I have stayed here a few times before and the hotel just gets better. Very friendly welcome and staff. The rooms are really good and I had one with a sea view which was a bonus for me. The breakfast has to be one of the best selections I have ever had with hot dishes and cold meats and cheese and breads too. I hope to be back. Great location high up above the beach but easily accessible via a lot of steps or by car.
The only inconvenience was a broken elevator. The rest, that is client service, room, breakfast, location - flawless. We didn’t use relaxation zone. Right behind the hotel's car park, there are steep stairs leading straight to the seaside boulevard. Hard to beat that. Nevertheless, faced with the mentioned stairs after four-hour trek on the beach and cliff we wanted to scream ; ) Long story short, Różany Gaj is a great place to stay at.
Totally over rated hotel. For PLN 500 / night it is expected to have a well functioned hair dryer and shower, it was not in our case. Not even any hair conditioner... Not even any excuse / apology in the reception! They could not comment my questioning considering the cleaning up in the corona virus period NOT NOTIFYING the shower problems, is it true that the bathroom is really cleaned up, strange then that the personal is not reporting further...in my opinion not cleaning/checking good enough.
We booked for a sea room with additional charged more but when we checked in the Website the room we got was just a standard room. We complained about it and they promised us that they will show another room for the next day but they didn’t give any notice to lead us to the new room on that day. This is not a professional service. Staff don’t speak English and They don’t give us any information the number we can call them. Once we had problem in the room, we had to go down stair to tell them what happened. Moreover we don’t have any privacy when we used the balcony because we could see the guests from next room through balcony divider.
This is a great hotel the rooms a big and well maintained. The balcony is great and the view is amazing. This is one of the best hotels in the area and we will be back. The staff is amazing which makes this hotel
Although this hotel is listed as a 3 star it is a beautiful place to stay.Hotel feels new, clean and well looked after. Rooms are spotless and the leisure centre is superb. Would highly recommend it. The staff are also really good.
We organized our post marriage ceremony cocktail on the hotel terrace. IT WAS FANTASTIC! Breathtaking view overlooking the Gdansk Bay. Cold buffet, warm buffet, drinks - everything absolutely delicious. Service fast, efficient, polite and very helpful - there was no request that wasnt met. We are wholeheartedly recommending the place! Urządzaliśmy w Różanym Gaju koktajl po ceremonii slubnej. BYŁO FANTASTYCZNIE! Piekny sloneczny dzien, cudowny taras z zapierajacym dech widokiem na Zatoke. Zimny bufet, cieple dania, napoje - wszystko pyszne! Obsluga szybka, sprawna, przemila... POLECAMY NAJGORĘCEJ!!!
Very Good indeed. Friendly ,clean and central location. Helpful staff Big room with seaside views I had. Would like to go here again Secure private parking for the bike Breakfast was big and tasty Five out of five
Stayed many years ago and the hotel has not changed. Great value for money. I like the fact you can walk to Gdynia along the promenade and that the hotel is in a quiet spot so no traffic noise. The single room was small but functional. The double room was adequately sized. The shower is quite small so someone small might struggle - banging arms on soaping up. Breakfast is a continental array of delights. Always plenty of fish dishes. Did not eat here on an evening.
Great hotel in a good location. Not in the busy centre of Gdynia but only 700M from the promenade where there is a good choice of bars and restaurants. Very clean with good facilities. Staff are very friendly and speak good English. The restaurant serves quality food but the menu is limited. Prices range from 40-95 pln for a main course (£20-£25). We found a nice restaurant on the promenade where with drinks, starters, mains and a liquor coffee was only 144pln for both of us (£35). Will definitely be returning in summer as 4 days was too short to take everything in. A taxi ride to the airport in Gdańsk is only 55zlt (£13). Be aware however, unlike advertised on another ‘booking’ web site there is no shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport
