We stayed at the Ultra Marine for a week, our room was cleaned twice during that time and even then the sanitary bags that had been used up weren’t replaced. The room was adequately furnished, the bathroom small with little room to put personal things, to have a balcony was great. The location of the hotel is perfect, the breakfast offers great choice and the early bird can enjoy a quiet start of the day. Communication with reception staff is hit and miss, some don’t speak neither German nor English. I’m order to reserve parking space one has to call at the hotel before the stay, which in our case proved to be impossible, calls at several times on several days always ended up in an automated system. Fortunately there is reasonably priced parking just across the road.

Stayed at the hotel for our honeymoon and went for the beach facing apartment in Ultra Marine.
Great location, right on the beach with a scenic 40 min walk into town. From the outside the hotel does look 5 star.
The greeting at reception was cold and transactional but efficient.
The service in the hotel as a whole is 3 star at best. Long wait for drinks in the bar and spa staff rude.
The room we were given was glass fronted but on the ground floor with children playing on the grass 5 yards away so felt like we were in an aquarium. Also no towels in the room. After complaining we were offered the same room two floors up from the second day which made a big difference and had a really nice balcony which got the sun in the afternoon.
We paid for breakfast and evening meal included but only ate there once as the food was poor and atmosphere manic. Again not five star standard.
Overall a nice hotel in a lovely town but not worth what we paid and certianly not 5 star.

We had a room with a direct view of the sea, this was exactly what we were looking for. The ala carte restaurant was excellent, the staff was super friendly and professional. For nature or workout people the gym is ok but the outdoor cycling, jogging or walking route is a beautiful 16K that runs along the beach and through a nature reserve. For us, it was a good experience. We live in Berlin so we were looking for a more relaxed experience.

We had fantastic room with superb view on the sea. Beach just near 1 min from hotel. It was big and amazing. Restaurant a la caryewas delicious but rest unfortunately not. Drinks to meals were paid and it needed to be done immediately. Waitresses were staying till drinks were paid. Lots of German tourists. High prices. Car park full and paid. Except of amazing view nothing to offer.

The Lux apartment was a very nice suite over 2 floors.
Everything newly renovated in the current trend colours : grey - beige - white and black. The suite and hotel are very nice and stylishly decorated.
The hotel has an excellent location right on the beach / sea and has its own beach lounge !
The staff is super friendly and the breakfast excellent.
The a la carte restaurant offers fine very good cuisine.
From the café on the top floor and the roof terrace you can watch the sunset over the Baltic Sea !
Wellness and massages were also very good !
We had a very nice getaway !

The location of the hotel is good, but the service is absolutely inadequate. The staff at the reception does not respond to requests, complaints and questions. These employees are very arrogant and unhelpful. The costs for the garage are enormous, although the garage does not deserve the name. It is a garbage dump and storage area for all sorts of indefinable things, but also for parts of the heating, air conditioning and everyday goods. Therefore, it is difficult to park your car there. This hotel has nice rooms and great location. Nevertheless during my 5 days stay it was not possible to sleep due to incredible bird chaser noise 24/7. Due to this irritating noise my stay there was a nightmare. The hotel stuff ignored my request to turn off the bird noise at least for the night time.
If you are looking for the relaxing place than better book another hotel.

Nice big rooms with sea view, nice spa area with big swimming pool, nice a la carte restaurant with raffinate dishes However you should avoid the buffet restaurant !!! We were there for dinner and it was the worst, cold dishes, many things recycled from the breakfast buffet (who knows how old) and that for 85 zlotys per person (about 20 euros!) it felt like a rip off and really spoiled our last evening in kolberg. It is not acceptable for a 5 star hotel. I told the lady at reception when checking out but she did not seem to care at all. Also wifi in the room was not working well very unstable A pity because the hotel has potential!

Hallo, wir haben während unseres Aufenthaltes die kostenlosen Parkplätze auf der Straße des Hotels genutzt. Darüber hinaus steht eine Garage (kostenpflichtig) sowie Parkplätze unmittelbar vor dem Hotel zur Verfügung (ebenfalls kostenpflichtig). Leider kann ich keine Angaben zu den Gebühren machen, weil genug freie Plätze vorhanden waren. Viel Spaß in dem Hotel. VG
