The hotel is located directly on a beach in historical beautiful building. You can hear the waves all the time. It is quiet and could be perfect for relaxing weekend. But it is definitely mismanaged: unfriendly and rude staff, awful and (ok. breakfast is good) very expensive food. No atmosphere. We will not return there and in fact it is a really pity.

Great location, great look and great views. A charming, old building and a very good restaurant. Other than that, do not get misled by the "category": they do not have any stars and they do not even call themselves a hotel. Rooms are lacking basic equipment like coffee machine and they do not provide room service. Overall our stay was not bad, but we expected more for the price we paid.

Nice location directly on the beach. We had a room with balcony overlooking the sea. The room was refurbished and nicely decorated. Supper and breakfast was excellent. Leba has a beautiful beach and is close to the fantastic Slowinski National Park.

We had high expectatioms for staying at the Hotel Neptun. The location of the Hotel is really great - the only real seaside hotel at this in summertime more than touristic place. However the charm of the staff is still from the good old Eastern times. You can book only halfboard, which means that dinner will be served between 4.00 ans 7.00 pm! Dinner was really good and the quality and prices of the wine is olso fine. What we really did not understand is their policy of being a guest until you check out at 11.00 am. After this time you are not guest anymore of the hotel and so you are no more allowed to use the parking or the bikes. Also after discussion with the receptionis we were informed that we are not allowed to use them longer than until 11.00 am. As we only came to this place to visit the huge dunnes in the close by national park we had to rent the bikes somewhere in the village of Leba - wirthout the assistance of the hotel recipionost. Honestly to say for a high priced hotel like this we would expect much more customer orientation. So for anyone who is planning to visit ths place expect a great location (make sure you book a seaside room) and no or very bad customer orientation - it's sad, but the reality!
