we stayed two nights in the one bedroom apartment. It's quite easy to locate the building which the service apartment is located. The metro is right outside, but we did not take the metro throughout our stay as the apartment is very centrally located. We practically walked to everywhere. the old town is about 5 to 10 minutes walk away where the astronomical clock is. just outside the building is the Christmas market. If not, walk to the old town for the largest Christmas market in Prague.

the room is spacious, clean and modern. there is a reception but the reception is not 24-hr as it is not a hotel. we had some issue with the heater (which did not seem to heat up at all) during the winter season! but it was quickly resolved. go up to the 7th floor for an amazing view of the wencelas square

This was a small studio apartment in a modern building with lifts, right on Wenceslas Square. It’s self contained, large with a fully equipped kitchen and immaculately clean. We didn’t cook as only stayed 2 nights, but there were several families. Breakfast was next door, no worries. We walked everywhere as it’s all so close.

We went during the Christmas time and the place was colorful and light up
Vibrant and beautiful
The Christmas market was so cool, many thing to try and buy
Food , drinks , hot wine and gifts
The statue was proudly standing closer to the center
Take a look at the wall of history and all the images of the revolutions

Day time is good for shopping and night it’s the best for walk and see the beauty

Stayed here for a few nights in November.

The apartments do not have 24/7 check in but I had no issues with checking in at all, I emailed ahead of my arrival to tell them I would be arriving at night. There is a 24 hour security guard in the building (not just apartments), and if you ring for assistance when you arrive he will let you in and give you your key to the apartment. I then went to the receptionist the following morning to sign the check-in paperwork and give them my identification.

The apartments are clean and pleasant. I stayed in a studio on my first stay, and then on my return stayed in a one bed apartment with terrace. Both were really nice, though in my opinion it is definitely worth paying extra for the larger room, with the terrace that has a great view over Wenceslas Square. The one bedroom apartment also has a great kitchen/living area, and M&S is only a two or three minute walk so you can easily stock up your fridge. I also ordered food deliveries to the apartment with no issues.

Wenceslas Square can get quite rowdy at night, but I had no issues with noise at all throughout my stay. The apartments are in a great location, and I would highly recommend it for those looking to stay in the area. Not luxury, but clean and attractive for those looking for an apartment rather than a hotel. The hotel also offers free wifi which worked fine during my stay.

The staff at the reception is very rude. She did not great us or smile when we walked in. I had to stand for 4-5 mins before she even looked up. It felt like I was intruding or was in the wrong place all together. We flew from london very early in the morning and my parents were really tired. They are old and the staff did nothing to make them comfortable. There was no decent place to even sit. We had to wait for 2 hours on a couch in front of the elevator. I guess its more of a take the keys and do want you want type of a place. I expected much more from the staff.

Don't use the taxi service is a f.. ..p they charged without using it. Arrived to airport and driver was not waiting so had to take own taxi and they pay double. On the way back to airport they use illegal service driver couldn't pick us up in front of the hotel due to police and at airport drop us at the parking lot because he cant enter the terminal zone due to police but still charge us like normal taxi

My partner and I stayed in this beautiful apartments for 6 days in February 2015.

The pros:Excellent location.Near Mustek A Metro and close to the old Town and Charles Bridge.Close to many shops and restaurants.

The apartments are beautiful and very modern and clean.Really very nice and spacious.
The bathroom is very nice as well as the kitchen.I would prefer a washing machine instead of a dishwasher, but I guess the owners rather decided on that instead of a washer/drier.More functional when you are on holiday.

Prague is a beautiful city with beautiful, friendly people. We loved it very much.We totally fell ik love,but......

The cons: the apartments are also frequently visited by party animals.Huge groups of young men and women made it very very noisy. The reception deak is only open from 9 am to 9 pm,so you can't call the reception desk to help control the noise.

If you are not bothered by noisy party animals as neigbours, then I would recommend the apartment.I rarely slept a full night's sleep.Really too noisy for me.The walls are paper thin and you could hear everything the neighbours did.

As I said before,Prague is filled with friendly people and in most of the shops and restaurants were greeted and treated very friendly, except this place.

Rude rude staff.Check in clerk wouldn't be much bothered,for her it's just a job!No welcome,no nothing.There's a map here's the room key,bye!
Check-out clerk shouted at us in Czech after we checked out.She demanded we pay for the Nespresso pods/capsules we used.I thought it's complimentary, which clerk A didn't mention when we checked in.Nowhere in the room could I find ANY information regarding the Nepresso capsules. When we checked out she demanded we pay €1 per capsule.I explained to her that nowhere in the apartment is there any info.In front of other guests she became angry and told me that it is written on the box.Honestly,I couldn't find any information. She made me to be a liar.I have NEVER had such bad service in a hotel before.

Your apartments are nice, but the rude staff and noisy place left a bitter taste.I will return to Prague but unfortunately not at your apartments.

We stayed 2 nights in a one bedroom apartment with people. (2 on the sofa)
The room was big, clean and modern.
The kitchen is decked out with an oven, stove, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and fridge.
We walked from the main train station
It only took 15 mins hailing luggage. There is also a metro station close by.
It’s a 5 min walk to old town square.

Just a note it is easy to walk past as reception is on level six on what is a small office block. Look for a diamond on the window.

It is also great value for money, we will definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Prague

We booked this some months ago based on its location and room services. The rooms are big and have a full galley kitchen which is great to grab some fresh produce and make your own breakfast or lunch.

The major let down was some of the staff. While most of the staff were great and focused on customer service particularly Karolina Sedakovova, the Monday (20 July 2015) clerk was just plain rude. She is just didn't care about us or wanted to be helpful at all. She was just plain rude didn't want to help at all and made our visit a poor experience.

In addition as we booked through bookings.com we were met to get a late check out but it never happened. I would totally recommend on facilities but they seriously should fire the rude staff.

Location is as good as it gets, everything is quite close to that square maybe a 20-30 minute walk to the castle.

We had a room with terrace and the view was perfect, very modern design, a bit small but complete.

The first receptionist we had was polite, helpful and clear. After we did the check out and took the bags to the car, my husband went upstairs and asked to use the toilette where the second receptionist answered that they didn't had a bathroom only in the rooms, my husband told her maybe he could use the room we gave back and she said "yes it might be possible but it's too complicated". Ok... It's not an obligation but we would have appreciated the help.

Breakfast can be ordered at check in and is done by a catering, nothing to rave about.

They have a Nescafé machine ( maybe another brand) they charge 1€ per capsule, maybe they should offer 2 as compliment and charge the rest? Little details goes a long way.

We are staying here now! I couldn't wait till we get home to express how perfect these stunning, modern apartments are. PLEASE DO NOT confuse with another set of apartments with a very similar name on here-they are not in the same league.
Tucked away at the bottom of The Square, just in the pedestrian zone. The smart reception situated on the sixth floor is accessed by two speedy lifts. Very nice, helpful, smiling staff were there to greet us.

Our apartment-room 602 overlooks The Square, we even have a small terrace balcony.
The fab modern bathroom, has the usual toiletries included,as well as a decent hairdryer (yeah) also a shower over a good size bath, heated towel rail & heating control for the apartment (& for air con)
We have an ultra modern kitchen with everything you need-down to a cheese grate and cake forks. As well as a range of good quality glasses. Nice touch was the dishwasher - we found a few tablets here too! Also included-toaster,expresso machine-a small charge for the pods of €1(but I can't find George Clooney tho?) a full cooker and a microwave.
In the open plan lounge area,we have a three seater leather sofa bed - to lounge on while watching the LG flat screen tv! Take a look at the photos for more info. Our bed - in a white bed frame - is 6' wide with separate quilts and good quality sheets and pillows. We've had the best sleep in months.

To sum up-a lovely apartment with great attention to detail, some things I've left out,for you to discover for yourself.
I actually don't want to recommend this place....as I don't want everyone to come and try it and it will always be booked up for us once people discover it! haha.

This is THE one place I'd return to without any hesitation.

I'd be happy to answer any questions or give any further advice about the apartments or about getting from the airport.

One last tip-don't get in a taxi anywhere straight off the street-it's a rip off. DO try to pre book at home to have a taxi waiting to pick you up at the airport. Booking it on the internet at home cost us approx £26 for the return trip to the airport which is approx 30 mins away.
