The only positive trait of the accommodation is the location, absolutely close to everything in the center. However, the “service” and the “host” cannot be rated tbh. They are absolutely ignorant and repulsive with the Guests, does not respond to phone calls, not even in emergency. The management should really change the staff and build up a customer service. As a receptionist myself I would be truly ashamed if I would treat our Guests in Budapest like this… Fortunetaly other tenants in the building knew about the situation, helped us with all our upcoming issues (even with the emergency) and seemingly they were very sorry that we chose the place and had to encounter this treatment by the “host”.
A great choice in terms of location. Max 30 minutes of walking to the castel and other important sites. It is clean and spacious, we had a 5 ppl accomodation unit. The kitchen is fully equipped, the beds are comfy, it is really warm. The TV has only ads channels, dunno. We were offered drinks upon arival and the host was available all the time. I do recommend this place, great value for money.
Arrived home safely at 3am this morning after 4 wonderful days in Prague and the Prague Siesta Apartments! What an amazing city and the Prague Siesta apartments couldn’t be better located being just seconds from the Old Market Square. Everything they did was much appreciated and made all the difference. From the taxi on arrival at the airport, the self check in details provided given our late arrival, the beers and wine they arranged for us so we had a drink waiting (now that’s wonderful service!), the maps and the information provided and the extra hours they arranged for us to stay as we were flying late. Pavel & Vitak certainly went the extra mile and made a great holiday an amazing one. Would highly recommend.
We are just back from 4 nights in Prague. You can not fault the location of these apartments. We bought tram tickets at the airport as a friend had advised us to do this - not needed. Everything was in walking distance and right on the old town square. We got a little lost trying to find this to begin with. We phoned and a staff member came to where we were to collect us and took us back to the apartment! Great service. The next day another staff member gave us a map and explained this to do and how to get there. On the last day we were a late flight home so we were able to keep our bags in a locked area so we could still go out for the day. The apartments are large, clean and comfortable. And if you’re like us you are only really using it to sleep in anyway! The place is locked up at 10pm but you are given a key to get in. It’s all very secure. Fab stay, would recommend and stay again if we return to Prague. Thank you!! …
We stayed for 4 nigths - me and my 2 teenagechildren. We had the apartment called "Alice" and it was spacious and clean and had everything you need. Even though this is totally in the centre of Prague the place is very quiet. It's a family-owend hotel and you feel the passion and spirit from the owners. They are so kind and helpfull. If coming to Prague again I will stay here for sure!!
Excellent staff, best location, rooms are 10/10 recommended 100%!! Less than a minute from downtown and you can get there by train or by bus, the guy of the front desk was very kind and helpful and the rooms are super comfortable compared to other places in europe again i say 10/10
Not one taxi was needed when in Prague for our 4 day trip. This location is 45 seconds from Oldtown Square, you have everything you need around you all in walking distance. There were two adults and two teenagers staying at siesta, the family run business is top notch, the staff are most helpful . Rooms are old fashioned Prague style and clean, well secure with three sets of doors to get through, accommodation is reasonably priced as you are surrounded by high end hotels and restaurants, antique shops etc, I have never stayed anywhere where the location was 100% but Siesta has ticked that box for sure. Enjoy your welcome drink in their little bar and take in the athmosphere of the amazing Prague.
Excellent location, quiet place, comfort beds, helpful staff.Near to the all historical places. The best place to stay in Prague .I wish to come again.Michael is very helpful, friendly and polite,Thank you.
You could not wish for a better location in old Prague, seconds away from the centre. Also, being next to a landmark makes it very easy to navigate your way back "home". Very friendly and helpful. We had no cause to ask for anything but I do not doubt that it would have been forthcoming. Apartment was clean and made good use of the space. Kitchen was small (Fireplace apartment) which would have been frustrating if cooking. The only thing I will say is regarding first impressions. It is down what looks like a bit of a seedy alley. It isn't and, when you first arrive, don't panic! It gets better and, once inside, you cannot hear a peep from the outside, which is quite amazing considering how close you are. Would gladly go back.
Overall would come back here but would definitely ask for a different room. Like anywhere else there is good and bad and in the end the good outweighed the bad. We were on the first floor in the first apartments so it was extremely convenient to come and go but the downfall is you are right next to reception / Courtyard Lounge so 3 out of the 6 nights people stayed out there very late and were very loud and since reception closes at 10 p.m. there is nobody to quiet them down. Though it must be said it is written in the rules that after 10 p.m. people should be quiet. After our complaint about this was heard it did not happen again. The shower leaks water because of a seal on the door and lots of spiders which I really don't think and can be helped. Any negative experience could be remedied I believe if I just did my research and requested one of of the more upgraded rooms. At the end of the day though I would absolutely come here again because the location is unbeatable, it is very comfortable here and Pavel is irreplaceable as a concierge. He was very helpful and attended to our every need and even helped us to learn the language and gave great recommendations for dinner. They help with anything you ask about and have anything you can need from bandages to electrical outlet adaptors and even called him dinner reservations for us. And the last night it was a different concierge and he was equally as helpful. There is a chance of this place that cannot be beat even after finding a toenail in our bed sheets 😁…
