We (2 adults & 1 toddler) stayed in a one bedroom apartment for four nights. As our flight wasn't due to arrive into Gdansk until 11pm I wanted to stay somewhere that had 24 hour reception, and Apart Neptun has this. Reception organised airport transfer to and from the apartment. The aparthotel is excellently located near to all the attractions with many cafes, bars and restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are a good size and there was a TV in both the living room and bedroom and excellent wi-fi. The kitchen has everything you need should you choose to cook for yourself. Hand sanitiser is available through out and social distancing appeared to be adhered to, this included the use of facemasks in common areas of the aparthotel.

This is a very nice hotel in the heart of Gdansk 😊 The rooms are nice, big and clean. The service is very good. The breakfast is nice and tasty 😊 I've stayed here 9 times, and I'll be back for sure 🥰 I can really recommend this hotel ❤

Nice Hotel, rigth in the middle of old town. Our room was nice and clean, but there was some stanger smell. If you wanna eat breakfast, I recomend some other place in the town. Best thing was location and price.

Location in one of the best in the centrum of old town but at the same time really silent. Room is really nice with a kitchen. The staff are very helpful and could not imagin better service experince. This hotel we will select for sure again next time when travelling to Gdansk!
