A nice and elegant hotel,at 3 min walk from the tram station.Excellent breakfast with a lot of choices(coffee, yogurt, cheese, eggs, pastry, and more..).The staff is very polite and helpful! Thanks for making our stay so pleasant!
Good hotel near the convention centre location good with short walk to the bus stops Hotel rooms do not have air conditioning so quite warm in summer. fans are provided Lot of small eating places good for short trips
We arrived at the Inos Hotel on December 4, 2018 and left on December 9, 2018. A small and family great situated hotel, Not in the Center of traditional Prague (Not in Prague 1 but yes in Prague 4) Six tram stations away from famous Carl Bridge, the Jewish court with all its beautiful Synagogues, a short walk from the Astronomy Famous Clock of Prague, how can I put it best well situated and fantastic hotel. Big spacious rooms with all amenities needed including a water boiling pot with coffe and tea sachets, a little fridge, all the amenities needed in the shower like shampoo, conditioner and more much more. A nice balcony and good fresh air. The hotel is based only on a bed and breakfast basis and the breakfast is excellent, good coffee and well served, by far not a continental breakfast but a full and well assorted breakfast with different kinds of bread, vegetables, cheese, juice, sausages, cornflakes and much, a lot more. But the diamond of this hotel is without doubt the staff, 24 hours at your service smiling, with good ideas, helpful and willing to help/ I would like to say that Monica in the reception is the crown Jewel, she is always smiling helpful and attentive to every whim we had. The hotel is situated in a quiet surround but it has all what you may need at a short distance, like a good restaurant, a great Pizza, Shwarma shop, a mini market. the post but most important it is close to every kind of transportation you may need or wish to use. The tram system of Prague, one of the best I saw till today and I may say that I visited many places around the world. every minute or two you will have a tram arriving at your station. The hotel price is inside a budget, not to low but not to expensive. One comment I had, if you have a late check out and you wish to stay in the room, they will ask you to pay for a full day, from vast experience around the world, this is not usual, you usually will be asked to pay for 40-60% of the daily cost of the room/ For us this issue did not matter but I would recommend the hotel management to consider a change of policy in this issue. To summarize I will say: Excellent hotel Great Service and staff. Clean and with very spacious rooms. Very good situated. Great breakfast. Air conditioned rooms only in part of the rooms, ask for it if you need, we didn't need it. I recommend this hotel very much with all my heart, I am sure I will go back. Enjoy it if you go!…
I stayed in Inos for 12 nights this month. It is a budget priced hotel and is surely one of the best in this category. Breakfast was included, with a different hot breakfast each day. All of them were good - some were excellent. The staff were reall friendly and helpful. It is a good measure of a hotel when you have a small problem and see how the staff deal with it. I had such a small issue and they dealt with it quickly and efficiently without any fuss. I was impressed! Congratulations to Manager Jana and her staff. I will be back next year.
The hotel was3.3kilometers from centre which was not covenient for going out to dinner. The room was stuffy and I could not open the windows. No kettle. I asked for kettle and the windows to be opened. I was given a bigger brighter room with kettle. Staff were most helpful and booked tour and taxi. Breakfast was 8 euro even though hotel site offers free breakfast. I didn't eat there. The hotel was cheap but inconvenient and had to get taxi which cost 780k from Airport. Which undid the value. I could have got better deal.in town and use public transport which is very cheap. Would not stay or recommend as it didn't suit being too far out Trams were convenient but would have to walk back from them to hotel. Only saving grace for me was obliging staff.
I stayed here for 4 nights and my stay was extremely comfortable. The staff is so nice and helpful. 1. Wifi is great. 2. Tram stop is just 5 mins walking. 3. Room and washroom was very neat and clean. 4. Last but not the least: AMAZING BREAKFAST. Loved it. Thanks to Hotel Inos team for making my Prague trip wonderful.
The hotel staff is incredibly friendly, the premises are clean, all the services are more than satisfactory. The internet speed is great, beds are very comfortable, the shower is small but meet the need, the safe in the bed is very appreciated; no noise at all, so it was super quite at all times. Hotel location although a bit far from the city center (3.5 KM approximately), is very close to a tram stop, which makes the trip to the city a pleasant choice between a 5 minutes ride in tram or a healthy and beautiful walk next to the river (awesome view by the way). I would definitely come back in my next visit to Prague.
This hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms and is conveniently located near old town square (~ 3 Kms or so) at a quiet location very near to the river front. I think it is a very good value for money. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi.
This hotel is perfect for a little get away! The rooms are large, clean and warm. There is a safe free to use. Wardrobe space TV and a large enough bathroom with a shower and hair dryer. The beds are comfortable two singles placed together for a double. Towels were replaced regularly as were the sheets. There is a lift to all floors and an area for breakfast which we had one day priced at 7euro per person. There was a large choice of continental and some hot food (sausages vegetables and boiled eggs). The hotel is off a main road so is quiet at night and our room was right at the front. There is a team stop at the bottom of the road, tickets are available from the reception. The 17 tram goes to Charles Bridge. The 18 goes to Wenceslas square, they are very frequent and only take 10 minutes. The staff were very helpful, reception is manned 24/7. There are a few restaurants in the area and a couple of small shops. The only down side... A standard room doesn't have tea and coffee making facilities. But for the price you pay you can understand why they don't. Everything else was fantastic. …
I stayed here as part of a writing program for 3 weeks. The hotel is relatively inexpensive, so I didn't expect amazing service. Overall, it surprised me by being better than I expected. The rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly. The front desk staff was very helpful, especially when I made weird requests like asking them for cups of ice at night (I needed to ice my knee). The breakfast which was included was good, although at one point they ran out of the one cereal that I really liked and never replaced it. The breakfast had hot food, rolls, meat, cheese, veggies, fruit cereal, milk, yogurt, tea, and coffee. The maid service overall was good, although they did not replace the cups in my room very often (which I found strange since they replaced the towels every day). The rooms are pretty hot during the summer unless you request a room with A/C. I think you have to specially request a fridge and tea kettle because some of the other people in my group had them in their rooms, but I did not. The location of the hotel is pretty good. It's only a 5 min walk from a tram stop with trams that will take you to the Old Town in about 15 minutes.…
