Really didn't know what to expect from our visit, but we always manage to make the best of any situation! However, it has to be said that the Puro exceeded our expectations in every possible way! Prompt and effective check in allowed us to get into our room earlier than anticipated, experiencing such friendly reception. The room was well appointed and it was really cool that all facilities were operated from one tablet! 👌 We had a romantic dinner, to the sultry sounds of a sax, which was both tasty and reasonably priced. The service was exceptional and the ambience was exquisite in the Dancing Anchor restaurant! Post dinner cocktails was a pleasure also, in INK ABOVE, serving some really well mixed booze with a view to die for! The hotel was impeccably situated in the heart of Gdansk for every possible taste and catered for our every need. The check out was efficient and the final icing on the cake was a very reasonably price deal on a comfortable airport transfer. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and they certainly deserve their highly regarded status on here! Well done to all the team. Superb!

We stayed here 2 years ago over new year and took our parents this time, for 4 nights. We all had a great time, the rooms are compact but functional, with everyone only having the same one complaint of beds being too hot and pillows too soft (we all had to turn the aircon to a low temp to battle the hot beds but then any exposed skin was as cold as ice). The HDMI cable in the back of our tv was also snapped so my firestick didn’t work in the port on the side of the tv unit, didn’t bother reporting it as I just watched my iPad instead. Staff are all very professional and nothing is too much trouble. Perfect location for exploring Gdansk. Room was cleaned every day to a very high standard, the entire hotel is spotless - 10/10 to the cleaning staff! Will return when back visiting Gdansk in the future

We had a great stay at this hotel. I think the heading sums it up. I think the hotel and room decor was modern as well as welcoming. Welcoming and service minded can also be used to describe the staff, both in the lobby and in the bars. We did not have too much interaction with the restaurant staff so we can't speak to their attitude, but it was clear to us from the way they were rushing around and refilling serving trays at breakfast, that they were attentive as well. We spent most of our nights dining and having drinks outside of the hotel. But we did try the sky bar one of the nights. Here we can only recommend that you reserve in advance, because this place was not big, and seemed very popular. We ended up having a few coctails in the hall outside the bar before we found a table inside. All in all we can highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gdansk. If we were to mention one thing it was only the lack of international TV channels. There were some, but not enough. The pads in the rooms used to control all the smart features in the room, lights, temperature, "do not disturb" & "please clean" were a nice feature.
