We stayed here for 2 nights over Christmas. We were visiting Prague for the first time and this hotel provided for all of our needs. Hotel is situated within walking distance to the main square and within very good proximity to transport links to other attractions. On first arrival, hotel staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The lobby is beautifully decorated with a excellent bar in the lobby. We had some cocktails here on our first night which were delicious! Our room wasn’t quite ready due to our early flight, but we were able to store our luggage until later in the day. The room was spacious and comfortable. The beds were very soft mattresses but comfortable and we both slept well. Room was clean and well decorated. No complaints at all. Considering we stayed in December the rooms and corridors were VERY warm. We had to leave the windows open all day to ensure it was cool enough to sleep well. However, that’s the only complaint I have! Would recommend to anyone staying in Prague!

Checkin was quite slow. Seems like he is also handling the bar area too. Room was very small. There wasn't a real desk, more like a narrow table with stool. The bed was firm which I liked. There was a spotlight outside the window so even with the curtains closed, it was not very dark. Hard to get sleep. Otherwise, it was in a good location and clean. Good for a night

Motel One properties are usually pretty standard experiences, so far all mine have been good to very good -some are excellent, as is this one in Prague: Location is in the middle of it. Easy accees to any part of town. Foot, bike, scooter, tram, train, taxis -it's all there. You can park your car easily in the garage of Florentinum shopping center and walk straight into the hotel (I found it a clever point that the front office staff alerted me on their own initiative that the lot might be full and gave me two alternative lots nearby. At the end there were spaces, but I found that a very nice gesture). You have hundreds of restaurants and cafes in walking minutes. Easy access to hip Karlin district and also those across the river. The rooms are great, they mostly have high ceilings as it is a historical building it seems. The room I had was very spacious, spotlessly clean and well tempered at any time (outside we had 34c that day). Bathroom with lots of space and superclean. Bed very comfy, great sleep and quiet side of the hotel made it even better. Breakfast super, with all items you want and all freshly refilled at any time. Best is staff: courteus, friendly, helpful and totally professional, with any needs. The third umbrella of the day -no problem. Keep my bags all day -no issue, despite a very small luggage room. Lovely personalities and well trained -it's great to have MO standards in every hotel outside their home market. If you need a good place to stay without much fuss and glitz, stay here. You will be warmly welcomed and you have all you can wish for, clean and comfortable. Great staff makes it all more worthwhile -thank you all !

I booked for a 2-nt stay mid-week in August 2022. The hotel is quite a long walk from the main square and business district. I found the room only average--small, but the price wasn't small--close to $95 US equivalent. The bathroom had a modern shower. Bed was OK. TV was OK once you figured out the remote--a few news stations in English. Check-in and check-out was very good. Breakfast (E9.00) was mediocre. I would not return to this hotel if I return to Prague

I stayed here for three nights when I was visiting the city. I had used this brand in Vienna and this hotel was just as good. Decent location for easy walking to the old city and the other sites with modern shops around. My room was perfect, just for me, might have been small if I was sharing. But well put together and best of all the windows opened! Breakfast was good and healthy and I like having a glass of wine at the end of the day. I would stay here again and definitely like this brand of hotels.

Good location! Around 10-15 mins walk from the Old Town and easy to access everywhere else. Lots around the hotel, plenty of shops and food places open until late. Spotless room and really friendly staff who always made an effort to chat with us!

Nice modern hotel, clean and tidy, big comfortable bed, centrally located with about a 15 minute walk to the old town. Hotel staff were very friendly and polite as were all the Czech people we had a conversation with. Lovely quaint 'old feel' to the place with lots of cobbled streets and alleyways also a tram system which you don't see much of nowadays. thoroughly recommend a visit but I'd make it for a week to give you time to get your bearings.
