Free parking space and with the tram you are in 15 minutes in the centre.
Tickets can be bought at the reception.
Breakfast is okay but not much to choose from.
Rooms are clean and this is a good starting point to visit Prague.
The breakfast was below average and actually the worst selection ive ever had at a hotel. For the price and a quick stay it was an ok experience, but i would not book this hotel again.
Hotel Energie is nice, clean and cozy. But as I've noticed - not all the floors are renovated. We were lucky to stay on the 4th and 5th floors - everything was fine there!
The windows are rather strange (opening them seems like a puzzle at first), and there are no air conditioners in the rooms (but they provide a fan, which looks like a soundsystem :) ).
The beds are comfortable (but I've found a few hairs in the sheets, probably of a maid), bathroom cosmetics are provided, the shower is good, there are enough towels and in general everything is cool! Breakfast are also good, btw. And there are options to buy if you want smth extra (e.g. to take some sandwich, snack or drink with you).

Very old area of the town with ugly people and closed factories. Far from the center and not served by public transport .
The hotel is located in a very old building .
From the photos of the site it looks new but in reality you feel air of decadence everywhere . The moquette was dusty and with a terrible smell.
To go up to the reception from the parking you have to climb more than 50 steps (very steep stair - dark in the evening) with all of your bags (see photo ) . The elevator is not there and no one helps you (when I was there it was raining and I was completely wet ) .
The feeling you have is to get in an old hospital .
The rooms are small and they provide you with only a small towel 40x70 which should also serve to shower.
Look at the photos to believe .
An hotel really ugly and sad .
No comment for the breakfast .

Canteen opening times are limited but never mind,Motol tram and bus stop is 5 minutes walking distance and prague city centre ride is only 15 minutes by catching tram no 9,10,16 to the vistor attractions,
Tesco supermarket is just 10 minutes ride via tram 9 and get off stop called Andel which has lots off shopping centres including Tesco supermarket.staff are very helpful, this hotel is a hidden gem and i would recomend it to anyone visiting prague in budget quality hotel.

+ location with lots of trees around
+ free parking and wi-fi(could be faster)
+ 35 minutes by tram to the city centre
- very poor breakfast(rotten fruit, not enough choice, to make a tea without a coffee drop in it was impossible, unhappy staff)
- no A/C in the room so it was like a sauna of 35°C
- 1 window impossible to open, the door was squeaking, shower head leaking - but on the offence of staff, after I complained, all these things were sort out, well done, apart from the window, so they moved me to another room
One rainy night the reception staff even ordered pizza for us! ✌ Costumer service is great!
Would recommend, and would stay again for sure.
The room itself was pretty good , modern clean with a nice view out of the window no complains. WIFI prettygood in rooms aswell.
Breakfast is normal average nothing special for such price range.
No problems with stuff.
There is no proper smoking area or a garden or anywhere to smoke which is annoying, just by the fence infront of reception or so.
Overall was a good stay !! but don't think a very ideal place to enjoy the city.

The worst experience was the room, when we arrived we didn't really take notice dropped our bags off and went out but came back later in the evening, we noticed when checking in a sign saying no Air-Conditioning which was worrying due to the 40 Degrees heat, there was a small fan in the room which only blew around the warm air coming in and the room was very uncomfortable we asked at reception for another fan as its too hot and not possible to sleep in and at the point of struggling to breathe. The staff in reception said the hotels fully booked and no more fans and that they are aware its too hot in the rooms and nothing they can do, they basically didn't really care. We knew that the hotel wasn't fully booked as we were told earlier in the day that a family had left there room for a different hotel. We had to stick with it and just get used to it and be grateful of the powerful cold showers. The staff were not very helpful and some were very rude not all of them though and it was clear they only cared about the money they were receiving.
The rooms were clean and spacious and the beds were not actually that bad but the shower was powerful but often sprayed out of the cubicle and leaked onto the floor.
Would 110% recommend Prague to anyone but in a different hotel with air-conditioning closer to the city centre and would not visit the hotel again.
