Beskydy mountains are only 30 minutes by car (50 minutes by train). Because of it we are perfect place to connect exploring nature during the day and bussy city life in the night. Providing an ideal mix of value, comfort, and convenience, it offers a family-friendly setting with an array of amenities designed for travellers. We offer accommodation in single, double, triple rooms with privet bathroom and in the apartments (combination of single, double and triple rooms). In all rooms or apartments, we provided in kettle, fridge, hob and microwave. You will find a 24-hour front desk at the property. To save you valuable time on your arrival, we offer you the option to pre-fill all the guests information in the online Check-in form. За месяц до заезда при бронировании с нас потребовали депозит 22800₽, который мы полностью заплатили. Потом мы будучи студентами по обмену жили в Кампусе ровно 3 месяца. Оплата за само проживание была сделана на месте наличными. Квитанцию об оплате менеджер по имени Йитренка обещала прислать чуть позже по электронной почте, сославшись на зависший компьютер. Я несколько раз напоминал ей об обещанной квитанции, но мне ее так и не прислали. Моя вина, что не настоял на получении своей квитанции, просто не ожидал того, что случилось с нами потом. Депозит обещали прислать на карту в течение 60 рабочих дней после нашего выезда. Спустя больше чем 3 месяца после того, как мы уехали из Кампуса домой в Россию, только после моих настойчивых писем мне прислали якобы мой депозит в размере около 5000 рублей, когда должен был составлять чуть больше 15000. На мои вопросы мне ответили, что я остался должен кампусу за проживание и они сняли эти деньги из депозита. Доказать, что я ничего не был должен без квитанции я не смог. Уверен, что это заранее продуманная схема обмана. Двум моим друзьям, с которыми я ездил учиться в Чехию, Кампус вообще ни рубля из депозита не вернул. Сначала говорили о невозможности перевести деньги в Россию, потом начали игнорировать. Никакие условия проживания и тому подобное не оправдали все то разочарование и осадок, что остался у нас после всей ситуации. Кстати говоря, в кампусе в разгар локдауна каждую пятницу на верхнем этаже в студенческом коворкинге происходили шумные вечеринки, которые не давали никому спать. Их никто из администрации кампуса и не пытался разгонять, а после вечеринок в 3-4 часа ночи эти пьяные студенты орали на весь кампус, что-то ломали и устраивали полный хаос. Опять же: абсолютно ноль реакции со стороны администрации Кампуса. Вот такие «хорошие условия проживания» для студентов.…

I reserved the place for a 2 day business trip and recognized, that it has nothing to do with a Hotel. It is a student residence with all it inconveniences. Noise, dirtyness, no amenities in bathroom. There are mosquitos all over the place. I would not recommend anybody for staying in a trip there. Not worth any penny.

We booked this under the impression it was a hotel (my fault for not researching on this occasion). It says it is close to a station and yes it is - but not the main Ostrava train station (1.8m away). There’s no fan or air con, no shower gel, no hand towels, no hair dryer, no tv etc. It’s a small apartment. Getting to the room - up to level 3, down corridors, down stairs to level 2... This isn’t for backpackers at all. Mosquitoes were an issue. Rooms very warm. The one redeeming factor was the girls on reception, very friendly.

I stayed in a shared two bedroom complex room with shared bathroom and kitchen area. The room was comfortable, clean and modern. There was even a desk to sit at.I also felt very safe with the locked main door, locked apartment door and a further loock on the bedroom door. The staff were very friendly and helpful on the 24 hour reception. I would definitley stay here again.
