Good price, good location, big free parking, good connection with the city, clean room and bathroom, you can bay city transport ticket on reception, breakfast is great and there is a plenty of food. We were on november, but I am sure it is nicer on spring, because hotel is near the forest.

Price quality wise this was perfect! Free parking space and with the tram you are in 15 minutes in the centre. Tickets can be bought at the reception. Breakfast is okay but not much to choose from. Rooms are clean and this is a good starting point to visit Prague.

+ good price with clean room and bathroom + location with lots of trees around + free parking and wi-fi(could be faster) + 35 minutes by tram to the city centre - very poor breakfast(rotten fruit, not enough choice, to make a tea without a coffee drop in it was impossible, unhappy staff) - no A/C in the room so it was like a sauna of 35°C - 1 window impossible to open, the door was squeaking, shower head leaking - but on the offence of staff, after I complained, all these things were sort out, well done, apart from the window, so they moved me to another room

My mum and I stayed here for a couple of nights in June and we both really enjoyed it. Compared to some other hotels I have stayed in, with value for money this is one of the good ones. We chose to have the breakfast buffet included in our stay. For most people it may seem basic, however, if you love the continental breakfast there’s enough choice available. The rooms were clean and tidy and also came with a fan, TV, hair dryer and coffee maker. The location was on the outskirts of Prague, so definitely not walking distance to the city centre, however there’s so much choice with trams and buses it only takes around 20 minutes to get to the top sights. For some it may seem too far but I quite liked it being a bit further away from all the hustle and bustle. The tram stop is literally only a 5 minute walk from the hotel. If you like something a little quieter then I would recommend this place!

The hotel’s receptionist is an angry lady, I don’t know what’s wrong with her. She behaves like a security dog at the door keeping the guests away from her desk. When i ask her a question, she looks at the wall and replies... i wonder who has hired her for this position. Another terrible thing about this hotel is that the windows can’t be open and temperature inside the room is over 38 with no AC !!!!!

Renovated contemporary room setting which I personally found very nice. So clean that I think I was the first guest. Fresh bathroom fragrance. Breakfast basic but sufficient. Not far away from the airport however bit of walk to the nearest grocery, pub even tram stop. Will come again esp. for a short trip.

We were on a tour, therefore this hotel was not our choice. Tour picked the hotel last minute. Room was average to poor, breakfast was fair to good, access to hotel on a ramp which may be hard to reach for disabled, good parking lot for travelers with cars, silent, no restaurant for lunch or dining, receptionists deserve the question "are they welcoming or not?" Maybe its different to solo travelers. Maintenance of the rooms are poor, poor housekeeping. Close to tram station is a plus.

How can I explain ? If you were ever in a formula 1 hotel when’s say it’s the same except there is actually a human behind the reception desk. Very basic, very low cost, very clean. A functional clean pit stop for 1 night, although staying here led us to a nice local restaurant

We chose this hotel-because it was inexpensive, has free parking, has free breakfast.Rooms are just fine-nothing special but clean and renovated. The staff was very nice and helpful. It is outside the city but it is well connected-a tram number 9 goes to city center and it takes about 20 minutes.Parking in prague is very expensive, and we were staying just for one night-this hotel has a large parking lot with cameras and it is completely safe to leave your car here.the only thing i did not like about the hotel is that corridors and lobby seem old and outdated
