In General, concerning to your cleaning service, I would like to inform you that it is not even in the lowest accepted level. Both rooms were founded not cleaned enough, full of hair in walls and floors, dirty beneath sofas, bed and other furniture. Pillow covers and bed' s and sofa's covers need to change with new ones. Spider webs and moschito's bodies are in almost all walls. As far as 51a concerns: In the bathroom, the air outlet was founded dirty, the shower column was founded damaged, so water is spread everywhere. The hair dryer is not working at all. In the kitchen, the coffe espresso machine doesn't work at all. One sofa is damaged, one window doesn't open properly in the inclination stage. The door's knob needs Service. Sofa's were founded damaged and worn out. As far as 59 concerns: In the bathroom, the cover sheet was found too dirty. The bed's covers were dirty, ripped, torned and full in hair and left overs. Bed's mattress are severly damaged and dirty, too.

We booked apartment for 2 weeks, on arrival a taxi driver picked us up and handed the key which was nice. On arrival we expected slightly bigger apartment but I though it’s ok. Was really hot in the apartment and ventilation was very poor, I expected either a bigger window or ac. During the hot days/nights place was really hot and we could not get any sleep. Apartment was not as clean as I expected for the price. Dirty dishes, dusty floor, bathroom was nowhere near the standard I expected and I’m not a very demanding person. Big let down there. We booked apartment for 2 weeks and there was no replacement towels, toilet roll or bedsheets for such a long period. Clearly unprepared for 2 week period. Neighbours change very often and tend to scream at the top of their voice from their balconies, it was quiet regular on weekend during early morning hours, not something we expected, we are a young couple and we expected it to be a little louder during a weekend but not at 2am. Security completely ignored this...After 1 week stay we had to leave due to family reasons and told staff we would like to check out early, which was fine with the male staff member but as soon as I mentioned partial refund he wasn’t so pleasant. I expected there to some sort of charge for leaving early but I was immediately told that it doesn’t matter if I check out after a day or 2 weeks I’m still paying a full price. This is absolutely shocking and I feel like I been scammed. I lost £400 for the apartment I had no use for as I left for the countryside. Overall I think Krakow and zakopane have a lot better value for money when it comes to the apartments. I think Gdansk is a beautiful city but this whole apartment experience really spoilt it for me. Avoid.

Our apartment was nice & in a good location, but unfortunately we were on the sixth floor and the lift did not work, We telephoned and emailed to find out if it was going to be fixed but got no reply. If you are coming in summer check if your apartment has air conditioning, as ours didn’t and it made sleeping very difficult. The write up on booking.com does say that there is building work nearby, & there is noise from early morning, so bear this in mind.

Fabulous apartment - modern, stylish, spacious and well-equipped. Felt luxurious but was such good value for money. And just a ten-minute walk from the Old Town. Staff were super friendly and helped organise airport transfers, as well as giving us practical advice about the city. Highly recommend and definitely coming back :)

Be warned this place is not as advertised. The pictures look great our beds were so uncomfortable and hard. The pull out sofa bed is not a pullout sofa bed just modules. No air conditioning on a hot day stuffy as. We got hit with a 30zl fee each for arriving late even though the office lady is there at 10 at night. 300zl for holding deposit which doesnt get refunded for 14 days after you check out. Its a good 25-30 min walk to the old town not ideal. And theres full on construction all round kicking off around 7am. The rooms are not serviced either.

We chose this apartment because it looked so serene against the river. We went through Sun and Snow Aura. There were at least 3 vacation rental agencies working in this complex. It is actually not a very pretty river; somewhat green and stagnant and there was no activity on it other than a few ducks. However, we were pleasantly surprised about how close it was to the old town (walking distance). The apartment at first seemed well equipped, but strategically missing items were a problem. For instance, nothing to flip food in a frying pan. What we'd call a spatula or scraper. Frying pans are not much use without it. Same with baking pans. And most annoying of all, the apartment is very sparsely equipped with paper goods/towels. They gave us 2 rolls of toilet paper. Sounds like that should be enough for two adults for 1 week. But they were the smallest, most loosely wound rolls I have ever seen (not to mention rough). And one equally small roll of paper towels. A very small, inefficient piece of sponge and a very small, thin synthetic kitchen wipe. No linens for the kitchen and only one towel each for the shower. Only 3 hangers, left over from clothes purchases. We were pointed to a store where we could buy more TP. But we had to buy no fewer than 6 rolls; we only needed one. In our week here, I visited at least a half dozen stores to see if we could buy a single roll. WiFi is really slow. There are so many channels on the TV, I can't navigate the remote. I may have accidentally bought some movies. Bed is okay, but the least comfortable bed we have experienced in 7 places (beds in Europe are pretty good). Good storage in bedroom and bathroom. Not so much in Kitchen. No A/C and I worried about bugs with the river so close, but it was not a problem having the windows open. The apartment is in a very large complex mixed with permanent residences and all balconies are pretty close. Lots of smokers. Lots of noisy neighbors. And we felt we had to be very quiet too. Overall, it is a functional place, great location. Good restaurants right within the complex and a store open late also.

Got a small bedroom with a crap bed and pillows, no cleaning, no air conditioning and no balconies. Lot of noise due to construction work around. Would recommend to choose a bigger place or at least lower your expectations

We were 2 families with 4 children and this apartment was a perfect match. Well designed and equipped (2 bathrooms, wash machine... And spacious enough. 10min by foot from the city center. Neighborhood just new apartment housing. Very kind welcome. For home made kitchen lovers be aware that there is just a small shop with a very limited offer in the neighborhood. The restaurants in site are quite expensive in compare to the city centre.
