Very charming hotel, with great service and big rooms. The breakfast was really good. Above my expectations. The location is amazing. The place is extremely quiet, and yet very close to the best touristic attractions of the city. Reception and concierge were always very friendly and very helpful. Not an issue to complain about.

Excellent staff, very welcoming. Exceptional attention to detail, felt everyone knew my room number and name. House keeping staff’s attention to detail is impressive and on a level I haven’t seen before (I.e leaving book marks, Velcro ties for your mobile charger, folding away clothes properly at turndown) and I have stayed at other MO properties, along with many other high end chains like Waldorf, Ritz-Carlton, Conrad etc and this is exactly what sets this particular MO property and other MO properties apart. Breakfast and breakfast staff are very welcoming, very helpful the breakfast selection is very broad (maybe not as broad as MO Kuala Lumpur, but this is one of the best breakfasts I have seen in all of Europe) The reception staff were very helpful, even though I was very early and was prepared to leave my bags to go explore the city, the staff assured me my room would be ready momentarily and the bags would already be there when I got up. I assume this was because they were trying to put final touches to the room, I had a nice anniversary cake, chocolates and a bottle of Prosecco waiting for me. The bar staff were excellent and happy to prepare something off menu for you, which was very thoughtful. I had a spa treatment during my time there which was fabulous and I had a great experience. Highly recommend the intelligent movement massage if you like a deep massage. At the end of our trip we were driven to the hotel by the driver, who was very knowledgeable about the city and shared a lot of great facts and made good conversation. Mandarin Oriental should be very proud of all the staff that work at MO Prague as this is an example of high quality service rest of the chain should strive for.

We stayed here for 3 nights to celebrate my partners birthday and we had the best experience. As we are fans of MO and it was my partners birthday we received several gifts which were greatly appreciated. The staff were very attentive and the hotel was beautiful and unique, paying homage to the buildings history. Turndown service was the best I’ve experienced. We dined and had drinks at Spices which was perfect. The only disappointment was having booked the Vitality Pool before arriving and it being cancelled the day we arrived due to no hot water in the spa. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend.

Phenomenal service, great food, attention to detail as always, one of my happy places in Europe. Amazing food in Spices, beautiful spa with amazing staff led by Simona. Nothing in the hotel is too much trouble, beautiful rooms, comfortable beds and great bathrooms. In the heart of the old town, its like a fairytale.

The MO brand stands for quality, professionalism, integrity, and passion for customer care. We have stayed in three of MO…Taipei, Dubai, and most recently. Prague. All exceeded our expectations from the airport pickups, front desk welcomes, concierges, housekeeping, dining, lounges, and breakfast buffets!

Have stayed at Mandarins around the world. Hotel did not meet our expectations. Felt more like a 3.5 star hotel. Our room was dark, had a tiny window high up so no view whatsoever, no place to put clothing and minimally comfortable. Missed all the small stuff which differentiates the experience. For example, housekeeping. Left dirty glasses sitting in the same place stacked up for several days, kept leaving dirty glass in the bathroom (even with paper stuffed in it), etc. Water pressure was so bad could barely wash our hands. Staff was nice and helpful, the hotel itself was lacking.

Dear MrS316, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While I wish you had a better experience, it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve. We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it's apparent in this case that we fell short. If you give us a chance to earn back your trust, I can assure you that we will do our best to give you the great hotel experience that so many of our guests have grown so fond of. I am so confused by all the positive reviews. This was one of the worst luxury hotels we’ve ever stayed in. So much so, that we checked out 2 nights early. The rate for the week between Xmas and NYE was horrendous for this hotel. The decor reminds me of the courtyard Marriott… the furniture in the room is really like a courtyard, as is the bathroom which is tiny. The HVAC didn’t work, we can’t sleep in a room with 22 degrees heat, couldn’t get it to move down a bit. The front desk said the hotel is too old (which I understand so don’t charge these rates if the HVAC doesn’t work.) The toiletries in the room reminded me of a holiday inn. The breakfast was really average and so chaotic, they weren’t prepared for this many people. The service was good and location also nice but I’m quite perplexed at all the positive reviews. I’ll never stay at another mandarin oriental again if this is what they’re like. We typically stay at four seasons, rosewood, ritz, etc.
