The statement from the title refers to the building itself. Walking through Międzyzdroje I couldn't find another hotel with such a tasteful shape, the owner must really have great respect for it's historic form. My stay there was really lovely, my room was nicely decorated, with such attention to detail ! The hotel is right next to the beach (I got a room with a view). This was my second stay there, the first time I was there in late fall, so it was great to experience nice weather this time, but even if sunbathing is not an option you can still enjoy the beautiful national park.

Truly extraordinary place! Interiors decorated with a great taste and respect to the historic character of the landmark. My suite remain in perfect shape throughout my stay in Modiva. I also consider calmful eighborhood as a big advantage comparing to the direct "pier area". There is still so much to see and appreciate especially around fall foliage! I would definitely visit again.

So I went to stay with my family for a holiday by the seaside in Poland I have to say this is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in it is a testament to the staff and how they keep every thing fantastically clean and tidy. The size of the room when was extremely good for a family of 2 adults 1 7 year old and a 15 month old. Especially the outside terrace that we had which was great for my 15 year old to run around in. The Welcome we had on arrival was very nice the lovely blonde lady in reception knew who I was so surprised she guided me to the room and went through all the room amenities which was a nice touch the room was a lovely design of old we're still new features and my wife find it very nice as she is an interior designer and took a few inspirations form it. We had a good night's sleep and so the next morning we went down to breakfast which I have to say is a beautiful spread of Polish items which we found for our needs and you also have the option of a cooked eggs omelette or scrambled overall it was a good stay and my wife was happy and she would like to go back again. I have to say the two ladies who were serving us were absolutely friendly and pleasant and it was so nice to see staff who actually wanted to care for your needs thank you very much for that. As I said in the title there are a few upgrades that I would like to suggest to the hotel if possible it would be good if there is a safe in the room and a wardrobe that had actual shelves in that you could store all your clothes also having a family room I was disappointed that we only had a shower to wash my baby as a bath would have been preferable in a family room and also if they could locate the fridge in a better place than leaving it on the floor which is hard to access or it was a great joy for my 15 month old to keep emptying easy access to it as it was on the floor. Apart from the little niggles I would quite happily stay in this hotel again and maybe next time I would make use of the sauna that was available thank you villa modiva

A beautiful white villa at the quiet end of this popular resort. We were travelling a long way and the manager kindly waited for us beyond the normal checking in time. We had an apartment with a terrace. The apartment consisted of small lounge with the bathroom off and a good sized bedroom from which you access the terrace. The bedroom was very comfortable, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. A delightful breakfast was served downstairs and we ate on the patio. There is parking on site. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Great place. The villa has been beautifully decorated and updated, our room was big and had a lovely balcony looking out towards the sea. The Manager was really friendly and helpful, providing us with a map of the area and some good recommendations on places to eat. Villa Modiva is a very relaxed place and you are made to feel very welcome. The breakfast room downstairs is lovely and sunny and the breakfast was excellent. A good choice of buffet and some hot food made to order. Tea and coffee was available in the breakfast room throughout the day. The location is excellent, the beach is just across the road and there are a number of restaurants just a 10 min walk away. I hope to visit again.

We stayed there just for one night but definitely want to come back there. We were welcomed at the door by a nice owner. The firt impression was great, clean, friendly and the style of the hotel very good. Then it was even better. You could not feel that it is work place of some people you just feel like at home and everybody wants to help you anytime. Very nice room, clean and comfortable. The next day breakfast delicious. Everything fresh and wide choice of food both hot and cold. Everything was just perfect!
