Sanatorium Bałtyk located right next to the sea of the same name. Great place, very good meals, pleasant service.
The only place I can subtract points is communication with marketing. After making the reservation and paying half the payment, I sent an e-mail to which I never received a reply. However, their advertisements appear in my e-mail box quite often.
Also, the spa services were mostly very good, except for the behavior of the lady at the hydro jet, room 1009. The patient should not know that the administration does not care about breaks for employees. Lack of time to eat a meal, the employee was very rude to the customers. This shouldn't be.
Overall, the Baltic Sea was a nice place and I think I will go back there again.

My partner and I recently booked a week's stay at this hotel. We had a fine room, directly on the beach and a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea. The room was modern and clean, but lacked extra amenities such as a kettle (we later found one in a common room at the end of the hall). The meals were not the best: only whole milk and butter along with lots of fried meats and very oily salads. The staff was for the most part friendly and we did feel comfortable at the hotel.
The spa treatments were, however, a lot less than we expected. Each one is only 15 minutes long and some of the treatment rooms looked dirty and uncared for. The massage was just awful. I specifically asked them to work on one of my shoulders, but both masseuses (you have different operators at different times of day) after saying OK, spent the time doing full back massages that were more finger tapping and stroking. I finally stopped going after the third time. The fangopacks were very helpful, even though 15 minutes is way too short.
There is a pool and it is just lovely. The saunas were also very nice. I had a facial at the salon at extra cost and it was the best treatment for the whole week.
In the evenings there are dance parties until 10pm in a room over the diningroom, which is on the seaside of the hotel. The music is very loud and can be heard in every room on that side. We were on the 6th floor and could name the songs the live bands played. The music stopped at 10 on the dot except for one evening, when it went an hour longer.
In all, it was a nice week. If you are looking for a super luxurious hotel with carefully planned out spa treatments, this is not the place for you. If you are looking to relax with a couple of treatments, then this is the place for you.

Positive aspect : Beachside location.
Negative aspects:
Unhelpful Staff members.
Given a room on the annex building...with " No option " to change to the main building even tho we were there for 7 nights.
Small drab room. No balcony to access. No Air Con. No ceiling fan.
One small tablet of soap and one small file of shower gel. Requested replacement ehen needed...but was refused .
Room not serviced for the week, and, the
Towels were not changed for the week. When Requested we were told that the bedding and towels had been changed the previous day - which was Not true...
Breakfast choices were reasonable...but was it really necessary to water down the fruit juices available at Breakfast?? Also, the dinner option was like an outdated school canteen. And as a Vegetarian I could not even make a main meal dish from what was available on the Buffet.
The accommodation is very tired and outdated - and - with the poor attitude received from the Staff - this was the worst accommodation that we have stayed in during the past 50 years.
Definitely we would not return here - and equally we would Not Recommend it to anyone....

The advantage is the location. The organization of treatments is terrible, queues and stuffiness in the waiting rooms - the reception arranges treatments that the staff is unable to perform on time. Frustrated service with grudges against customers. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Average standard - 3-day stay and no towel replacement. Cards (room keys) decoding every now and then. There are only 3 elevators for such a large facility, and you have to wait up to 10 minutes for them. The breakfasts were tasty and varied, but again poor organization or inefficiency of the kitchen - you had to wait several minutes for some dishes to be refilled. The rooms are quite spacious and clean, but time stopped here about 20 years ago.

Terrible, terrible managemen!!

Paid 2x the regular rate for a family room and received only 1 meal a day and 1 treatment

Asked several times and several staff to go back to the single room which has 3 meals a day and 3 treatments, but they would not accommodate us. I have never in my life paid more money for less service!!!

Plus no help if you are handicapped!!
It was Disgraceful how they could care less to help my poor Mom!!

The only good thing is the beach

If you are coming by car, first check to make sure that the road that leads to the hotel is not under construction. It's one big muddy pool in wet weather and there are a lot of confusing one way streets. The GPS could not cope.Although quite expensive the place was fully booked. But we decided to visit the self service restaurant and take a look at the amenities. The self service restaurant is terrible.Tasteless dried out food Avoid it unless you come early. There is a good Italian accross the road. The Bałtyk restaurant closes early, so the staff wanted to finish as soon as possible. If it was not for one waiter who saw that we were about to leave, and was very attentive, we would not have stayed there any longer. The place has a super location right next to the pier, and great views over the sea.Fantastic for walks. Has outside paid parking but limited space. The overal facilities are well rated as a health Spa. But the staff are seasonal and not trained and not too helpful. Some speak German but English was a problem. The bar was understocked and for some reason they can only sell "cocktails". So if you want a shot of whisky you will be required to add something even if its water. They said because they are a healrh Spa they are not allowed to sell straight shots. Interesting approach ??? I guess many guests are on the national health service. But like I said,a great location for a health Spa.Has a swimming pool. But overall is expensive.

We had a family room with two saparate bedrooms, small kitchen and nice balcony. Room on the top floor with a view on the sea and pier. Silent and comfortable stay. Direct entrance from the hotel to the beach. The hotel is conected with swimming pool, there are restaruants there with very good food quite wide range of buffet. If someone wnats to use rehabiliation they offer such service at reasonable price. The also offer free pum room - mineral water and tea. I recommend staying in the hotel.

Amazing stay staff and the hotel just one suggestion is that they should get more irons as I kept getting my head pecked by the staff ringing me every 10 minutes to have it back as there was only one and bare in mind I only borrowed it the night before
