There is nothing really to add to what has been said by previous reviewers. A wonderful hotel with wonderful staff. Nothing is too much trouble and it is all done as if you were a friend calling in. A big thank you to all the staff at Hotel Agnes. They deserve to be the best rated hotel in Prague.

We have just had a wonderful midweek break in this hotel. The service is nothing short of legendary, complimentary drinks and snacks, fantastic breakfast, there is nothing this team wouldn't do for you from arranging to transport you from the airport to booking dinner reservations for you to suggesting wonderful places to visit. What a great little find. This hotels atmosphere and service is second to none. The people were so helpful and every detail catered for. The constant offer of wine, beers, drinks etc.. in the foyer after a long day sightseeing was such a great touch. The staff really were interested in how your trip was going, what you had seen...

Annoying Trip Advisor does not allow a 7 star rating. Yes, this place is every bit as good as the other reviews say and, yes, you do start to wonder why every other hotel in the world does not do things the same way. At Agnes they look after you how they would like to be looked after themselves. Magical...

The hosts are amazing and so is the property. Very helpful hosts who will take care of you like you are at your own home. The onboarding process includes detailed description of places you can visit and choices of good restaurants. Which I thought was very helpful. They help you in getting dropped at the location you want to visit....

What a lovely place!. We stayed there with another couple last weekend and both agree that we have never had better service anywhere else we have stayed. My husband and I stayed in room 301 which was large with an enormous and very comfortable bed, The room was nicely presented and spotlessly clean. The best bit of our stay was...

We have just had the most wonderful stay at Residence Agnes. The whole ambience of this small, owner driven boutique hotel, is charming. All the staff go out of their way to make your trip memorable and nothing is too much trouble. From collecting you at the airport, to providing restaurant menus and booking tables, to copious amounts of gin...

Spent 4 nights in this very cosy boutique hotel in a quiet side street in the heart of the city. I found a very warm and welcoming atmosphere and genuinely kind attentive service. The Old Square is a few minutes walk away and virtually all the attractions of beautiful Prague are accessible by foot from the hotel. The rooms are...

Amazing service and staff at this small hotel in the old Jewish quarter of Prague. Spotlessly clean, great breakfast, comfy beds and large rooms - all in a good location. The staff were fantastic - nothing was too much trouble, attentive in a friendly way and always anticipating our needs. Best check-in to any hotel - ever! It was a...

We travelled to Prague for a three day birthday treat and chose Hotel Agnes due to the trip advisor comments and ratings. Before arriving the hotel had sent me internet connections for at least 8 restaurants and we booked two after looking at their menu's. We left the first night free to pick it ourselves, but were so tired they...

Staying in Stare Mesto (Old Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighborhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
