The hotel is easy to find and the street to follow is tartaczna as you turn into the street you will see a large blue vertical sign in the distance. The hotel is situated near the monument/ memorial to the defenders of the post office(WW2) and the post office museum . we arrived around 1.30 in the afternoon and were allowed to check in straight away. The reception is staffed 24 hours and all the staff speak good English and are really nice and willing to help whatever the issue. Town maps and a free city guide is available from the reception. The rooms are good, wood flooring ,flat screen TV, tea and coffee with kettle, and a fridge, and a safe. Unfortunately the TV did not have any english speaking channels. The hotel also provides two bottles of water per day complimentary replenished by the housekeeping staff. The air conditioning works well and the bed is comfortable if very soft. The wardrobe however was a bit cramped and dark squeezed in behind the door .The shower was good with fair water pressure and enough space to be comfortable. We borrowed an electrical adaptor from reception and one of the lovely staff obtained a pint glass from the restaurant for me. Breakfast provides an excellent choice hot polish sausage/bacon bread for toast, rye bread ,cooked meats ,cheeses ,salad ,fresh fruit ,yoghurts ,small sweet cakes teas /coffees and fruit juices .You also have the option of omelette, scrambled egg, fried egg, poached eggs or pancakes freshly cooked to order. Breakfast is served from 7.00am -11.00am daily in the basement restaurant. There is a small supermarket on the corner Zabko which sells water ,beers ,soft drinks ,biscuits, confectionery ,crisps and hot dogs. Next to that on the same street is also a good Mexican restaurant with seating outside. We asked the reception to book us a taxi for the airport at 4.00am on our departure day which was excellent "Neptune taxis". However the lady on reception failed to make the wake up call at 3.30am that we had asked for and we just made the booking. The hotel location was also handy for the tourist sites 10 minutes from the waterfront promenade ,15 mins from WW2 museum etc.

Stayed in the hotel Bonum for 3 nights. Lovely hotel, friendly staff, great breakfast and great location. Near the square where WW11 started. Near the WW11 museum and near the beautiful river walk. The hotel has 24 hour reception. Would defiantly stay there again.

Stayed here for almost 2 weeks in total. Extended my stay as a result of the cleanliness, good friendly staff & reasonable prices. Only thing I can say negatively is that there is no SPA or pool of any sort.

Our three room party were received with a warm welcome in spite of our late eveningt arrival. We had no worries on this account as the arrivals desk is open 24hrs. The breakfast was of a high standard with attentive staff and the rooms were comfy with a high standard of cleanliness.

First impressions of the hotel were ok checked in fine and looked clean and tidy , downside we asked for some suggestions on where to go for a drink but the receptionist seemed unsure and just gave us a map and one suggestion of which she didn’t write down so by the time we’d dumped our bags in the room and gone out we had forgotten !! Room was clean and tidy and beds were really comfy and crispy clean sheets and towels. Room was a good size for two people and a decent sized shower that again was clean and had plenty of running hot water. We don’t watch much tv on holiday but there usually is the world service on or something but no English channels at all which didn’t worry us so much . The hotel is situated close to the river we and only a short walk from main promenade which was great. Downside the hotel is a little noisy which is beyond the staffs control really walls are thin and you can hear other guests in their rooms . I am a light sleeper so struggled with this a little but didn’t complain as it is not something they can do anything about. Hotel is situated in a housing estate and there was issues with noisy members of the public which again is beyond the hotels control . Overall a nice hotel and we didn’t have any major issues .

The hotel is a little bit away from the main sights but still close enough to walk back from the city center and get some rest if needed. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood, no bars etc nearby, which was great for a quiet night of sleep. The room was clean and quite spacious. The breakfast was tasty and varied slightly every day. The best part was that you could get fresh eggs (e.g. omelette) and pancaked free of charge. Free parking is offered but the private parking lot is quite small. Overall a great hotel to use as a base for sightseeing trips around the city.

We really enjoyed our stay, was central location. Clean and tidy. Lovely modern rooms and shower. Was close to bakery, so we had pastry with Tea/Coffee for breakfast. Lots of restaurants and café near by. Would recommend and would return.

Stayed in this small hotel for 4 nites. Hotel lovely and very clean, staff friendly and helpful. As situated beside the old town close to all the restaurants , shops and places of interest. We enjoyed the post office museum which was just across the road and as we were leaving mid afternoon spent the morning there before going to the old town for lunch. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great boutique hotel near the bay area and main tourist attractions. They have free onsite parking and and it is walking distance from restaurants and cafes. Rooms are basic with limited facilities. They have heating but no air conditioning. TV didn’t have any international/English channels. Friendly staff with good customer service. Overall ok for short stay.

Stayed for 2 nights in March. Modern comfortable hotel and rooms, within walking distance of the main square and the river. Reception staff all very friendly and helpful, could not fault this hotel at all. We had an issue with the in-room safe which was very quickly sorted out. Spacious room and bathroom with large walk in shower. Would not hesitate to visit again.
