I booked two rooms here through Booking.com for an agreed cost. Booked 2 days before travel and from within Poland. Once I arrived here (I say here because I am still here) I find the hotel have added £30 to each room. I complained to booking.com who contacted the hotel to enquire. The hotel refused outright to amend the price. This is a disappointment since I have stayed here many times before but as a matter of principle I will never stay here again. Their GREED has lost them a returning customer. There are plenty of other good hotels on the northern coast.
This hotel is easily the best in the entire Western Pomeranian coast, especially for families intending to simultaneously enjoy beach and escape big-city hustle and bustle, while being able to access all modern amenities. The spa complex provides a wide range of facilities necessary for such a successful stay, from footballing grounds to a decent-sized swimming pool (more for rainy days, as the beach itself is a stone-throw away). Entertainment for kids (all sorts of games) and adults (bar, disco etc.) is also provided. Last but not least, the catering services are very good as well. And if somebody is still not satisfied, there is more to see and do along the sea-front promenade, at the beginning of which this hotel is situated
It was our second time when we were spending Xmas in Aquarius using their Xmas offer. I need to say that 2018 Xmas offer/quality of service was much much better compared to this year (2019). Key disappointments: - If you sleep on the 1st or 2nd floor expect to hear the music from the Disco which is on the floor -1 - it is ridiculous for 5-star hotel - Staff on the bar (cafe) has much to learn - slow, slow, slow and make mistakes - Wigilia (Xmas Eve) was only 3 hours with long lines waiting for the food and long lines for kids to get their presents from Santa Claus - it could be better organised for adults and kids - very disappointing - Poor choice of cakes during the second day of Xmas - much less vs. last year It is not a 5-star hotel I would say 3+ or 4-star max - these stars should be periodically reviewed to check quality of staff, food, offered services, rooms etc.…
Traveling through Europe and America never found such good place with such lovely mood for eating and relaxing however I have never ever found such a place where you can really need to look after your meal which means the waiters will take care of your dishes against the rules. So even If you have smth on the plate and fork and knife shows its not finished.... Might disappear.... Best food ever.
We stayed again in the apartments Attached to the hotel. We have stayed several times on both sides on the hotel (apartments and main hotel). The pillows where very uncomfortable but we received extra ones when asking at the apartment reception desk (a wonderful warm lady)the main hotel reception desk was unwilling to help when I asked him! He could have been more helpful (yes sir I will go and get someone for you) rather than brushing me away, guests shouldn’t have to request to see a manager just to have more pillows :-), children have to pay extra if they are to take part in activities in the play area if staying in apartments which is a little unfair. The buffet breakfast is amazing, the spa is wonderful, Everything is very clean and working. As we are living in a time when we should be using less plastic.....try to use something reusable on the water filling stations and not the plastic cups!! It will save the hotel lots of zloty if you encourage guests not to use the plastic cups!!! Thank you for another wonderful stay and we will be back again :-) …
Stayed here for three nights during a conference. The bedrooms were very large with plenty of space. Free safe in the room was a bonus and also free wi-fi although limited band width so was slow. There were drink amenities but no creamer or milk is supplied although I requested this but never got any. Good size TV but this is the first hotel that has absolutely no English TV channels or even Sky News was also not allowed. They need to cater for all European visitors. Food quality was very good I did not have a bad meal all the time I was there. Breakfast was good but there was no toaster available. Very good spa with large swimming pool Overall very good and would recommended this hotel although they need to offer at least one speaking TV channel.
We have stayed in many hotels in Poland and must say this is one, if not the, best that we have stayed at. At the start of the holiday our son was sick so we had to postpone our arrival. This was arranged without problem or extra cost. When we finally got there the children were given gifts and we were shown to our room. The room was big, enough space for two kids and two adults, clean and quiet. We stayed at this hotel on a package which included entertainment for the kids and food. The food was great but as this is a Polish hotel its mainly Polish food. They had a section for kids meals which my children loved. The kids entertainment was a bit hit and miss. There were three entertainers and if the lady with the black hair (she was amazing) wasn't there it wasn't so well organised. For example there was a balloon event. My two year old plus his friend waited for half an hour for a balloon animal. The balloons kept popping-scarring the kids-and then after asking my son what he wanted the lady gave the balloon to someone else :( That being said the kids disco was the best I have ever been to and any events with the lady with the black hair were well organised and of a high quality-she had amazing energy. (My son made a bag, a wooden anchor, a sea shell circle) The hotel also offered football training for the kids which my son loved and the trainer was very good. This hotel is also close to the beach and has an aqua park (although the water is quite deep.)It has two play rooms (one in the café is more for toddlers) and another room with a bouncy castle that was fab. I should also comment on the staff. Also really friendly (even saying hello when seeing us outside the hotel) and very helpful. My son wanted to play on the consol they have and one man spent a lot of time showing him how it all works. All in all an amazing trip cant wait to go back,…
Absolutely stunning hotel! Amazing food really nice service and good SPA. We really liked our room - standard double - but in the nice standard. Specious and clean. We were lucky to have an option to join a disco in the club. It was really fun there are two options so everyone can choose something interesting. Highly recommend I didn't expect such a good hotel in this city.
We had a perfect Abyhanga massage in the hotel and like to hihhly recommend this spa. It has a perfect service and a feel well atmosphere. It is possible to visit the spa even you are not a hotel guest.
