Together with my wife and friends we recently spent 4 nights at Hotel Shuum (Kolobrzeg) and were delighted. Great location, exceptional comfort and perfectly sublime and elegant style, without sometimes annoying nouveau riche pomp in the arrangements. The hotel is separated from the sea only by an about 100 m strip of well-kept green park. Close to the town centre, but in a very quiet area. The hotel itself is very well maintained; excellent and original cuisine; quiet (rooms very well insulated) and peaceful. The cherry on the cake: the hotel has fantastic service at all levels: professional competence, hospitality, discreet and extremely effective assistance. We felt warmly welcomed guests at all times in this hotel. This made our stay really comfortable. We are determined to return here regularly as long as the hotel maintains its unique qualities.

This is probably the best recreational hotel I have visited up today. Located 100 meters from the sea and beautiful sand beach. The food in the restaurant is premium quality. The daily service is smooth. Full SPA is not crowded – in winter season I swim very often alone after 9:00 PM. Additionally there is an original silent room with beautiful fireplace for book or music lovers (with headphones).

Together with my partner we spent a weekend at the spa. Our stay can be outlined by a signal phrase - deep relax. The mix of great team, facilities and location result in a place where you can forget about the world and enjoy life.

This is my first trip to Poland. So maybe all my comments Are normal standard.
This is a High quality hotel. But the service if you only speak english is wery poor.
The Stafs just dont want to give you any service, and dont take the time to understand you and listen to the inqueries you have.
Brekfast it is not possible to order from the Staff they just stay away If you speak english.
SPA they only speak german. Not possible to communicate durring the massage or treatments
Go to an ATM If you need Local money. The reception dont have any service If you use creditcards.
The webpage is not Updaten for the COVID-19 So there are some things they prommise on the web that is not possible then you arrive.
But the city is nice and the Beach is just 100 m from the hotel.

Dear Kim, We are a hotel for guests from all over the world. In fact most of our guests are from Poland or Germany. There are also many guests from Europe. Great location. Good pool. Great daily activities for the kids. Rooms spacious and immaculately clean. Excellent food, although menus could be a little more extensive. Excellent staff throughout the hotel. Kids loved the breakfast. All in all, we had a fine stay.

I visited this hotel for 8 nights at the end of June/ start July. I chose it largely on the Trip advisor reports and their high rating which are largely merited. The hotel has good sized rooms, immaculately clean and modern, good storage/ wardrobe space. Breakfasts offered an extremely good, varied and healthy choice of quality food and the staff throughout the hotel were pleasant and helpful. The gardens are good and a nice place to sunbathe if you are as lucky as we were with the weather, The hotel is as stated a short stroll to the beach which again is clean and well maintained. Loud seagulls aside, the area is quiet (very) and unless you are in the centre of town which is a long walk (about a mile and a quarter) then everything including the bar shuts down at 10. Town itself is very nice and as a resort I'd thoroughly recommend Kolobrzeg. I would draw attention to the outside pool which is no more than a plunge pool and adults are not allowed in which was a surprise and disappointment to us - it's not really advertised that way, if it's a children's pool then it should be described as such. To balance this I'd advise you make good use of the indoor pool and Jacuzzis/ sauna which were all excellent. To finish on a positive note I cannot praise the a la carte restaurant enough. We ate there twice out of choice, we just had to go back for a 2nd time, the food and service was brilliant

Spent few days at this hotel with family. Hotel offers delicious and healthy breakfast, lunch and excellent dinner wish great wine selection - ask for the weekend special menu. Rooms bright, good size, comfy beds, wide range of cable tv. Bathroom with shower only (no bath) had a bit noisy cabin doors, but i read the hotel is going to be refit next year- hopefully including shower cabin. Bath robes available. Really recommend, will definitely book this hotel next year as well.

It's located very close to the beach which is nice. It has excellent facilities for small childer with two playgrounds one nearby the restaurant and a indoor playroom. Great with small kids. Nice clean rooms and spa and pool. Only drawbacks- crappy food in the restaurant apart for breakfast which is ok and a bit fare from the city center.

An absolute treat at the Baltic seaside. A sense of balance, soothing warmth and well-being guaranteed throughout our stay.
Fabulous breakfasts, enjoyable dinners, fantastic quietness. For anyone looking for mental and physical regen, do not hesitate and visit Shuum.
A family of four especially loved: - pool without music, crowds and haste - saunas and chillout areas - spa services are exquisite - calmness and peacefulness was everflowing - food for any diet and taste - location perfect for walks and seawave sounds
All in all a truly mastertful Easter holiday. Thank you Shuum for you splendid service and we will definitely come back for more.
