I have stayed here a few times before and the hotel just gets better. Very friendly welcome and staff. The rooms are really good and I had one with a sea view which was a bonus for me. The breakfast has to be one of the best selections I have ever had with hot dishes and cold meats and cheese and breads too. I hope to be back. Great location high up above the beach but easily accessible via a lot of steps or by car.

I have stayed at this hotel twice. Very good location, near waterfront boulevard - direct access via stairs to the seaside.
Big, clean rooms. A desk, two armchairs. Tea/coffee facilities.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Tasty and varied breakfast.
One remark - some problems with tv, weak signal...

The only inconvenience was a broken elevator. The rest, that is client service, room, breakfast, location - flawless. We didn’t use relaxation zone. Right behind the hotel's car park, there are steep stairs leading straight to the seaside boulevard. Hard to beat that. Nevertheless, faced with the mentioned stairs after four-hour trek on the beach and cliff we wanted to scream ; ) Long story short, Różany Gaj is a great place to stay at.

Totally over rated hotel.
For PLN 500 / night it is expected to have a well functioned hair dryer and shower, it was not in our case.
Not even any hair conditioner...
Not even any excuse / apology in the reception! They could not comment my questioning considering the cleaning up in the corona virus period NOT NOTIFYING the shower problems, is it true that the bathroom is really cleaned up, strange then that the personal is not reporting further...in my opinion not cleaning/checking good enough.

We booked for a sea room with additional charged more but when we checked in the Website the room we got was just a standard room. We complained about it and they promised us that they will show another room for the next day but they didn’t give any notice to lead us to the new room on that day. This is not a professional service. Staff don’t speak English and They don’t give us any information the number we can call them. Once we had problem in the room, we had to go down stair to tell them what happened.
Moreover we don’t have any privacy when we used the balcony because we could see the guests from next room through balcony divider.

Lovely hotel with great staff. I have stayed here a lot before and all the rooms are excellent and many have a sea view too. Situated on the cliffs above the bay. High quality staff and decor and a really good breakfast is included. I will be back maybe with someone for a short break. Thank you.

Beautiful and cosy hotel with incredibly kind and helpful staff. Great view and chill out area. Very comfortable bed. I highly recommend the hotel’s restaurant. Probably the best breakfasts I’ve ever had in a hotel but also very good dinner offer.

We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the sea. I knew we have 4 short days in Gdynia and the only chance to see it might be early morning or at night after we return to the hotel. OMG staying at this hotel was worth every penny!!!! The views were fantastic!!!!!! I woke up every morning watching sunrise from MY BED!!!!! Then I made myself coffee in the room and moved to large window sill and kept watching the sun, sea and the birds. Last time I've seen the sea was 21 years ago and now this image will stay with me for a long time.
Check in was perfect, I put our passports on the counter and before I closed my purse she handed us the key-card. Nice, pleasant and fast, what more do you need after traveling all day long?!
The hotel is in excellent location, very close to the sea and boardwalk for relaxing walk. We walk all the way to the end and came back through the main street in town, pass city hall and back to the hotel it took a bit more than an hour.
The hotel is new and modern with a nice boutique atmosphere. The room was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Nice comfy bed and cozy bathroom.
The staff was amazing; everyone was very polite and friendly. Every request was met promptly and courteously. Also while waiting for our ride we enjoyed talking to the staff, pleasant and helpful throughout. Housekeeping also did excellent job keeping the room very clean throughout our stay.
We did not have a breakfast at the hotel as every morning our friend brought us baked goods.
Also we did not have time for a swimming pool or sauna but both look good.
Excellent location, great room, amazing view and very good services! This was one of the best hotels I've stayed in. Actually, it was the best!!!!
If we were to go back to Gdynia we wouldn't even consider different hotel.
We enjoyed everything about our stay at Rozany Gaj and would definitely recommend staying there.
