Firstly, Let’s start with advantages:
*delicious food for breakfast and dinner. Quite a broad variery of food you can chose from. Sweet and high quality of fruits!
*very big kids club we could spend a lot of time with our daughter. Animations for children and adults 3times a day!
*clean and big swimming pool with space for small children
*the room itself was spacious and clean

And disadvantages:
*no air conditioning in rooms...which made it difficult to sleep
*we had a room next to the hotel cafe and it was so noisy in the late evenings...lodu music around 10pm
*uncomfortable beds

Location is convenient for family with small children. Indoor Pool is great, beach is 5 minutes walk and Hotel is very clean.
Breakfast is rich and offers a good choice.
All in all very good stay but Hotel would gain a lot with bringing a cosy touch.

Tipp:
We had dinner in the restaurant / Pizzeria in hotel: Food was really worth

it's a nice hotel in Kolobrzeg, I went to the New Years' Eve party there in 2010. I enjoyed it, and it was worthit to stay overnight there too - the room was impeccable, nice toiletries, and in the morning we could use the swimming pool, sauna and the salt chamber. The staff were friendly. My only complaint was that some other guests were kind of chavvy, not very classy behaviour, shouting and taking up the entire pool playing ball. Polish 'new money' I suppose, like anywhere else. Plus I'd like to see more rum brands in the bar - didn't anyone tell them that just Captain Morgan's is a bit cheap for a hotel of this (apparently) class...

This hotel has the worst service I have ever encountered, although over a period of about 15 years I have stayed in many different hotels around the world, ranging from IBIS and other one- or two-star places, through five-star and better hotels (SAS Radisson, Ritz-Carlton, Waldorf Astoria).

The staff is absolutely clueless. Questions such as "what time is breakfast" or "is there air conditioning in the room" are definitely too difficult for them. On the second day of our stay we did not receive bath-sized towels in our room after it was cleaned. We requested that these be brought to our room - we were told that they had run out of bath-sized towels (!!) and that they would not be available till the following day (!!). We had to use hand towels that day and the following morning!

Breakfast is till 11 a.m., but if you arrive any time after 10 a.m. the staff is already cleaning up - vacuuming around your table, wiping down tables (including spraying disinfectant 50 cm from your food).

The hotel provides no towels for use in the hotel pool, and the pool is open to everyone, including people from outside the hotel.

If you use the free tea or soap offered in the room, they will most likely not be replaced unless you ask a few times. The same applies to clean cups or glasses (the cleaning staff just leaves the dirty ones behind). The sheets have not been changed so far, and we have been here for three nights already. I don't think they will be changed at all during our stay (one week), as there is no information regarding sheet changes on the bedside table or in the room. There is no air-conditioning in the room, even though the staff claims there is.

Maybe I wouldn't mind all this if this was not a 4-star hotel!! I do think though that for this amount of money you should be treated differently. I have honestly never encountered such incompetence in ANY hotel.

No Internet/Wifi in the rooms - for us a no go.
Staff unfriendly
We had to eat at the restaurant (because nothing else in the area) and had to wait more than 1 hour for a Pizza and shrimps- which both tasted awful .

눇nice and big rooms

We stayed in this hotel 4 days. The hotel is overrated as the customer service is rather bad - they do not live up to expectations that one have choosing 4-stars hotel.
The pool is too small for such big hotel. Elevators works horribly (sometimes 10 minutes waiting time).
Poor breakfast - the same food everyday.
Furthermore, the cleaning lady has not cleaned our bathroom during our stay. And didn't knock to the doors once we were in room.

It is a Okay, Hotel. Very nice facility`s, and good medium quality food.
Its a new hotel, and the people there works there are very young, and not allways so good at service, but OKAY. A big - is they are not good at english at all. They speak only Polish and German, but it is all over the city. The wellness center is nice but expensive, try treatment at another hotel. VERY GOOD swimmingpool and jacuzzi area.

What can I say?
Arrived at 9pm to find our room not ready.
Breakfast is a shoddy affair, with a poor selection. Was left standing with a baby as the staff didn't want to get involved, very poor organisation.
There are 2 lifts, which is not enough for the amount of guests.
This, in no way, represents 4 star.
Stay somewhere else.

I went there to spend a weekend with my family and we were satisfied with the standard and the service provided at the hotel.

The room was clean and spacious. We had our own balcony, but unfortunately no sea view.

The only problem I have notice was the lack of proper care and maintenance. Some lamps and sockets would need fixing, and during our stay a decorative frame around the door just fell off the wall by itself. When we went to the swimming pool there was a bit of rust on some metal elements in the bathroom there.

All in all the place looks better on the inside than on the outside and the things I’ve noticed didn’t take away from the overall good experience. I would recommend a stay at the hotel.

One additional note- don’t go to the hotel restaurants (esp. Riccardo) they are expensive and rather mediocre.

Excellent SPA facilities and very near the beach. The food in the restaurant was excellent. Maybe important to some of you: in the sauna area most of the people take their clothes off so if you are shy please prepare. :-)
