We rent a comfortable apartments with as well as low buget rooms with sharing facilities. They are placed all together in one building, called Residence Davids. There is a small italian style restaurant on the groundfloor as well as our reception desk which is ready to welcome you anytime between 8 am to 11 pm. International Bus terminal or the nearest metro station Florenc are just 2 minutes walking distance. You will be able quite easy to walk to most of Prague sights - Namesti republiky, Palladium and Powder tower - all of them are just 10 min. away. Our neigbourhoods offers great shopping availabilities as well as many restaurants, bars and cafes.
- on the main street, if you open the windows it is noisy but windows closed is ok - Noisy families with children, they shoul consider putting families with children next to eachother. - No AC in the room, I don’t know what can you do in summer. + Easy entrance, clear e-mails with explainanations. - Little flies, needs poisoning and serious cleaning. - Far to center if you want to walk specially after walking whole day to see around.

This is a query place. Oposit the main Cop Shop and YMCA, It feels like a run down part of Prague, the outside of the building isn't appealing or obvious, the lift was an experience, a 2 person as long as they don't break the Lazer beam that should be a door, then the lift stops, stop the beam buzzing then push the button again, weird. The room pleasently supposed us, all looked new, very clean, we were top floor and had a lovely balcony that we sat out on, looking at the other pictures on TripAdvisor it seemed it was balcony or bath because our rooms toilet and sink and shower were the same size as a plane/train. Quite, Quite small. I'm not overly large but some one breaking the 15stone mark would struggle, definitely not disabled friendly, Proper jar of coffee and decent tea etc in the room. Hairdryer, telly. A/C all good, if I stayed here again I would ask for one of the bigger rooms, sod the balcony.…

Our apartment was perfect for our 4 night stay. A two minute walk to the metro, 5 minutes to the grocery and a great Italian restaurant right next door. Loved their pizzas! (Other restaurants, too, this was just our favorite!) The cooking area was fully equipped. We had a balcony that overlooked the main street and had no problem with noise. The staff was helpful and polite. Like others who commented, we felt the value for the money was great.

Beautiful apartment. Modern clean and all utensils and cooking facilities included. Great WiFi and quite central. Amazing price for beautiful apartment!!! Only around 15 minute walk to the old square and lots of shops nearby. Thoroughly recommend the Italian which is connected to entrance to apartments. Their pizzas are amazing. Prague is a beautiful city! I will be back!

The location is more than perfect, we came by bus to Prague through Florenc station, we just crossed the street to find the apartments, literally!!! Then beside you Na Porici street with lots of cafe's, restaurants, casinos, and nightlife. In addition to Palladium Shopping Mall and Republiky square within 5 minutes walk, then arrive at the Powder Gate and the old town afterwards. A bonus is Cafe Merkur beside the apartments which has open-buffet breakfast & a very good one with 190 koruna (7.5 euros). The room was spacious, clean & comfortable with an excellent bathroom and a small kitchen with boiler and free tea/coffee. The reception guy was great speaking perfect English & you can leave your luggage after check-out & grab them at night. It is one of the most value accommodations for me so far in Europe & I am sure I will go there again any time I visit Prague.…

We stayed a couple of nights in a Studio apartment Comfort with balcony. The room itself was small considering it harbored a double-bed, kitchenette and a small seating area. But it was clean and did the job! The bathroom was ridicously small, but same thing here, it was clean and it did the job! We booked this room mainly for two reasons, balcony and price. And they delivered on both. The area felt a bit shady at first glance but we never felt unsafe. You have both a Lidl and a Billa within walking distance and if you dont mind a walk you´ll reach for example Old Town Square within 25-30 minutes. Close to buses and metro if you dont fancy a walk. This all comes down to value for money, and we feel we got that. So we will happily stay here again. Note that noice from the street outside can get loud sometimes so if you´re a light sleeper beware. It didn´t bother us though. If you like fancy places this isn´t for you, but if you (like us) enjoys affordable accomendation with a view from the balcony I can absolutely recommend it!…

When my son and I booked this hotel, we booked it mostly because it was close to the city center and had a small kitchen. It wasn't mentioned on the site that it had bathroom and kitchen shared by 5 rooms. It was only when we looked up later, this information was buried at the end of the confirmation email from the hotel, right next to the "unsubscribe" option where nobody reads. When you come on vacation to a beautiful location, rent on booking.com what seems to be a normal hotel room (judging by the pictures on their page), even better since it has a kitchen and this is your view, your only view (picture of the ugly courtyard where our room was facing is attached). Not only that, it's stuffy, no air conditioner, no ceiling fan and management doesn't consider this to be an issue, and have a very inflexible refund policy #terribleaccomodation. Warning everyone so they don't fall for this trap in #prague. We booked for 5 nights but couldn't tolerate it long enough and paid an exorbitant fee to fly out of Prague early and lost money on that and also two nights's stay as a result. Rooms vary so other travelers may have had better experiences in this hotel, we apparently got the worst room that faced the courtyard (room D, avoid it like a plague) and when we complained about it to the management immediately after we saw it, the only option we were given is to leave immediately and they will refund us 50% of the price (whaaat!). So yeah, loved the Prague but not this hotel.…

Dear Anna, Excuse If your expectation did not meet with reality in our house, however please believe that we always do the best what we can do as our clients would be quite satisfed here and happy to stay. The name of the room you have reserved is the “Room with a shared bathroom” and in the detail desrciption of this room is mentioned, that that “this is the room inside two or three room- apartment “ and also that clients are sharing the apartment facility (bathroom, toilet and kitchen) with oné or two another rooms. And this is true, this is the exact room what you had got. Room D is sharing the common space with rooms A and B, room C has a complete private facility inside. We would be happy in case we would be able to change this room for you into another one (even other rooms are more expensive) however we were quite fully booked for your dates. Further the photo on Booking was the real photo of your room and there was never noticed that this room would have aircondition. This facility is not quite usual in the most of 3-stars hotels in Prague. Our receptionist wanted ti bring you a fan, however according to my information you have refused it. I am relly sorry we were not able to serve you better according to your wishes.Mila Davidová.

Stayed here the summer of 2017. Great deal! Compact kitchen, private bath and air conditioner that worked well. WiFi worked great. Excellent location for the metro. Also, my laptop died when I got to the hotel and not too far away was a HUGE 24 hours electronic store where I was able to get a replacement. The staff at the hotel spoke English and was able to help me thru this sudden emergency! They do laundry on site too. Basically everything you would need for a really good price. They can arrange taxi drop off/pick up too. There is an elevator. The only (small) drawback was the room's balcony overlooks a courtyard with many other apartments and someone decided to play loud reggae music for hours every night. Be sure the thick, well insulated windows are completely closed. That blocks out most of it! Beyond that, I highly recommend this apartment.…

Stayed 3 nights at this place to very nice price. Booked a room on bottom floor, shared toilet and shower with ”next door”. Unfortunately you could hear the neighboor talk, since the2 rooms shares the same hallway. Got a very warm & friendly welcome (22/5) from the receptionist. Breakfast costs 3€/person/day if you want it. But do book it in advance, or let them know at arrival (since it’s a small kitchen/dining room - they only prepare enough for those who ordered breakfast). I recommend this if you’re OK with simplicity.

We spend the weekend and it was great. Very clean apartment and comfortable bed! It was relatively close to the Old Town (15 min walking) and close to affordable restaurants and bars. Only the staff could be more receptive. I definitely recommend this hotel.
