Wellness hotel Villa Regenhart in Jesenik is well located hotel in the heart of a big Preissnitz spa park/garden on right bank of river Bělá near city center. Building itself has amazing atmosphere and beautiful Art Noveau style with various details and linked with its proper owner Mr. Regenhart (late 1800s and early 1900s). Nature in neighbourhood of Jesenik is very beautiful (Jeseniky mountains, Rejvíz, Praděd mtn., Preissnitz medical spa area, etc.) - well worthy of visit. Room was cozy and stylish, properly cleaned and disinfected before our stay. Bed was comfortable, barhroom had everything man can need, minibar in room had reasonable prices for snacks/refreshment. Only little disapointment was room service during our stay - room was not cleaned at all in 6 days we were there (at least they took out the garbage as it was full after four days). Restaurant is amazing, waitresses were nice and kind, they ask us if there is everething OK, recommended specialities of kitchen (special christmas menu), wines/drinks which are best for every ordered food, presented all our courses and much more. We have also a romantic 4-meal dinner which was too very delicate, as everything we ate there. Breakfasts were buffet styled with plenty of various cold/warm, sweet/sour, meat/vegetarian food. Everything was tasty and well prepared/presented. Nice atmosphere was in restaurant complemented with decent music and comfy coffee/tea tables and beautiful chess table. Wellness area, starting from girls on its reception, warm pool with relaxing whirlpool “beds”, three types of saunas (currently working only two, because of covid restrictions), cooling pool, outside jacuzzi, private whirlpool zone and chill zone, was amazing!
Based on this I have to recommend this beautiful wellness hotel, with amazing restaurant to everyone who want to spend romantic week in beautifull surroundings of Jeseniky mountains.

Great city getaway, fine wellness, quiet place. Ideal for romantic weekend. We went there for our anniversary, and really enjoyed our stay. Also perfecr regeneration in private jacuzzi after hike to Praded.

Really great to have a rest in this peaceful spot. Great facilities: pool, steam and sauna with whirlpool will recharge you for another hiking in beautiful mountains Jeseniky! Recommended to visit once you are looking for some relax.

Hotel and the entire town were affected during the recent floods to the extend that access roads are damaged and nearby attractions (including hike trails) are still closed. You will not find information about it at the time of booking and hotel is not willing to negotiate the change of dates. I felt misled to make the booking and although I intend to visit area once the trails will be open again for public, but certainly will avoid this hotel.

From this kind of hotel I’m expecting super service, super meal and over all atmosphere, nothing from that I Havel founded here. Don’t know for what they are receiving all the stickers placed on main entrance. Spider webs over all. Dress code - no one cares. Notice at check in - whole hotel is non smoking and suddenly I smelled smoke from the terrace inside the dining room.

We came in for welness at 6pm & asked at the reception "we want to rat at the restaurant and until when can we do it". Very nice person at the reception said "until 9". So there we are at 8.20 in the restaurant being given the menu and waiting to order.
The waitress comes and says "sorry kitchen is closed" at 9.31. We asked kindly to be served as this must be a misunderstanding but were told a firm "no" without even a good apology.
Given the proper information we would have planned our wellness stay differently, ordered ahead. And even if someone made mistake - they should have made it work somehow.
But the wellness area is nice.

The villa is tastefully reconstructed with a lot of sensitivity to details and original components: doors, floors and even pictures of the original owner. The wellness zone fits beautifully to the whole concept and allows the view of nearby park. The complex has two buildings and the main building has direct entry to the wellness zone. The masseurs were excellent compared to other places, real therapists with years of experience. The food was tasty at most times and the staff relatively firendly. The booking was little bit confusing but the staff made it work. Jeseniky offers skiing, hiking options. Couldnt complain really.

The hotel is fantastic, perfect place, near to forest, pretty nice wellness. I was amazed of this place. Unfortunately, kitchen and staff in the restaurant are just terrible. Staff is not interested in the guests and your feeling is like that you are bothering them. No smile, no reactions from them, no interaction with guest. Food is not good at all and many food combinations are horrible (lentil salad with cranberries). Staff is only running around the place but without any interest of anything. Have you ever seen that the waiter tasted your wine without any asking to you??? No? Let´s go to this place. Service is definitely not for 4 stars hotel!!

We came there with my husband for our romantic weekend. Unfortunately I was very disappointed with poor service at the reception desk (1-2 young ladies )and in restaurant (1 waitress) as well- nobody learned them to say Good morning, Good evening,How did you enjoy your stay, Have a good nice trip and certainly come back again...These expressions are important and keep the clients in a good balance. They didnt have any spinch of a good treatment. What a shame for this very nice hotel. The same situation appeared in the hotel restaurant - lack of drinks (they had in menu special beer named Regenhart - for both dinner they didnt have this beer and they didnt have my favourite white wine that they had at available during the first evening. The waitress cant say Good morning for breakfast, cant say Good evening for dinner. On Sunday morning the waitress came into the room, forgot to comb her hair, staring at our full table and didnt say anything! Fex Good morning, enjoy your meal, everything is ok?... Our last dinner was absolutely nonsense - they didnt have our favourite drinks and special romantic menu was served within 15 minutes without break and have a rest..These ladies urgently need training course about a good treatment. I am able to deliver them very famous book by Mr Špaček about a good etiquette.

A friend & I had 2 nights here in room 101 , This "superior" room had 2 potential bedrooms (a double & a single ) and a well modernised bathroom . The single room served also as a study/tv room.The hotel is set in pleasant grounds close to the town centre & is based on a large family house . The general décor & furnishing is in keeping with the period of the house being rather heavy but of excellent quality .We ate dinner in the hotel & found both the food & wine list to be of modest quality but reasonably priced . The draught beer was excellent . My only cavil was the lack of printed information in the room - not even the number to call reception .
