We stayed three days with my boyfriend planning to have a romantic little holiday. We booked a bouble bed, but there was waiting us a little roof room with separate beds. There wasnt even a window in the room, only one very small. Staff promised to move beds together for the next night, but nothing happened (we had already moved them, they couldnt do anything more for it). For the third night there was the next room available with double, so we moved there. Cooler was broken. Not so clean hotel. First room was missing soap, and they didn change towels, not even when asking with the note. Breakfast was ok, nothing special, but better to go 7-8 before 9 o’clock when there is still everything available. Tram ticket needed to travel to the centre, railway next to the hotel. For this

Dear Sirs, we are sorry you were disappointed. In each reservation is information about double/twin room. It is depends upon availability. We change towels every time when they are thrown to the ground. We will try to improve the things you mentioned. Have a nice day, King Charles Boutique Residence

Big bedroom and bathroom, bath had shower mixer tap but no wall bracket so had to hold it yourself. Breakfast was ok but needed to get there early ,flies round the jam jars. Staff very helpful and close to team stop. Stayed at 4 hotels in 2 weeks this was the only 4 star so was slightly disappointed.Have given 5 stars for service, location and value. Prague is lovely, just get away from the tourist area, very busy and expensive.weekends lots of stag/hen parties. Walk along the river in the evening, checkout the lift in the city hall or book tower in the municipal building.Great views from the Perrin Tower. Transport is cheap, get a 1 or 3 day ticket.look out for restaurant receipts stating 10,15 or 20% tip, some just add 10% so check.

Good value hotel a little bit away from Old Town and other tourist centres, but very close to tram stop which takes you to city centre in 15 minutes. Very clean and rooms good size for the price. Breakfast a bit hit and miss. front desk staff very, very helpful. Big call out to Va’clav and Tomas who were great.

A great plus is that you can reach the center of Prague in a short while by tram. Quiet place, the equipment of the hotel is not completely new. but it is clean and satisfactory. Glad to come back again.

This hotel is very well located. Tram stop are 2 min away by foot. My room was like on the photos, clean and good size with comfortable beds and a decent shower. The staff were all lovely and spoke English. I Would highly recommend this hotel for a weekend break and hope to return with my husband later this year.
