I think that this hotel is a bit underrated and the photos in on TripAdvisor are doing it it's justice. It is not super modern hotel but it cannot be in a strict town centre. Our room had a view on a courtyard with a pretty garden and we had a nice sleep. I appreciate that having windows facing a busy street could bring some city noise but it is a part of a fun of having a hotel in a central location. The breakfast was also really varied and helped to start a day right. The staff was also super helpful and friendly. Overall not much to complain about from. Just smooth stay where everything went fine

Old and worn, smells of dead horse in the corridor. ac in room sounds like a jet plane. They dont clean your room everyday and dont change towels. Price is to high for this low standard. Staff is rude and stares at the floor.

You want a great location in the old town of Gdansk and pay a great price then this is the hotel for you. Our room was good apart from the way too high temperature in it and only way was to open the window to cool the room down but sadly it rained part of the time. The breakfast buffet was not very interesting in a badly lid room which was very repellent. The hotel is overall very cozy and highly recommended one. Great location yes and great price yes :) Enjoy

For what we paid, this hotel was great. Location was excellent, central to all the attractions, restaurants and bars. Room was clean, really comfortable bed, TV, mini bar, safe etc. Nice bathroom with rain forest shower. We were on the first floor so there was a small amount of noise from the bars and restaurants below but nothing to bother us. Didn't eat here as so many places on your doorstep, try Nana's 20 metres away its great for breakfast and dinner. For the 3 nights we stayed it was perfect for our needs. Would certainly stay here again. Thanks for a great stay!

The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the shops and restaurants. It was nice and clean and comfortable. The only downside was that we were staying on the top floor so we had windows on the ceiling so it felt bit dark in the room but everything else was great

I’ve been staying there sometime ago, had good memories so decided to stay again. Just one night before my flight from the Gdansk Airport. The room was of good quality, but a TV set was so small that I had to seat at the desk to be able to watch it. Otherwise it was ok. Kobza House is a walking distance from Dluga street, so it’s very convenient for access to restaurants, shops, etc. the underground parking is a bit tricky to find so I advise to contact the reception desk in advance to find out how to get there.

Met at the airport by a mercedes organised by the hotel. Cost 100 zloty. Smooth check-in. Room on the fourth floor/lift only goes to the third/two small flights of stairs to the fourth. Room large/clean/excellent bed fully stocked bar with snacks/beer/spirits. Bathroom spotless/shower hand held shower and overhead large shower head/great water pressure. Hotel bar did'nt appear used much but next door a great pub/the white Rabbit/great meals/beer and staff spoke good english. Old town 100 mtrs away fantanstic old buildings bars and restuarants. Great walks along the riverside. We both really enjoyed our stay and reccomend this hotel. Hotel staff were really helpful with our enquiries.

Some things were great about Kobza Haus and some things poor. So I will start with the great: the room we had was nicely appointed with comfy beds. The front desk people were informative, friendly and knowledgeable about Gdansk. The hotel has off-street parking when available. The hotel is in a great location close to the old city center. Now onto the poor: the wifi did not work for just about the whole time we stayed there and I brought this to their attention a few times. Sounds like a first world problem, but we needed wifi to connect with family back home and to research the next part of our trip. The room we stayed in was loud - loud from street noise and construction projects (nothing the hotel could really do about it) and loud from the guests above our room - mostly just heavy walking. The curtains do not block out light day or night so you will need an eye mask if you want to sleep past 5 am in the summer. So, average.

Friendly welcoming staff. Unbelievably convenient location. Room is big and clean. Bed is so comfortable - slept like a baby. Breakfast is incredible, fresh and so much to choose from. And the lady there this morning was so nice and polite. Also, I had emailed a month before and asked for a fan - even though it has air-conditioning - and one was waiting in the room. I genuinely love it here. I travel a lot and stay in lots of hotels. This is by no means 5 star but it has everything you need - including powerful shower and reasonably priced mini bar. Restaurants and Zabka everywhere - no problem for reasonably priced meals and things you need. Recommended!!!!!

Very good quiet hotel with perfect location in the old town. The room was big enough, had everything you could wish for, well-kept and equipped with air conditioning. The breakfast buffet was very good, continental with elements of well-prepared local dishes. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Here I will gladly return.
