We stayed in the Hotel Pod Lipkami for four days. We are a young couple expecting a baby. We were looking for the moment of relaxation and intimacy and that is what we received from the structure. We had some problems with the air conditioning not working well but the problem was solved by changing the room. But over all we understand that these are things that can happen but that have been resolved in a short time. The room we were given was of a superior grade. The structure is managed by young people smiling and ready to solve problems (especially the daughter of the main owners and Karlen). Breakfast was amazing, In Mediterranean style(also ladies even though they didn't speak English they were smiling and helping as much as they could). The hotel is very clean, located a short distance from the tram or bus stop that goes to the center of Prague.
Hotel offers SPA services.
*Little advice more attention in maintenance and replace the coffe machine 😄
Stay safe and all the best for the summer season!

Third time in Prague and third time at Pod Lipkami hotel.
Rooms are very nice, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast is very good and all staff is kind and always available.
There is a whirlpool and salt cave included and a sauna is available with a small charge.
Downtown is reachable by tram or by walk (40 minutes).
A restaurant with local dishes is available at walking distance.

Most comfy bed we have slept on in ages!
Came from Canada for family wedding. While there, the state of emergency rules became more strict and the hotel staff stepped up to ensure we felt safe and comfortable. Even when we were the only guests there for our final night we felt spoiled by the Spa. Truly kind, professional, and generous people.
The room was lovely and clean, the breakfast buffet abundant and delicious. In the evening, when I expressed how much I had enjoyed the dessert at breakfast, I was offered more to take to my room, served up on a silver platter! And when the buffet had to be closed for Covid, they served us in our room, with a wide array of goodies and more than we could eat.
We recommend the spa pod Lipkami to anyone staying in Prague.

Pro:
Breakfast was fine, rooms and bed comfortable, Ambiente nice, not too much noise at night in the neighbourhood.
Con:
Wi-Fi doesn’t work in the attic floor, spa treatments cost extra money. Worst of all, when checking in, receptionist didn’t tell us (two girls, age 21) that we would need a special card to enter the hotel at night. So we went out one night to party (which in our age in Prague is not uncommon) and came back at 2.30am. The hotel front door was closed and we couldn’t get back in. When calling an „emergency number“ no one answered. When calling the second „emergency number“ we were told that they don’t feel responsible to help and if we couldn’t get in we should just try and knock or go to another hotel for that night. Remind you, it was early march and it was freezing outside. We stood there for at least 30 minutes before I eventually realised through coincidence that the sliding door from the hotel Terrasse wasn’t locked. So we literally were left out in the freezing weather and no one cared. Don’t know if you really want to visit such a hotel.

Still not received a refund for a booking made during COVID even though I have made several communications with the hotel via the telephone. Tried to arrange this through booking.com who just tell me to contact the hotel direct but they just fob you off and tell you someone will call you back. Three years later.. no refund

Ideally situated 15-20 mins by tram from the old town of Prague. On arrival the receptionist was welcoming and helpful.
Our room (14) was just perfect. The bed was so comfortable. The shower was amazing! Nice little rear decked patio area attached to our room.
The bed covers came in two separate single duvets which was odd? A beautiful bed with separate quilts! 🤔.
That aside, the facilities and staff were incredibly. The hotel was clean and fresh every day. Would definitely recommend to stay here. It’s not meant for kids even though there was some small children.
10/10 for this hotel 👍🏻🍻

Amazing hotel
We had absolutely wonderful time here. The staff couldn’t be more helpful, room was beautiful and very comfortable and fantastic breakfast.
The outdoor jacuzzi is big. And the outdoor terrace is perfect for relaxing. You can get direct bus 191 from the airport which makes it very convenient.
Can’t wait to be back.

The baths with various different oils and stuff such as the 'Cliopatra bath' with milk and honey is around £16 and is worth it. The Thai Massage is the most expensive and is around £70/80.
Personally I would say grabbing an uber is the best idea. Very convenient and not that expensive. We didn't use public transport once during our stay the fares were that reasonable.
