This is a small hotel, 5 mins to the tram stop, and ten minutes to city centre. I stayed for almost a month in July 2017 and found it is excellent value for money. The rooms are clean and comfortable; reception and cleaning staff, always polite and helpful. It was lovely to be greeted like a friend with warm smiles every single day and to come back to a cleaned room with fresh towels etc. Hotel Inos is a warm, happy place. I would recommend it to anyone. The only drawback is that only a few rooms are air-conditioned.
We had stayed at this hotel two years ago, so when we decided to go to Prague again, we didn't hesitate to stay here again. However despite booking our stay directly on their website in March, when we arrived (9:15ish) in the evening we were told they didn't have the reservation and the hotel was full. We had visions of having to find another hotel, which wouldn't have been that easy as the hotel is out of town. It was a very frustrating situation. We had planned to go out to eat, but by the time the room issue was sorted, everywhere was closed, so a bag of crisp was all we got. The lady on reception rang her manager and they agreed that we could stay in a room being refurbished after a burst into it from room above, and she made the beds for us and provided towels for the…
I had booked this hotel for 3 nights stay. I simply loved my room and stay.. The staff was friendly. There was a girl and it was her first day at work. But she managed my queries and questions very well. The place is close to tram station and within minutes you can reach to old town. However being a walker, it wasn't tough for me to walk to old town from this place. I will definitely stay here on my next visit.
Perfect location(use the tram to get to the city center ASAP), perfect service - the stuff supports you with all the possible information. I would like to admit JAN MLYNAR as one of the greatest of Inos Team. But actually all of them are working perfectly. Breakfast is even better that I expect from 3 star hotels.
We have stayed in this hotel for two nights. It's in a quiet area, near a tram station and the city centre is only 10-15 minutes away. The rooms are cosy. We had a room with a balcony. The rooms are tidy and clean. The reception staff are very kind and helpful. We did it book breakfast with our room but purchased it in the hotel for €7 per person for the last morning. The breakfast was a very good selection. Worth the money. We had an amazing stay, very good value hotel in a quiet area. Parking is also available in a safe underground garage for €10 per night. I would definitely chose this hotel again if visited Prague again.
The staff was very friendly, ready to answer any question we had. The room was very clean and cozy. Only disadvantage the distance to the town centre but tram stop is only 5 minutes from the hotel. Highly recommended.
I was very pleased with the hotel, the location and staff! :) It's located in a quiet area, close to tram & bus stops, the staff is super friendly and the room was just like the pictures promised: spacious, clean & comfy :)
I recently made a trip to Prague with my sisters on our very first sister's trip! This hotel was great for us. It had 3 single beds for only about $33 a night. That made it only $11 per person for the three of us! That was important because we were staying almost 2 weeks. You could pay about 7 Euros for the continental breakfast. It included yogurt, breads (sweet & savory), spreads, cold cuts, cheeses, a couple of hot items, cereal and of course coffee & teas. But, you could still order lattes and espressos from the front desk and sit in the lobby and drink that if you didn't want too much breakfast. A latte was 35 czk. We took advantage of the buffet twice; it was nice to get refills on the coffee. We visited in December and it was very cold. We bought yogurts and…
We three sisters stayed for nearly two weeks in this great hotel. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. The staff helpful and friendly. I would recommend Hotel Inos to anyone looking for economical accommodations. Though a great breakfast was offered, we didn't always partake, as we wanted to enjoy other options (like the coffee shop down the street). It is conveniently located a few blocks walk to the tram stop. This is my second time to stay at Hotel Inos, and I would surely return. If I had to find something to complain about, it would be the lack of shelf space and hooks in the bathroom for more than one person, a very small inconvenience.
I stayed at this hotel for most of the month of July. It was quite hot and there is no air conditioning. They will rent fans to guests, however, they charge a fee each day. Because I was staying for 3 1/2 weeks, this seemed excessive to me. Most of the staff at the front desk was very friendly. One woman was not. She was utterly unhelpful and unfriendly. There was an ant problem at the hotel. On two occasions this was an issue. The first time it happened very late at night and housekeeping was not around, so I had to get the nice young man at the desk to help me get the vacuum cleaner and I vacuumed the ants myself. They are quite thrifty with electricity at the hotel. The hallway lights use motion detectors, so they are dark until you enter. Also, the room key inserted into…
