Stylish, clean, central location, luxerious spa facilities and friendly staff ( Simon at reception and Olivia in the spa) what more can I say.
A 25 min taxi ride from the airport the hotel was located in the old town and was very easy to find. Due to its central location I felt safe as a solo traveller walking to and from the hotel to the main sites even at night. The hotel is within walking distance of all the key sites including the war museum, town hall, and shopping centre.
The room was stylish, bed was very comfortable and you can request harder pillows if you need it. Lights, tv and air con was controlled using a tablet which was cool.
There are no kettles in the room but there is free tea and coffee behind reception. I didn't have breakfast or dinner at the hotel so I can't comment.
Overall a lovely stay at the PURO and I will certainly be back.
The spa package was definitely worth it. I booked the PRISMA Day Spa package which included a body scrub, 80 min full body massage, and facial. Olivia was very friendly, and adjusted the massage according to my needs.
The roof bar is nice if you want to relax at the end of a long day of walking. I also had full use of the steam and dry sauna. The hotel doesn't have a pool but I wasn't bothered by that.

Although over 10 years old, the hotel feels as if it has only recently opened. It is clean, bright and airy with clever use of glass in various areas of the building. The bedroom was air conditioned with a large comfortable bed, soft pillows and a polished wood floor. The bathroom was elegant with an excellent shower. The bedside mains sockets made for easy phone charging. An iron and ironing board were provided as were coffee making facilities. Breakfast was outstanding and the evening room service was quick with food that was still hot when delivered (quite rare). All the staff were friendly and helpful making for a very enjoyable three night stay. Thank you Puro Gdańsk Just as a footnote, although we tried to find a taxi offering a reasonable fare from the station to the hotel, we were not sure what the fare should be and finished up paying 60 PLN. The return fare in a taxi booked by the hotel was 30 PLN, perhaps this would be a good figure to strive for at the station!

Gdańsk is a wonderful city to visit and the perfect place to stay is with Puro Gdańsk. The hotel is really well located right at the entrance to the Old Town with spectacular views just a few yards away. This was our third visit to Gdańsk and our third stay with Puro. We just keep coming back because of the high level of comfort, service and value that they offer, as well as a feeling of complete safety. Our room was very handily located on the first floor so no need for lifts (although Puro has 3 lifts if you need them). We always ask for a firm mattress and pillows so that we have a fantastic sleep and wake up totally refreshed in the morning. Bathroom is excellent and the shower was powerful with plenty of space to move around. Everything is so clean and well looked after, including the floors themselves. It’s clear from the professionalism of the staff that they pride themselves on being the best ambassadors for the hotel and the company. We opted for breakfast each morning and this was excellent with plenty of choice both hot and cold. All palettes are catered for. My wife was in love with the avocado toast. The hotel restaurant offers some great deals for evening dining and there are some of the best restaurants in the city just next door to the hotel such as Chleb i Wino. Another fantastic extra that the hotel offers is the availability of free tea, coffee, hot chocolate at the seating area behind Reception. This was so handy at any time of the day. The nearby hotel bar on the ground floor also has some wonderful beers. We loved the Amber IPA. I would like to thank Puro Service Manager Bartłomiej Kamola for helping me organise a little 40th birthday surprise for my wife. Bartłomiej made sure everything was in place and it was massively appreciated. This was another example of the amazing professionalism and reliability that is so evident in the hotel staff and management. We will definitely return. We love Gdańsk and we love Puro.

Puro did a great job for my visit to Gdansk. It’s a modern hotel, slick and in good order. The location is superb, close to all the main sites and within minutes of myriad restaurants. Despite the central location, my 5th floor room was a little cocoon of peace and quiet, I could hear nothing, despite it overlooking bustling Stagiewna. I’d requested a room with as much natural light as possible and mine had this in droves, thanks to a huge picture window. I noted that some rooms overlook an inner courtyard. I’m glad mine didn’t, but even these are likely to be fairly light, given the big windows and airy, illuminated atrium they look onto. My room was a good size with a very comfy bed, excellent shower, nice toiletries, excellent WiFi and ample sockets. Everything in the room is controlled by iPad, the TV, heating, lighting etc, and I loved that in addition to mood lighting there was the option for having the lights on full. So many hotels opt for low lighting, which is all very ambient and pretty, but hopeless for doing makeup. The option of having the room as bright as a hospital theatre when needed got a very big thumbs up from me. There are no coffee making facilities in-room, but complimentary hot drinks are available 24/7 in the lobby. The hotel restaurant, Magari, is a vast, high ceilinged space, and for me, lacked ambience, but food, service and prices were all good.

A neat and clean hotel with very nice staff and a great breakfast! We got a double room uranium window outwards but it didn't matter because daylight came down from the skylights. The hotel lent bikes free of charge and when we asked for two extra bath towels it was no problem - absolutely superb! If we go back to Gdansk we will definitely book this hotel again.

The hotel is centrally located. The staff were welcoming and all staff at all times were friendly helpful and efficient. The room was comfortable. Whilst I’m not a fan of see through en suite facilities the rainfall shower was bliss. I liked having the tablet in the room with internet access and a nice touch was still and sparkling water provided everyday. You could choose whether you wanted your room cleaned via the tablet and control room temperature etc. The breakfast buffet was exceptional. The hotel provided free coffee tea and hot drinks 24/7 which was much appreciated. The spa was also included and the sauna was very good. This hotel exceeded expectations and I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and chain.

The style of the hotel is very enjoyable, a mix of modern and historic. Location in old town is very good, you can step out and directly have bars and sightseing for the day. the room is very modern; I liked the look and the quality is good and comfortable. Disadvantages: No fresh air/window to open and quite dark inside. Room steering via tablet, but on 2 of 3 days it was set to polish (and not adjustable for me to set up light and Airconditioning) or in "service mode". was not so corfortable and service oriented. I assume room service did't set it up correctly. No iron

The best hotel we stayed at. The service was absolutely incredible! Super modern and amazing pillows and bed! You have all the information on a plate that sits in the room. There you can announce that you want cleaning, call reception, order room service, adjust the AC, adjust the lights, etc. So very good! The location was also great. So definitely recommendable. Best service ever, we arrived early in the morning and were able to leave our luggage at the hotel. They said hopefully we could check in earlier, but it wasn't certain. We had a brunch and then we called and then the room was ready, two hours before. Then we asked to check out 2 hours later and it was No problem and free of charge!

I had a wonderful stay at PURO Gdańsk. The hotel is beautifully decorated with a modern and tasteful design. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the main attractions and the vibrant Old Town. The breakfast selection was excellent, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day.
One unique aspect of the hotel is that the windows of some rooms face the interior of the building, which was quite unexpected. While I did miss having fresh air, it was a trade-off for a quiet night’s sleep, free from the noise of traffic, nearby restaurants, or any street disturbances.
The beds in the room were exceptionally comfortable, with soft yet supportive mattresses and incredibly cozy pillows that ensured a restful sleep.
The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, with daily housekeeping maintaining everything to a high standard. The staff were always friendly and attentive, making the experience even more pleasant.
One small suggestion for improvement would be to enforce quiet hours more strictly, as the noise from children running in the corridors after 10 PM did affect the tranquility of the evening.
Overall, I highly recommend PURO Gdańsk for its great service, comfort, and style. It’s a fantastic choice for anyone looking to enjoy the city with a bit of extra flair.

Amazing hotel! Very modern and clean! I had no problem with late checkout, brekafast was delicious and good options to choose from even tho it costs 79zl it’s definitelly worth it. Rooms are small but modern and also clean. What i liked the most was that you could turn of lights and do check out everything through ipad in a room. Basic amanities in bathroom like shampoo and shower gel in one and then separate conditioner. Very quiet room, we could hear a little bit when cleaning was vacumming but it was okey. Very nice panel to press a touch screen if u want cleaning or do not disturb.
Location of hotel is insanly good! You can walk everywhere!
I will definitely be comming back regulary :)
