As being originally Czech myself and being proud of my own country I wanted to show my american friends Prague from the best side. We stayed and residence KAROLINA . We were trilled by the equipment and the high level of the accommodation. Perfect location just in the middle of Prague was great for everyday trips. I would recommend this...

I stayed here with my partner. The driver waited for us at the airport and took us to check-in. The residence is located in another building but only two minutes of walking. People at Prague city apartments helped us to arrange tours and tickets for concerts. Karolina was fabulous building and the apartment was huge and modern. Sometimes we cook...

My family rented two 2-BR apartments for our visit to Prague in December. All five of us were very pleased with the comfort of the rooms, bathrooms, kitchens and living rooms. The entry to the building, the entry stairway and the atrium are all beautiful, and the room furnishings are all modern and well-kept. The kitchen outfitting was fine for...

We reserved 3 one bedroom apartments for our family and friends from May 27-June 2. The apartments were clean and spacious with comfortable beds. The A/C and phone were not working in one apartment but that was promptly fixed after calling the apartment management. We were very comfortable until our last full day there. We were surprised at 9 AM...

I feel I must completely disagree with your review, because I firmly believe that we have not failed in any of the problems you mentioned. Firstly, your reservations were arranged by your OTA and you confirmed two apartments until the 2nd June and one apartment until 1st June. These apartments were prepared for you in time and within the check-in...

I travelled with my husband and my parents, so Residence Karolina's reasonably priced two-bedroom apartment (with two ensuite bathrooms plus a powder room, full kitchen and dining areas, spacious common area and washer/dryer) was ideal for us. The building is old but very well maintained and beautiful inside, and the apartment had very high loft ceilings and many large windows....

great place because of location and space...very spacious and i felt like i was living in Prague vs. visiting. However, one sink wasn't cleaned properly and it had quite a bit of dirt or something, that was difficult to look at everytime i went to the bathroom. It seemed like it could have been cleaned if someone spent more than...

Our rooms were large, airy, well furnished and comfortable. Everything from washing machine to toaster was in excellent condition. The location was great - walking distance to everything. Although there were no parking facilities (we had rented a car) they were quick to find a solution to the parking. We had a great time and would stay there again without...

I don't think there is anything I can say about the apartments here that hasn't already been said but here are our views. The location of the building is excellent - on a quiet street but a few minutes walk to so many places you want to see - Old Town Square, Estates theatre, Charles Bridge......we also walked to the...

We could not find a more impressive self-catered apartment during our European breaks. The rooms were generously sized, modern decor and very clean. Great city centre location, and even a 24 hour tourist information centre around the corner! I would not hesitate to recommend this place to visitors.

Staying in Stare Mesto (Old Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighborhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
