Clean, modern hostel. Excellent location, and 5 mins walk to Hucisko bus stop where one can take the night bus N3 to the airport. Clear instructions were given by email before arrival, and everything worked out well. Just note that the hostel is located on the 2nd and 3rd floor and the building has no lift.

We just stayed there one night but everything was great! Our room was clean, cozy and comfortable. Staff was extremaly nice and helpful (thank you for printing our train tickets!). We also got a great tip where to have breakfast! 100% safisfied!

This hostel doesn't have any staff. I arrived at the property ringed the bell, called the number on the box outside and there was no answer where I had to find another hostel. The next day I went back around lunch time where I ringed the bell again, no answer. Later in the day, I went to another hostel across the street called Midtown Hostel who were very nice and offered to call 5 Point where they got no answer. All this and I still got charged for the stay! I would warn anyone to find another hostel, the inconvenience is not worth it. I've never had an experience like this in my years of travel.

I waited outside upon arrival, in the dark and cold alone ringing the bell, emailing and calling the property continuously but no one answered. I had even let them know 8 hours in advance of my exact arrival time. Unbelievably upsetting experience.

I'm very satisfied with my stay in this hostel, it was clean and cozy. It's worth to mention about the staff separately, since they were super friendly and kind to me, especially Ms Joanna who gave me information about the city, was able to answer all my questions, and most importantly, allowed me to store my suitcase to make my trip much comfortable I definitely recommend this place. 🙂

Do not deal with this hostel. They are rude and lie to you. The manager Joanna agreed to refund me TWICE over the phone but yet in the end said she changed her mind and directed all my enquiries to Booking.com customer service. She was rude on the phone to me and said "why would you want a refund; You cannot buy a coke with 100pln!!" word for word. Appalling people to deal with. Lie to customers. Avoid them. There are so many nice bnbs in Gdansk. And with much better treatment if guests.

In my hostel experiences, it was the worst, mainly because of the rudeness and non-cooperation from the staff. There was no provision to keep luggage or use the common room before check-in and after checkout hours. And the receptionist was not ready to listen to us at all. The hostel doesn't treat it's guests like a guest, she was literally shouted on guests. She didn't even let us pack our stuff properly. "The hostel is on the 3rd and 4th floor with NO lifts and it's not even mentioned on any of the sites " I would not recommend this hostel to anybody as they are just doing business with no passion for hospitality. The most non-cooperative staff I have ever come across in hospitality industry.

Rooms are not spoundproof at all and the reception is next to our room,there is a lot of talking. Do not know why everybody speaks so good about this place. Its clean but that's about it. Will stay in a hotel from now on...

Very good quality Hostel, centrally located, 10-15 minutes walk from train main station. the hostel was very clean, and had a nice design -the music in the shower/bathroom was a nice extra. common room and kitchen in the upper floor, next to the 5 bed dorm, which felt like a cozy attic, good choice for a room if you want to mingle. Wifi worked well, the owner was very helpful and nice

I have never seen a hostel so tidy before.Rooms squeaky clean,nice decor and perfect common room.There is free selection of tea and coffee and some treats as well.Receptionist is super kind and helpful.I don't know why this is just a hostel,while it looks and feels like at least 3star hotel.Location is the best.
