I would not class this hotel as 4 star it's more like a 2 star. The rooms are small and very uncomfortable. The bathroom are compact to say the least It's no where near the city centre you need to take a bus then the metro to get into the city centre. I will not be coming back to this hotel if you can call it a hotel. it seems to be used by college or school children as a hostel so it is very noisy to say the least. If it's not trains its cars or door slamming with the noise of teenagers on top. The Hotel is situated in an urban area with no facilities around it,we found a vegan restaurant/bar on our last night. We arrived on a Sunday evening and were unable to get any food as everything around was closed. The only good thing about this hotel is the reception staff they were friendly and very helpful and could not do enough for you. Please note the photos on the hotel website are nothing like what you actually get.

Stayed for three nights and thought it was a very good hotel. It is sItuated about 15-20 minutes away from the city centre via bus/metro/tram, has decent size rooms, en-suite, comfortable beds and decent room temperature (for February). Quiet area and highly recommended for families. The only down side is the breakfast which lacked variety, but please do not let that put you off from booking a hotel room here.

I don't understand the bad reviews of this place. There is nothing wrong with it! It's not right in the centre but it's so easy to get about. Anywhere you want to go the staff help you with your route. Bus stop outside and buses come every 10-15 mins. We bought a travel card at airport. For 3 days it cost 10 pounds each and you can use it on bus, tram and metro. So cheap and their transport system is excellent. The place is immaculately clean. Beds are comfortable. Shower is lovely. If you smoke there is a door to a balcony in room. Shop next door. The breakfast is continental. There are cereals, fruits, yogurts, toast, cakes, sausages, beans, eggs, coffee, tea, cold meats and cheese. Staff have been so helpful whenever we needed anything. I would recommend this hotel and stay here again.

My family and I, a group of 10 stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. Average rooms with no AC and a small bathroom. Beds are average but very poor quality of pillows. Very noisy area to sleep in as we’re next to the railways. Didn’t have a great experience with the staff. They weren’t friendly and were difficult to communicate with as they hardly spoke any English. We had a slight problem late in the evening where we accidentally broke a glass and they refused to help us clean it up until the morning. The hotel is quite far from the city centre so you have to be prepared to take a taxi or the bus and then the metros. There is not much around the hotel and you are unable to get food from the hotel for lunch or dinner. Our breakfast was included in the package we paid for but the options were very poor. No cooked or hot food other than beans and boiled vegetables. The staff were rude and very unhelpful. But worst of all the fruit which was laid out for all the guests, had mould growing!!! Overall definitely would not recommend to anyone and certainly won’t be coming back!

Staff very friendly and attentive. Rooms very basic very noisy. Bathroom was dirty upon arrival and after being ‘cleaned’ tv did not work. Would have been nice to have more pillows. Far from the city too.
