Staff are 5+ stars - super friendly & helpful, were willing to answer any questions and provide local guidance. Hotel was especially clean, pleasing my wife who is nutty about this...and you know what they say...! Location is good in center, as name depicts. There's a cool pub across street down a bit - gotta check that out (fine for teenagers). Breakfast was included and was terrific, relatively speaking. Only complaint / suggestion is their nice bar/restaurant has zero casual food items, e.g. if you don't have time or inclination to have fancy/top end meal. There's other places to go to nearby, but it's a big tavern style (bar, TV's, etc.) and seems like a missed opportunity

We made a choice for this hotel within the "Hotel nights action". Good location,bus 102 takes you from main railway station direct to the hotel doors!The reception staff kind and helpful, the room clean, big enough, pleasant bathroom and room coffee/tea facilities. Viewing a church. The front side rooms viewing the park are probably bigger and the view still nicer. A smaller discrepancy (fridge was out of work) was removed operatively. The breakfast in the hotel restaurant was pleasant, the offer wide. The location was very good, not far from Radniční Tower, Stodolní, tram connection for Bolt tower or shooing mall Nova Karolína, Landek (continuing by bus 32)...we were satisfied.
