    Good for a solo trip
Solo trip 4 days. The hotel had a very good spot, near next metro station and just 3 stops away from the city center. Wifi is available. Didn’t have breakfast or food there but it’s available. The beds were ok, not my favorite but I was able to sleep. It’s pretty loud there, you hear every footstep so bring ohropax. The personal was ok too, didn’t have too much contact just checked in and out. The bathroom had a good size, the shower wasn’t the cleanest but for me alone I was fine. You get free towels and soap, shampoo that’s positive.

I absolutely do not recommend this hotel, as its staff is unwilling and completely inflexible and unable to solve situations. They prefer to ignore your communication rather than offer solutions. It happened to me that the plane was delayed and I didn't know for sure if I would be able to arrive by 11 pm. So I contacted the reception already before departure. They informed me that they were leaving at 11 p.m. and if I didn't show up, it was my problem. The fact that a two-month-old baby was travelling with me was completely irrelevant to them. Despite the fact that the stay was paid in advance, they did not want to look for a solution and preferred to IGNORE any communication with me. I recommend you to choose another facility for your stay. If you get into troubles, they will not help at any way.

We stayed here for a week in may 2022 It was close to metro and eye clinic we were at down the road from the big shopping centre we were on the 3 rd floor it smelled a bit but the room didn’t smell very plain room one bed comfy mattress one pillow each we had to ask for more but they came with half size pillows no kettle or tea facilities tv was limited the window was broken it wouldn’t close luckily it was warm We used the bar a few times out the back but the staff didn’t look very happy or talk much to you we went to the roof bar it was open but no one around there was a clothes horse with someone’s washing drying on it, it felt like you were intruding in in someone’s house , so we went to the outside bar still no one appeared so we ended up just going to our room there was also no one at reception, a few days we had no towels replenished but discovered the cupboard in the lobby had the clean ones so we just helped ourselves the reception area is dark and brown lol 😂 we only ate here the first night steak was dry and over cooked dispite asking for medium and rare the bar staff didn’t interact with the guests very much they seemed a bit bored

Room were quite large, clean and well equipped. Good restaurant in the ground, no so far from the city metro. Good price. No phone in the room, no minibar, no good acoustic insulation. Good breakfast in the morning.

Cleaning / room service and equipment... problematic points which could be changed with reasonable cost... Bathroom was not 100% clean...bathroom garbage bin was not empty, rest of hairs on the floor... some building activities unsufficiently finished... no fridge in the room, no phone, limited TV offer. Parking in the backyard charged with a higher price than expected. Available stable Internet connection, nice restaurant in the ground floor. Roof bar was unfortunately closed.

we stayed at this hotel in room 52 Oct 17-19th 2018.. Room 52 is on the 5th floor and is a massive appartment with a huge balcony it sleeps 2.. The apartment was ,£190 for 2 nights including breakfast so good value for money I thought with the space your getting.. I can't really fault the room, staff or hotel to be honest. The room had a lovely big bathroom with big bath that is welcomed after walking all day sight seeing loved it.. The living area has a dining table, mini bar (key at request at reception) coffee machine,3 comfortable leather sofas, large TV, and lovely huge doors that lead on the a nice big balcony that has tables and chairs on.. The bedroom isn't massive but it has enough room to be comfortable, it also has the lovely doors onto the balcony but for some reason they are restricted to only opening 3/4 inches! The hallway has full length mirrored wardrobes with lots of space. U get towels, shampoo and body lotion in the bathroom (travel size). The suite is very clean apart from under the dining table must of missed that bit 🤐 The only thing that is a bit off putting is the curtains, they DO NOT fit the Windows so u are woken at the crack of dawn 😐 The reception staff are all nice enough but one was called Micaela was AMAZING she was helpful and really chatty, booked our boat tour for us, told us all the best places to visit, told us what sights were free what we had to pay for, told us all the tram, bus and metro numbers we needed to get places she was so helpful and lovely.. So if she is there when u arrive or any time throughout your stay she is definitely the one to talk to.. There is a roof top bar here (1 if the reasons I booked) but it was closed for our stay.and I have read a few reviews that say it was closed at various times of the year. So that was a little disappointing, but they do have a bar and restaurant in the basement that is pleasant enough.. The breakfast here is decent but u need to get down their at 8am if u don't want leftovers.. The metro station is a 3 minute walk from this hotel and the tram/bus stop. is outside so u have great links into the old town and the attractions.. If you come out of the hotel and turn right there is a Chinese resturant, a convenience store, pharmacy and bar all only 2 mins away.. If you turn right Criss the road and walk up the hill and turn right u will find a massive shopping centre packed with shops and restaurants.. Well that's all I can really say about this place.enjoy your stay we did 😁 I didn't take any pictures but I have a video but can't upload it sorry guys x

I’ve been in prague several times for work and tried out the same amount of hotels in the neighbourhood but decided to come back to Oya and will most probably stay with Oya for future visits. Why? Good service, a nice restaurant and an amazing rooftop bar that is not crowdy. The rooms are spaceous and tidy and that can’t be said of all others around. I could recommend this to others that are mainly in Prague for business as for touristic trips I might choose something closer to the old city.
