Fantastic check-in and great location. Clean, quiet, safe....all the things you want for your stay. The apartment was amazing being very close to the main tourist spots. We had an awesome stay here and will certainly be staying again.
The apartments are in a fantastic position, close to the Old town and to the Palladium shopping mall. Our apartment was cute and clean. I think it’s a great quality-price. We had one complain about the shower box and the staff fixed it immediately! Super!
Because of delays we arrived 30 min later and were welcomed by a staff member who made it very explicit that we had stopped her going home at 18:00. In a hurry to leave, she also forgot to tell us the code of the front gate. When we left for supper and came back at about 11 p.m. the gate door was locked and there was nobody to tell us how we could get in. Fortunately, some young men came soon and we got in together with them. They also told us the code numbers. I think, this is insecure - anybody could do the same and get in. The next morning, when we went to the office to check in and pay, we did not hear any apology. The room was recently redecorated, except that the ventilation was built only in the toilet and was missing in the bathroom, which became very damp. I can foresee future problems here. The construction work downstairs started early morning and was really very noisy. Fortunately, they got it ready in the third day of our stay. The location of the apartment is very good. Shopping Mall nearby, max 15 min walk to all city center attractions. The kitchen corner had necessary equipment. To summarize: the place has potential. Do not yet raise the price! Train your staff.…
LOCATION; LOCATION; LOCATION; Wheelchair access - YES A quiet location within 5 minutes walk of the Palladium Shopping Mall with its 200+ shops, which includes Albert - a supermarket - and 15 minutes walk from the City Hall and Clock Tower. If your flight is delayed or there aren’t any taxis at the airport (our case) and you are forced to arrive after 18.00, the office staff at HappyDays (the owners of the apartments) get surly. There are two key bits of info you need to elicit from the staff who greets you: (1) the wifi password for HappyDays and (2) the street-door code Apartment 47 is a tiny bedsit apartment - ideal for conference and business trips. Overweight clients may find the toilet challenging as the door closed against my knees. The hall-entrance light that is controlled by a motion-sensor is irritating as the inner door connecting the hall to the bedsit room has a glass pane and thus awakes light night sleepers.…
Sorry, I expected much more! The location was superb, that's right, but the rest? I don't want to talk about a ruined, old windows which you can not close. The main problem was the construction in the entire house with hammering started at 8 a.m. Then you had to jump over provisory over the floor, still no elevator. The polite woman at the reception apologized but the price remained the same, to high for these inconveniences. For the price of 80 euros per night you could go to a good hotel.
