Im Rahmen einer Geschäftsreise habe ich hier 1 Nacht verbracht. Das Hotel liegt direkt im Stadtzentrum (direkt neben der Polizei) und verfügt über einen Parkplatz vor dem Hotel. Der Herr an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hat mich nett begrüßt. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich, ebenso das Bad. Abends saßen wir noch an der Bar und haben uns ein paar Bier gegönnt. Auch hier war die Dame im Service sehr nett. Das Frühstück war eher einfach, aber was da war, hat gut geschmeckt. Ich würde jederzeit wieder ein Zimmer hier buchen.

This is a four star hotel in a quiet but central location. Its only a short walk to all the sights and is close to the park where you can go for a nice walk by the river. It took me 20 minutes to walk to the train station from the hotel.
The room was spacious, clean and quiet so i slept well. In the morning i enjoyed a good buffet breakfast.
The only disappointment was when i checked in. I arrived about 2 hours before the check in time of 2pm and was told that the room was ready but i would have to pay extra because i was early. In my experience most hotels usually allow you to check in slightly early without paying extra. I found this attitude to be mean and not guest friendly. Based on my experience i would not return to this hotel.

The hotel claims it's a business hotel, however it doesn't have one single power supply socket. Nor at the bed to charge smart phone nor at the desk to work on computer.
Bathroom
Pressure of water is a bit high and shower is like a torture. Otherwise nice, clean, well maintained
Bar, restaurant
Very beautiful small bar with decent selection of drinks. However food is better to have outside. Hotel is located five minutes from city center, five minutes from shopping mall. At city center are plenty of very good restaurants
In general very nice place to stay for decent price. Once these small issues are resolved it will be perfect.

The Alley calls itself a Business Hotel, and that's exactly what it is. It's new, comfortable, clean, quiet, in a great location, with no pretensions to having much of an atmosphere. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast, which was included, was standard hotel fare. My only problem was with the shower, which was in the bath, with a shower curtain (ugh...) instead of a glass panel.

Po rekonstrukci jsem zde poprvé vypadá to velmi vkusně ,svěže a moderně zařízené působí velice prostorným dojmem ale bohužel mě trošku zklamala cena Myslím si že čtyři hvězdičky hotel reálně nemá je to hlavně vidět na koupelnách ,které jistě zaslouží další krok rekonstrukce

Great business stay. Room was small, but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was well done. Close to old town and fine dining. Great staff and service. I would recommend for business travelers, and will stay again on my next trip.

Hotel jsme si vybrali pro firemní účely a všichni jsme byli maximálně spokojení. Čistota, vstřícný personál a vysoce komfortní pokoje a apartmány. Navíc má velmi strategickou polohu s krásným výhledem do parku. V blízkosti je obchodní centrum, na které je vidět a kousek i přímo centrum Olomouce. Snídaně byly moc dobré a bohaté. Příště si vybereme tento hotel znovu.

We booked the Alley Suite for a long weekend in Olomouc and were very pleased with it. The balcony is huge and has lovely views, the rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, and the suite is spotlessly clean. Hotel staff is very helpful. The hotel is not in the center of town (which, given that it's a college town, is rather full of drunken revelers), so it's very quiet, but it's only a short walk to all the sights. Wonderful.

Das Hotel liegt an einer Allee direkt neben einer Polizeistation mit eigenem Parkplatz. Die Innenstadt ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, für eine Stadtbesichtigung daher ideal. Sonst wirkt das Hotel eher kühl und geschäftsmäßig, die Zimmer sind modern und geräumig. Das Frühstück ist reichlich und gut.

I have been coming to Olomouc on business and pleasure trips for number of years now. After trying several hotels in town, I came back to Alley. It is the best hotel in my opinion, which I base on facts: 1. Great location, near park, old town and new shopping (if you like that sort of recreation), plus adjacent to city police. 2. Great condition of the hotel. 3. Great breakfast included in price - they serve Champagne (!) with other delicious food of great variety. 4. Truly great staff, willing to help with any issue, welcoming and smiling - which is not a norm in this part of the world! I hope that I will make many more trips to the magnificent town of Olomouc, and hotel Alley is the place where I am going to stay. Recommend to any traveler who looks for high standards.

"I would think all rooms were ok even if some small touches do hark back to communist era, double check it is non smoking as some hotels still allow it."
