I ordered to be in this hotel there 11 November. And i ordered this plane because there was spa and swimming.. But when i come around 19 clock evening, i get told that all will be closed a 20 clock.. So what i buy i did not get... Room is not nice, it is dirty showers, and it was very cold in room, not heater was turn on. So basically all was very sad.. I will not recommend this place.. There is no spa
There are not too many positives to write about this hotel, but the spa was a nice exception. It was clean, well run and a great way to relax. Unfortunately the rest of my visit was not very nice: Guests were allowed to park in 2 spaces in the car park, so parking became difficult in the evenings. The reception staff were unhelpful and lacked personality. Most of the time reception was empty. The room had filthy carpets and hard towels. I stayed for 2 nights and the cleaners did not service my room. My room looked out on to a road and the hotel nightclub, which is open Friday and Saturday nights. It was very noisy outside my room until 1am. Breakfast was bland and lacked variety. The Spa is closed on Sundays.
We arrived having visited the fantastic Malbork castle to be given a very small room which was apparently ‘delux’.it was very hot and there was no air-conditioning. We were not happy, but decided to make the best of it,and went downstairs to sit on the (small) patio next to the narrow car park and have a drink. Next, a goods train screached to a halt next to the car park! It was too late to do anything about the hotel so we enquired as to when the restaurant opened and were told 8pm. We went for a swim in the not unpleasant pool, and went down for dinner at 9-10 pm, only to be told the kitchen was now closed, but we could walk half a kilometre into Malbork and eat at a restaurant! 2 km later, we arrived in at the edge of the town to find , at 9-45 pm that all the restaurants had also now stopped serving. We, and 4 other people from our hotel all ended up having to eat in a well-known fast food eatery . Had we been able to eat in the hotel restaurant, however, we would have eaten to the melodic strains of the 3 lane bowling alley which was in the dining room! We checked out the next morning, losing our money for the other 2 nights we’d booked but didn’t stay.…
The hotel looks like from 80's. Very bad acustic of rooms..as you can hear any noise from other rooms. Clean and nice personal. Breakfast choice was ok. Location a bit far from the castle in the industrial area. Swimmingpool closed on sunday.
The amenities were great, room was of a good size and clean. Good selection at breakfast. The restaurant had a good selection of food at reasonable prices. It also had ten pin bowling. Lots of parking spaces.
I really like to negotiate, because preparing conferences for the company had to find a very good hotel including the ability to negotiate prices. Where the conditions are good and the possibility of negotiating, there is satisfaction.:-) Hotel rooms also sufficient and fulfilling expectations.
