Perfect location 👌🏼 We stayed in apartment 68. Apartment needs to be upgraded. Could be so much better with a little paint. The bed mattresses were horrible and the sheets didn’t even fit, they were way to small. They say it’s room for 4 people, but that’s not true. They do have 2 twin beds but that’s it! There’s no living room, just 2 chairs and the rest of the group has to sit on the beds. Same thing out on the terrace, only 2 chairs....They also really need to fix the shower, you can’t hang up the shower head while you wash. Cheap so don’t expect much!

Location of apartment was good, enough close from old town but enough far from noice of city. We have been same place earlier and then everything went very well. The apartment number 212 was clean and good but now we got apartment 68. If you want to get good apartment ask number 212 and deny for 68. PROBLEMS: - No towels. I sent four emails, call one time and last time I walk to reception (1,2 km from apartment) before they could arrange towels for us. It takes almost three days. unbelievable! - Apartment stinks like a mold. I noticed behind the bedside table that there has been water accident and there might be water under the laminate what stinks. - Walls were dirty - Floors were dirty, sandy - Kitchen was dirty, impractical and too small for four person. There were only two chairs. - Dishwasher wasn't installed properly. When open the door the washer falls to front. - In the shower there wasn't shower holder in the wall or yes there was but it was the holder witch should be next to tap not over head. - There were televisions in both rooms but only one of them works. - In the left bedroom were bedside tables and lamps but not socket were to get electricity for lamps. - Pillows were awful and mattress too. - Customer services was very bad.

Four adults and an 8 month old baby. 2 large suitcases, 1 small, 3 hand luggage bags, car baby seat and a stroller. We get dropped off at an office after paying 90 pln. We were given 1 set of keys and told walk down towards the old town and turn right. Well we got lost, walked around for ages then made our way back to the office, the man who had dealt with is was coming out of a shop, he was surprised to see us. He didn't have time to show us, but showed us on Google maps roughly where to go. After more walking with all our luggage we found the apartment. What a HUGE disappointment. Nothing like the pictures we'd seen on the website. A small 2 bedroom dingy, apartment. We were all so knackered we decided we'd get in touch with the office the next day. There was no where to sit and eat. We played cards the first night whilst my grandson was in the other room in the provided travel cot. My daughter and partner sat on the only 2 chairs next to the bed which myself and partner sat on. The following day I emailed the office to say we wasn't happy and it was unsuitable and clearly nothing like the first few pictures we'd seen. No answer despite them being on the ball at answering before we went. So I rang. They told me to ring in an hour to give them time to sort something out. Rang back twice. No answer. My daughter rang off her phone. They answered immediately. Wouldn't help , weren't bothered, told us to ring booking.com, and said there was nothing they could do despite availability on booking.com site. I rang booking.com who themselves could not get anywhere with them. We ended up checking out and going else where. We've been back 3 weeks now and I'm still waiting for the promised refund of the 3 nights we didn't stay. They were quick enough to take the money( 2 days before we got there). Also take a look at the pictures, just a snap shot of how bad the apartment was. Don't waste your money dealing with these people. Charlatans!!

definitely cost effective, was a total steal. but just terrible communications, which made complaining hard to have the energy to do. The room we did get was clean and tidy, i would recommend for stags as it was cheap
