Great business stay of 3 nights. Check in was smooth, even if the first lady was a tiny bit of the grumpy side after my special requests :) But, service was amazing; a room change late in the first evening was not a problem. I had insisted for a 'lake view' room; these rooms are actually above the concrete parking lot, the lake is not in the main view.. and the backside of the building is not estetic.. MOSTLY, the very strong ventilation of the restaurant was loud and brought kitchen smell to the backyard. If you like it quite, I recommend a "tennis court" side room. There is no 'panorama' but you overlook the court and a green hill and its extremely quiete - I even used the not real inviting balcony to sip my coffee from the room's coffee machine. Nice! The rooms are absolutely spotlessly clean. Quite comfortably designed. Good storage. I had only a TINY TABLE, which was just at the limit for laptop use but all went well. WHY I WILL DEFINITILY CHOOSE this hotel FOR MY NEXT BUSINESS TRIP IN BRNO? Additionally to the above, the hotel allows you to really enjoy the pre- and after work. Breakfast, dinner, or drinks on the terrace with the stunning view of the lake. Restaurant dinner/breakfast are on a very good level. Good selection of drinks and local beers. Book a SPA package: the sauna visits were heling after full days at AMPER.. I had several runs along the lake in the green. Convenient: freePARKING on the hotel grounds. Surroundings can get crowded on nice days

A renovated old school hotel at the shore of Brněnská přehrada. Very nice view from the roof restaurant. Double bed rooms are small, but for one or two nights ok. The rooms has air condition and during the summer you'll need it. Bathroon is fine and clean. The hotel is with free wlan. Breakfast was tasty and fresh with cakes, fruites, vegetables and hot meals.

We stayed at the Orea Resort Santon on a stop over during a trip across Europe, towing a very long glider trailer. Sadly, we only had one night staying there and we wished that it could have been more! Parking a trailer that is nearly ten metres long always presents challenges but the reception staff were extremely helpful in solving that problem. Photo attached and there can be few places in the world where a car and trailer can be better set. We have no Czech but that was not a problem. All the staff spoke good English and several had worked in the UK before Brexit. What a monumental mistake Brexit is proving to be!!! The hotel has an indoor pool and spa and time using these facilities is included in the room rate. Sadly we were unable to avail ourselves of these facilities. Before we took supper, we went for a short walk around the local area and it was gorgeous! Again, a reason to regret our all to brief sojourn. Dinner was served in a rather cavernous room which was furnished like it had come from a 1960s comprehensive school. Despite this, service was excellent and the Czech cuisine meal was filling and nutritious. Our room was not at all bad either. It had tea making facilities and had a balcony overlooking the front of the property. We both slept well. Breakfast was served in the same cavernous area as the previous evening's supper. Being daylight we were able to enjoy the large balcony area with views across the local countryside and adjacent lake. Very pleasant indeed! We were sad to have to check out the next morning but we still had a couple of hundred miles to reach our destination so we had to go. Would I stay there again? You betcha but if you decide to stay, do make enough time to enjoy this hotel, its surroundings and its amenities!

Top quality accomodation! Staff is very helpful and kind. Room was clean with very comfy bed and bathroom with high quality cosmetics. Rooms and hotel are in nice "zen" design which corresponds with the wellness character of the hotel. Wellness and sauna world is just amazing! I loved it - absolutely. Breakfast was very rich, a lot of choices.

The last time I visited this hotel was on 2018 and in all honesty I gave it a very poor review. My husband and I decided to come back here this year (2 years apart) because of its location. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised of how the hotel has changed over the last two years. Refurbished with a modern decor and very tidy and clean. The room were immaculate, clean and lovely. The spa and wellness centre was very well organised and the staff extremely nice and friendly. I definitely will come here again. Well done OREA!

Freshly renovated hotel with a fantastic staff, great SPA & and overall good location. Rooms are clean and well maintained, same applies to wellness. We loved the terrace and also our bartender. The only downside is the furniture and atmosphere in the restaurant. Once it became a bit cold and we moved inside, we decided to eat rather outside and came back for drinks afterwards. For the service provided, this place is a bargain! And the best thing is personnel: all young, nice, motivated people. We will be coming regularly back once passing through Brno!

Spent three nights here from 14-16 December 2019 and the experience was awesome. Friendly multilingual staff, good ambiance, spacious and beautiful rooms plus my stay came with free 2hrs daily access to the spa, swimming pool, sauna, whirlpool, and a massage. The Internet was provided for free and also a complimentary breakfast all for 139 Euros, seems to me like it couldn't get any better than that. It is a 2mins walk from the Brno dam (another tourist spot on its own) which means you could enjoy the view from your hotel window. The only issue was that it was quite far from the city center so you should put this in mind when considering staying here.
