hotel replied " that I have got a room as booked and stayd all 3 nights. If something would be wrong I should check out". On Booking.com web page there is no single word about "new" and "old" part. Even the offer was paid on booking date hotel was trying to charge my CC on departure. Also swimming pool are was very cold…
