All in all, this is a hotel that has a lot to offer. It is not luxury, but it is quite pleasant for those on a tight budget. In my opinion, it is located in the most beautiful countryside in Kolberg. The sea is 70 m away and the large forest is right next to it. Good for jogging and cycling. You can't complain about the food (half board) at all. The food on offer both in the morning and in the evening is great and tasty. The staff are also friendly.
But I still have to voice one harsh criticism. Every evening, and every evening in the large bar, there is this dance event with very loud music. You can only hear the bass in the rooms above. There are a lot of vibrations in the rooms. There was no relaxation for our 11 days. But it is typical of this new era, music just has to be loud. There is no other way. Especially these stupid electronic basses that are annoying. Musical art like with conventional drums no longer exists. This is noise at the highest level of lack of quality.

One of the largest and most well-known hotels in Kolobrzeg. We had an enjoyable stay. Food was indeed very good, to meet all tastes and the room was renovated, albeit rather small. The room could have been a little bit cleaner; it had a balcony with great sea-view. The swimming pool was good and the daily disco at the lounge, too; a nice rotating caf'e/restaurant on top floor.
Being really very large, the hotel did have a couple of disadvantages: Sometimes a queue at the reception or a delay to catch the lift.
Nevertheless: Much recommended.

What a beautiful hotel, located just by the seafront. The micro-climate is phenomenal and my lungs have never felt more rejuvenated than after this stay. We stayed in the A building on the 9th floor with a stunning panoramic sea view. The room was clean and modern. On the other hand, it could have been only our room (905B), but there wasn't any electrical outlet/lamp by the bed (I was unable to read a book in bed).
Breakfast was great. A varied selection of things to eat, despite of the fact that two of us are vegetarians. HOWEVER, lunch and dinner was a huge let-down! This hotel have no experience whatsoever when it comes to vegetarian dishes. You can't expect a person to live on salads (iceberg lettuce), fried cheese and potato-pancakes. Vegetarianism does not rely on eating salads and root vegetables (as some may think). Before even making a reservation we were made sure that there wouldn't be any problem with providing us with a vegetarian diet.
Another issue that many other guests also complained about were the lifts. Waiting for an empty lift took a ridiculous amount of time (there are 3 in the A building). Time that could have been spent elsewhere. Taking the stairs wasn't the most ideal option from the 9th floor.
Nevertheless, we would like to come back to Arka for another stay, as the hotel is beautiful. I just sincerely hope that the hotel staff realize and take on the problems they have.

We booked a KUR holiday at the Arka Medical Spa Hotel.
The hoped-for recovery and medical Help center for MY medical condition did not happen.
With the spa package you get more general applications.
COLD:
We had during our stay 3 days of fog, no sun and 16 degrees.
In the room and throughout the hotel, however, there was NO heating.
At the request of several guests, it was said, this will only be switched on from October.
This also means that you couldn't even hang the bathing suits in the bathroom over the towel dryer to dry and so ran around the cold hotel for the next application with wet bathing suits and a clammy bathrobe.
This is not "med" at all and is rather harmful to health.
Food:
The food was really great and varied.
It was quickly cleared and everything was clean.
For breakfast there is a waffle and egg station and also in the evening there was plenty of choice from fish to game, cold cuts with bread and great salads.
Rooms:
We stayed on the 7 floor with sea view. The room was clean on arrival and the mattresses comfortable. It was pleasantly quiet and you can hear the sea rushing.
Entertainment:
In the morning you can swim in the large pool or relax in the saltwater pool. The sauna is beautiful, but typically Polish not textile-free. You can go naked in the sauna, that's so prescriptive, but the Poles all come dressed.
I also found the salt cave relaxing.
In the afternoon someone plays live saxophone or violin at the bar or in the beer garden from 8.30 pm there is dancing at the bar.
The proximity to the beach and the forest are great.

We're not coming here anymore.
We stopped our holiday because ancient mattresses in the room are just horror, after several complaints to the reception would just put 2 wooden boards under mattresses.
Unfriendly staff in the restaurant, no good morning or good evening you don't get to listen here and the smile you can't expect anymore. The dishes at the table are not cleared either.
Something good about hotel:
Nice location, good food, great swimming pool with sauna area.

Day1 Sofa bed falling apart, air con leaked all over carpet and fridge. Mended quickly to be fair, but left soaking towel on floor; water all over the top of fridge which was still plugged in.
Asked for some ice for room- point blank refused- hotel policy! Offered to pay, told by bar to go to a shop at 10pm with nearest shop if open 25mins walk!
Family booked 3 rooms for most of the week- shocking customer service.
Food at dinner was average at best, smelt like a school canteen. Stodgy old fashioned food. The best thing was the bread and cakes! The thought of dinner for another 4 days is not very appetising!
The location is great, next to the beach and they offer a variety of treatments which are not cheap

We arrived at the hotel as a couple and far from anything we can recommend. It could possibly have gotten 1+ more if we had had children.
The facilities cannot be complained about, there are many of them. But the food, the service and the too many people in the same place, give a cocktail of something bad.
The staff we did not experience at any time smile and that applies to all those we met.
It is not a hotel we would recommend if you want to experience smiling people and quiet surroundings. Fortunately, it was only a stop on the road, as we chose to check out and continue early in the morning the day after

Great hotel. There is no possibility of getting bored. Attractions for everyone, from preschoolers to seniors. Very nice playroom, nice view from the window (building C), very good, varied breakfasts. Dinners are also very tasty. There's always something going on in the hotel, even though it's November! Amazing view from the revolving cafe and delicious desserts in the cafe. Interesting sauna zone - it's a pity that some customers do not supervise their children running and screaming in the relaxation zone in the saunas - unfortunately we came across such a family.
If anything could be improved, it would be to freshen up the shower tray and the furniture in the rooms. Other than that, great. The beach is clean, a bit far from the center, but a very pleasant walk. In the other direction, a great path in a beautiful park. I think we will come back.

We decided to spend Christmas here and definitely it was a very bad idea. Price to quality aspect is a JOKE! Good things were: location of the hotel, good breakfasts and acceptable size of the room. The food here is less than poor quality. Restaurants look like big school cafeterias with harsh lighting and it’s also very dirty there. Tables and chairs are disgusting. We chose Christmas offer and we felt that we were scammed of our money. We are very upset that we spent our family time in such a place. Never again!

P*rnographic Pictures of naked women hang all around the pool room. Right in front of the children and families. Absolutely disgusting. Never again. When I saw that, I felt so disgusted and i wanted to throw up. Dont go there with children or with literally anybody. Looking at that and enjoying it while in a relationship is cheating. Yet i saw so many men cheat that day cuz they were all staring at those pictures. Even children.
