I come to Gdansk about once every year and stay here. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the linen is super fresh and well presented. Staff during the day and night are super helpful and courteous. The room rate off-season is insanely low ~€25 night, so it's ideal for the budget conscious. The area is about 15 minutes by tram to downtown, 30 minutes by bus to the airport, 10 minutes to Sopot by train, so the location is well connected and also has the Galeria Bałtycka which is still one of the best shopping centres in Gdansk. If you're staying here, ask for a quiet room as sometimes the traffic noise can seem quite loud. Otherwise, this is a great place to stay.
The Hotel is based in a good location beside a big shopping mall, bus stops and train station. The hotel doesn’t have any air conditioning , there also no way to open the balcony as the noise from the roads is sooo loud I guarantee you won’t fall asleep. Then of course people slamming doors at 3 at night with no respect to others. Basically me and my partner haven’t slept the whole time in Gdansk. All staff were very nice apart from one man at the reception that had zero empathy towards the situation we were in.
Stayed with my son for 5 nights. Located near shopping center where you can find a nice places to have your lunch or dinner. Breakfast highly recommended in the hotel. Good choices of cold and hot dishes together with a coffee, tea and juices. Room is small but very cozy and clean. Just perfect for 2 people. Modern style which I really love it. My son wanted to add it that the bed was so comfortable....😱😉👍 All staff (reception, housekeeping and restaurant) are credit to the hotel. Special mention to Marcin from the Reception (I think that was his name: tall with beard and glasses, dark hair), very proffesional and friendly who will go an extra mile to meet your request however as I have mentioned before all the staff are very good. If we visit Gdansk again we will definetely stay there again!👍 I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!!!! …
We travel to rest in Gdansk 4 nights and everything was fine. Not so close to the center but there are a lot of transport just to 3 min, and you can move for the city very well. The room was clean, very important in this global situation and the staff was kind and helpful. I totally would recommend to my friends. Thanks!!
Stayed at this hotel for one night only in January, arrived in the middle of the night and reception staff very polite although it was 2am.. Shower room small but adequate. My partner stayed for four nights as he needed to be at appointments close by, same again arrived 2am in the morning, polite reception staff. Room similar to the one before, small but clean and adequate shower room. He ate at the restaurant a couple of time and said the food was very good and inexpensive. Hotel not in centre of Gdansk but railway station only a few minutes walk away and very frequent trains to Gdansk centre and also to the seaside town of Sopot. Would I stay at this hotel, yes definitely. Thank you to the reception staff for printing out his boarding cards and arranging taxis etc.
