We‘ve stayed for two nights and in the main building. The room was marvelous and huge with a great view of the garden and park. We also used the spa with the indoor pool and had superbe massages. The tasting menu in the restaurant was creative, delicious and nicely presented. The personel in the whole hotel was at any time very attentive, friendly and helpful.
We arrived 15:00 (exactly the check-in time on the reservation) and staff said that our room is not ready yet, but we could wait in the bar and try some of their drinks (the last thing we wanted after traveling 600km is going directly to the club instead taking some rest, but whatever...). We had to pay for the beer & juice because the welcome drink card was given later (after 40 minutes of waiting we've finally got our room prepared). Hovewer the card handled by the staff was not charged anyway so we can't get in - after trying unlock the door for 5 minutes i had to go back to the another building to the reception for the new one. On the next day i asked if we can stay one hour longer (because we arrived on time, our room was not prepared and whole delay was not our fault), but the lady said that it's not possible for free - only if we pay. Both hotel buildings, clean room, spa and everything arround is beautiful, breakfast was great but we were disgusted by the quality work of the staff (reception). They trying to be nice and smiling but acting really inmature. There was basically no information besides the number of the room and floor. I had to ask by mysefl about breakfast time, spa and we didnt finally get our welcome drinks, because when we check-out the bar was still closed (we didnt get informed). We slept in the 2,3,4 or 5 stars hotels before and we never had problem with check-in on time, the room was always ready. The experience in this hotel was something new and the staff not even tried to make it up. …
Lovely place for weddings and experiencing what a boutique hotel is really like. Friendly tip-toe staff, reception noticed it was my birthday and later produced a cake for me. The "art" in my room was however quite disturbing but keeping the hall lights off helped.
I stayed for 2 night in the fall 2021 - Everything was satisfactory. I stayed alone but I felt like this is the hotel you come with your wife. Nice old style basement bar with vaults were you can take a drink. Staff friendly.
We spend 2 nights here for my birthday. The absolute most amazing cuisine and leisure experience we have had in Poland. It exceeded all expectations in every way and the staff was extremely professional, kind and English talking. We are without doubt coming back again.
A must stay for a romantic weekend! The hotel is modern and creatively decorated. The staff extremely welcoming and service minded. The food and drinks are worth a visit of their own and a breakfast unlike anything I have been served before.
Staff does not pay attention to special requests. Room service forgets comments on food allergies. Devices such as the window blind directly over the bed was broken so it was impossible to shade the window from the sun. The shower spilled water all over the bathroom. Extremely hard bed mattress.
The location is laid back and ideal to have a few very relaxing days. It is just a 30 minute drive to the center of Gdansk and less than 90 minutes to Malbork Castle. I would recommend coming by car, though. The staff was what most impressed us. Food is delicious - check out the vegan dishes (and this recommendation comes from a "confessing carnivore"!). The only two downsides were: We stayed at the side building, where the room (not very aptly named a "Business Double Room") was very small, and where daylight cannot be shut out. Expect a lot of clarity as from 5 a.m., if you plan your visit in summer, as we did.
My wife and I stayed at this stunning hotel from August 30th until September 6th. We had originally planned to leave the Hotel Quadrille after 3 nights and stay in the centre of Gdynia, however we just couldn't tear ourselves from the sheer opulence and tranquillity of the place. From arrival to departure we were made to feel so welcome, the ambience is so tranquil and relaxing.. almost homely! and the staff are exceptional with a very quiet, dignified and subtle professional you will struggle to find anywhere else. Nothing is too much trouble, the rooms are simply amazing, decorated and furnished to an extraordinarily high standard throughout. The Spa facilities equal the rest of the hotel in every way, the two facilities being as one and they really do compliment one another. If you need to get away to really relax, re-boot and unwind then this is THE place to be.…
Great hotel, lovely staff, very good breakfast, outstanding restaurant (one of the best I have ever been), very nice and clean SPA...not to forget the garden (or better called park)...definitely worth a travel!!
