I booked 2 rooms for me and my friens on hotels.com (I've never have aby problems with this site). Then I checked my e-mail which said that my reservation can't be completed because of my card... I phoned reception to find out what's the problem. I heard laugh... The Man on The phone said that the cheapest room for the date I wanted costs 1200 PLN for 4 People. Room was standard, one for 4 People! I loved The picture of apartments but I don't get it... Had I been lied? The prices are still on hotels.com... very bad impression. When I checked booking.com there's prices like 400/500 PLN for 4 People but 2 rooms and better standards!
I stayed at Apartamenty Ejsmonda for 4 nights. Very nice refurbished house with modern apartments. At some parts, the works are not 100% finished yet (e.g. loose cables) but this does not affect the comfort. The house is close to the beach and about 1-1.5k away from the main shopping/reataurant area of Gdynia. Some apartments also have a balcony. Staff at Apt. Ejsmonda is very friendly and helpful. The only negative part was that the building itself is quite noisy (e.g. doors close only if you bang them) and at the time I stayed there, there were lots of families with small children who made a lot of noise. One night around 2:30am there was a small boy sitting in the hallway and crying loudly as he was locked out of the room - of course this woke up all neighbours too... So if you fancy a quiet accomodation, this might not be for you.…
