Nice hotel, well reconstructed and maintained, super clean everywhere, friendly, and competent staff. Simple parking, closed to both the central park as well as to the city center. Nice spa, comfortable beds, well working internet.. Highly recommendable for vacation as well as for business travelers. Clear "5 of 5" rating. Yet and perhaps the only downside of the whole stay was the „coffee handling“, so for those who, need good coffee for nice start of the day, arm yourselves with A LOT (I mean really a lot ...) patience and tolerance… The breakfast buffet is very rich, tasty, nicely decorated, both cold and well as the warm part of it. Including fruit and vegies. Yet for the coffee, there is only one, low-capacity machine. In parallel, you can (if you are lucky and patient enough) to get some filtered coffee from another pot/kettle. Unfortunately, that one is also rather of low volume/capacity, so you will highly probably end up of in one or the other queue (10 min plus) easily… We have been in the hotel two days – both breakfast the same “coffee experience”. So perhaps, this is the contribution of the hotel management to more environmental sustainability, as coffee must travel to Czech from quite far abroad and therefore – discouraging people from drinking it in their hotel is the right thing to do 😊…

PROS: The location is great. Situated close to a nice park area. Just need to cross the park to reach the old town. The hotel is undergoing renovations. Our room 303 was brand new. Spacious wit 2 bedrooms and a kitchen corner. Each bedroom with flat TV. Bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Nice and stylish. The breakfast was great. You can park for free. The staff at the desk was kind. CONS: Although there was air-condition in each bedroom, it was out of order. The receptionist does know about it, but she haven´t told us anything in forward. She was probably waiting for our reaction. We have been given 10% rabat which is great. I was OK with the price actually, not okay wit the heat in the room however. We found towels for 2 persons only in the room, instead of 3. The pillows were not comfortable.Found lots of dust under the furniture. Looks like they don´t check the rooms properly before letting guests inside. The restaurant and wellness was closed on Sunday and public holiday.…

The hotel was built decades ago and under now obsolete standards. But it has been renovated in a comfortable one. It is close to the town centre and still in the quiet place. Satisfactory parking lot. Good for turists and also for business people.

The hotel rooms are modern, with a huge TV and nice air conditioning. Nice breakfast with some news in between during by the week. The location is great and in front of a huge Park for have a walk, near by the center and everything you need. The staff is great, they speak in english and will help you on everything! Huge thank you for Martin and Zuzana from the reception who have been allways there for us, great people and huge knowledge from the City. For sure a place to come back!

Our room was recently refurbished, was modern, clean, comfortable. Walking distance to the city center. Nice and very friendly staff and really excellent breakfast! The price was in accord with services provided by the hotel.

In its day it was supposed to be the most luxurious hotel around. It was ok, but I wouldn’t give it a higher rating than a 3. Check-in felt cold. (It’s the typical Czech customer service unfortunately). Room was ok. On the plus side, My wife liked that we could open the window. Lol.

The building is a very ordinary, uninteresting one and the interior too. But it is very clean with good views from the superior rooms. The staff could be more helpful and friendly, less rigorous. The rooms (had a double one on third floor) are on the smaller side, but with everything renovated and functional. But there should be a real wardrobe in the double room - the two or so shelves and a few hangers are certainly not enough for two people, this is ridiculous! The location is close to a park and the exhibition grounds and not too far from the centre: walkable distance.Breakfast was ok, average, the usual type in an average hotel in Czechia.

Advertised bar opening times were not available. You have to book a time and pay to use the pool. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Encountered some very rude staff. Floors 6-9 have been refurbished but lower levels are very poor and are similar to a hostel. Disappointed as everyone we met on our trip were very friendly and welcoming.

I stayed here back in 2016 and really loved the hotel. After a night in a hostel it was a great break! The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable! The morning ad well had an array of lovely fresh fruit and breads too
