We ended up here as the sister hotel we had booked had some water damage problems. Also there was a mistake with our booking, there were not enough rooms booked for our party of 14. Not the hotels fault but the travel agents in the UK. The Hotel manageress was wonderful and sorted out the problem with minimal fuss. The... More

I came here with friends to enjoy the beer spa. We had a great time. It's definitely a unique experience, I'd love to come back. The lady helping us was friendly and efficient, she must have 'fun' dealing with people drinking all day. The heated beds are fantastic, and the massage chairs are amazing. I wish we'd been able to... More

I've been to Prague almost 20 times - when I look for a budget hotel I want location and cleanliness. This hotel ticked those boxes. Add friendly and helpful staff, breakfast - while basic - which has lots to choose from and you're onto a winner. Some of the gripes on here are ridiculous... my bed was hard, but comfortable... The hotel is clean but caters for school parties. During our visit there were two groups the first group were well behaved but unfortunately the second group were very noisy and kept the noise going until 2am . The night security turned out to be a young girl who was in a terrible state as I dont think we were... More

The hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly. The furniture is just a bit "old school " but everything works well. The breakfast is quite aboundant and diverse and even though it was not in my taste (I do not like sauvory food at morning ) I have to admit that it was satisfactory for the rest of... More

We had a wonderful time at this hotel, and couldn't fault it as budget hotels go. The room (308) was quiet, spotless, and serviced every day. The bed was comfortable and clean. The space was better than we've had in other hotels. We were even surprised to find a fridge with drinks and chocolate though you might want to take... More

Booked as part of a 4 day city break with jet2. Knew it wouldn't be anything fancy. Room basic, bed terrible, impossible to sleep on it as was so hard. Breakfast was a joke. Went and booked into the ibis hotel for rest of break. Pay extra for a better hotel!

Room was small, beds were solid. Don't expect any top of of tea or coffee for your stay. No new towels or bedding. The plug for the lamp was hanging out of the wall. Wifi would not work. Breakfast was poor. Traffic was very loud from the main road. Too far out of the town. Rude staff. Would not recommend... More
