The location is great, the view is great! The pictures correspond to 100% of reality. Equipped with everything you need. The staff is very friendly and the own restaurant is excellent. The swimming pool + sauna is also recommended. This holiday flat is highly recommended. The key handover is 100 meters in another hotel complex. Therefore you should read the confirmation of the order very carefully to know where to get the keys. Pro-tip: DO NOT arrive at 16:00, because then the lobby is very full! I recommend to arrive between 14:00 and 15:00! Not so good: Wlan in the room: no reception, signal too weak. But in the lobby it works well. Parking situation a bit chaotic...
We stayed for a few days here in May. Our room was a suite consisting of a large bathroom with a seperate bedroom to the sitting area. It had sea views and was extremely well maintained. Check in was fast with friendly staff, and with on site parking for an extra charge. Breakfast was good but the evening meals could have been hotter, the food always seemed to be “just warm”. About 20- 30 minutes walk along a well lit and kept promenade to the town of Kolberg. Beach huts nearby cost 12€ per day, and the beaches absolutely clean. A great hotel for a short break.
Hi Came with my wife and daughter for few days escape. We had top floor room facing south with a bit of view on the sea. I would like to write reviews in 2 parts first for staff and second for the facility. As the first is well deserves the 5* and the 2nd is questionable. 1) staff is very polite and always happy to help and that what deserv 5 star in this hotel. Starting from people in restutant through reception to the front bar. 2) Facilities : Room: few stains on the carpet that I am sure could be removed with basic carpet cleaner. Room was more like 4* not 5*. The shocking part in all of it was a loose tile on the balcony that when my wife stepped on it lost her balance and it is quite scary when it is so close to the edge with glass banisters( pic attached ) Not sure if any inspection was carried out before start of the season. Beautty and spa. My wife had her nails done and she was very happy with quality, price and staff approch Swimming pool: in my opinion 5 out of 10. Smells of chlore quite a lot and super slippery tails on the floor ( even when you walk slowly and not run ) my small one almost twisted her hand when she was walking and lost balance -be aware. Kids play area: good size but if you are in busy period when schools are on holiday it might get busy ( I visited after Bank Holiday in May so was very lucky ) Breakfast and dinner: okay and good quality but bit wierd menu sometimes and I always had a felling that I was missing something( I can compare with other hotels on Polish seaside and this menu wasn’t in my top 5 ) good kids menue but for kids sake please add meatballs with pasta and tomato souce :) Front Bar: Brilliant staff that can qive good advice and knowledge what to get ( both on bubbles and cakes ) 5+ for that Good location slightly away from the main bit of the sea pier but within walking distance. …
We came here for 6 nights during the long May weekend. Overall, everything was satisfactory and the 5 stars live up to its name (although I, as a food buff, did not fall in love with the food). Definitely recommend the apartments on the 2nd floor if you are staying with kids. However, the issue with such hotels are the amounts of people that show up during long weekends or holidays. Suddenly, you have cues to the pool (!) and guests cannot get in, because there is too many people inside... (I have never encountered such a situation before). The playroom for children was a mad house, because it, too, is not prepared to host that many children. A second restaurant area had to be opened for meals, as the main one could not fit everyone. I am sure the weather had its share in this, because it was not too good, so people preferred to stay in than go to the windy beach (which, by the way, is super close! the hotel is right next to the promenade, which you can take all the way to the pier!). For the reasons I mention before, I would not book a room here during the high season again - unless you don’t mind crowds :) P.S. The red-haired waitress at the hotel restaurant/bar area was awfully rude, completely not guest-friendly. The blond bartender and the one with longer hair and an earring were very nice and professional on the other hand. …
Very good location, far from the promenade and all the noise. We had a large room with very large balcony. Good breakfast with decent coffee and very delicious (Russian style) pancakes, overall good quality of food. Excellent beach, just 20 meters away, if you need an umbrella - there is a small shop directly in front of the hotel. Very nice spa, pool is rather on the smaller side, but since it was quite warm not very crowded. In general a but pricey fo the region, but I would recommend it and would come back again.
Outstanding resort with all modern amenities with high benefits for your pleasure and health. International turists destination, everybody speak english, excellent location, amazing food and fantastic spa offers.
We found Diune Hotel because Ikar Plaza few hundreds meter away suddenly stopped accepting dogs. Apartment 502A on the fifth floor rented by Vacation Club (via Booking.com) has a very nice side sea view - only few rooms in the whole hotel can offer such a privilege - really sad thing for hotel near the beach. The establishment has a very basic and small inside pool while very nice saunas and salt room. Parking is a problem - all places were occupied. Nothing to eat or drink after 10.30 PM, not even a tea. But we we will be back to 502A - if by chance it will be free.
I visited this hotel for a conference. The hotel is nicely located on the Baltic sea. Very close to the beautiful beach. It is so... far away from Warsaw, it took me 6,5h driving and only half of the road is high way. The rooms were good , nice new bathroom. Restaurant quite good. I would not say that it is fancy hotel , but good overall.
The Hotel is placed about 3 kms in a straight line to a city center, which is great because the beach is not overcrowded. The beach is 50 meters from the hotel. The hotel offers very comfy rooms with AC. The food is very good. And most importantly it's very diverse - from diggerent kinds of fish to delicioulsly cooked beef. The Spa area offers a variety of saunas, and a pool of course. In wellness center I had a volcamic rocks massage, which could ve a stronger IMO. To sum it up, great place with nice atmosphere.
We loved our stay at Diune Hotel. Excellent service in the restaurant, delicious dishes and amazing massages! Thank you so much! P.S. Worth staying during the week. Weekends are very busy at the pool and saunas. Full of children and not as relaxing.
