Our stay here for New Year was perfect and well deserving of 5 stars had it not been for what has happened since we checked out. Two days after returning home I received an alert from my bank to advise that someone had tried to take £38 from my account and they asked me to confirm that I had made this transaction. I had not and had no knowledge of this so the bank suspended the transaction and did not allow the funds to leave my account. A few hours later, I had an email from the reception clerk to advise that she had undercharged my card by €30 by mistake when we checked in and she said that she had tried to take the payment but that it had been declined. I replied to her with confirmation of my booking advising that I had not been undercharged at all and that I had paid the full amount and I supplied screenshots of the booking confirmation price and the amount taken from my account upon check-in, which was correct, and I also advised her that I would have appreciated contact regarding this amount she believed to be due BEFORE she tried to take the payment without my permission using the card details I supplied when booking. To date (4 days later) I am yet to receive a reply but they have tried to take the payment 4 times (all without my permission) and I have now had to cancel my bank card and order a new one as this is the only way the bank can guarantee that they can’t take funds from my account! I think this is terrible, and to not respond to me at all and continue to try and charge my card for something I don’t owe is disgusting! Which is an almighty shame because the stay we had was perfect. The top floor duplex room was huge, in great condition and the apartment was in a fantastic location right opposite the Dancing House, and a lovely 20 minute riverside walk from the Old Town. Had it not been for the debacle with the payment since we returned home I would have highly recommended this place but I can’t overlook the fact that I’ve basically been robbed since leaving and ignored when I’ve tried to liaise with them!

Modern apartment that was huge, comfortable and had everything you would want including a manual to help you with items in the apartment. There is an elevator so you don't have to drag suitcases up stairs (rare in europe). There was a security code/key for the front door and your apartment. Whilst on a main road and literally opposite the Dancing House, didn't hear street noise due to double glazing. Nearby were some great restaurants and wine bars that we found. Supermarkets were not too far away. Easy access to the tram and metro. Can't really fault the place in fact, I'd happily live in an apartment like this.

My wife and I stayed here in mid-Feb and it was perfect for us. Location: The property is close to a metro station and a small shopping centre, which includes a grocery store (named Billa) and it is just far enough away from the busy parts of the town to make it feel like a residential location rather than a tourist hotel. Additionally, it is very close to the National Monument to the Heroes of the Haydrich Terror, which was a happy surprise. Room: It was almost too big for just the two of us. The ceilings are very high, and the decor is modern and a bit incongruous with the outside facade. Bathroom is nicely appointed with a washer/dryer combo (though I wish there was a little more of a way to hang up air-dry clothing, as the machine never seemed to dry everything well enough). The kitchen has a full size fridge and dishwasher, with enough cutlery and plates. Pros: - Size is great, heaps of room and not claustrophobic at all. - Staff are wonderful; we arrived early and they checked us in early. Your mileage may vary of course. - Interior is very modern and sleek in design. - Seriously, the staff are so lovely. - Location was perfect; a daypass for the transportation network and you're set. - Price for the accommodation is also great! Cons: - We didn't encounter any housekeeping for the duration of our 5 night stay. Luckily, we're fairly neat and self sufficient, but I don't know if it was included or not. - For some people, the distance between the property and the touristy stuff might be too much.

We stayed for 3 nights, travelled by car, so really missed parking possibility. Location is great, 2 stops by tram or 15 min walking near the river from Old Town. Our flat was clean, we received a bottle of water for our stay. Flat was a bit cold, and the heaters were turned down, so it took us 1 day to realize that even though we turned on the central program, the radiators were not opened fully :-) Our windows were overlooking to Resslova street, but it was not noisy at all, we had good sleeps all 3 nights. There are long term residents as well, but we rarely met anyone on the corridors.

This wonderful hotel enhanced our great Prague experience. Everything was better than expected. We arrived late, but the hotel arranged for a car to pick us up and had our keys waiting in a lockbox. Our lovely apartment had an unexpected washer and dryer. The hotel staff was helpful with tips (see the Charles Bridge in the morning) and we felt completely at home. I had no idea how great the location was when we booked this. It is an easy walk to the old town area, and yet it is out of the hustle and bustle. It is a hundred yards from the Dancing House - the wonderful Fred and Ginger building. It was always easy to find our way home, because it is just a block off the river. We loved the neighborhood and the wonderful space we stayed in. We felt like we were putting on the Ritz for less than it would cost to stay in a lousy motel in the States.

Good price and old accommodation, but clean and very large. I stayed in a room on the fifth floor with windows on the ceiling. It had living room, kitchen, bathroom and an extra room with bathroom upstairs. Very good. The reception despite having limited service hours is helpful. Great location, close to Dancing House, iconic Prague building. Market there are two blocks and near the Maldava River.

I stayed long term for business. The cleaning was marginal at best. Any concerns, for whatever reason, to management took several attempts before addressed. Many times on the weekend, especially Sunday, one never knew what time the office would open or close. Might work as an alternative to a hotel, if you do not care about cleanliness

Please avoid this at all costs..... I had a room pre paid by american express our company travel company. My flight was delayed and i arrived late to find my GUARANTTED room had been let out to another guest. Reception left me standing in the street with the comment you will have to find somewhere else. I called our travel company and managed to find another room Luckily on a bank holiday weekend. My company will be seeking the pre paid refund and I told them NEVER to book another traveler into this hotel again. I am disgusted with their service I am a frequent traveler.

The apartment is great. All renovated. Comfortable beds. My daughter loved to have her own room and bathroom upstairs. We were on last floor apartment 512. I saw the third floor too, and would prefer them because of the windows. But anyway was well furnished. Nice bathrooms. Linda is super helpful and friendly. It was a great experience and we loved Prague. It’s close enough to the river and tram stop and market. Would stay there again and recommend to all friends.

We stayed at The Palace in October 2017. The location is excellent and close to public transport, restaurants and the sights. The Palace assisted us with transfers to and from the airport. We were met by Linda who was very personable and helpful. The suites are huge and clean but clinical, and lack any personality. A doctors waiting room has more personality. The beds were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was clean and well equipped. The bathroom was badly lit and the bath-tub is too narrow for even a trim person. It was very difficult to prevent water from splashing out no matter what the option was (shower or bath). We reached when the temperature was changing and the management in their wisdom decided to remove the air conditioning remote controls from the suite. The rooms were way too stuffy with heating that was not easy to regulate. It took a lot of arguing with a rather rude male staffer (Michal) to finally get just one remote control back. We were aware from the information and reviews that this accommodation does not have room service or staff available 24 hours so that was not a surprise.
