Stayed for 3 nights. Overall clean and cosy hotel. Breakfast is simple but good. Room spacious. Around 15mins walk to old town. Depending on which direction you took to the old town, nice walk along the way. Lots of shop and food nearby.
Have just returned from a few days in Prague . We stayed at Archibald City - what a fabulous hotel. Very clean , lovely rooms , with windows you can open . Bedding was crisp & clean , plenty of various teas , coffees to have in your room. Staff very friendly & helpful. Breakfast - wow - what a choice , you definitely won’t go hungry . Fresh baked rolls , pastries , cheeses ,cold meats . Hot food buffet as well Plenty of fruit, yoghurts & cereals. Perfect location to wander into town, lovely restaurants close by. I look forward to returning . Thank you team x.
TV is not working. Rusty shelf in bathroom. Dirty curtains. Cleaning the room means just making the bed. Cleaner Irina. Did not collect dirty dishes. Left room wihout shower gel and etc. Men at reception don’t care that TV is not working. Only good thing was breakfast. It was Ok .
Stayed for two nights. First, confirmation didnt provide exact address for the place. Second, called a number which was on a registration form - a guy could not explain where the place is, does not know surrounding places, was even asking if we are sure we are in Prague??! Two times said a wrong address and doesn’t even know a hotel name in front of their hotel, etc. Room was okay, bathroom filthy. One of the towels was folded but not washed - with brown lines on it ( I bet you can guess what). Went to ask for a new one in the reception, but a receptionist offered a toiled paper or a shower gel instead of a new towel… said the room cleaners are not working and cannot give us any new one during our stay (3 days). Okay. *At least bed was clean enough 😂 Reception guy was not welcoming, barely talking when asked for something, was always uncomfortable walk in or out the place due to stalking.…
I was traveling with car and dog. While a dog is free in other hotels, there is a high charge here, and for the carpark as well- which is a small garage for 8 cars and accessable with the keycard. While in other hotels it is charged in CZK they charge it here in EUR which means a better rate is always the profit for the hotel. Both charges were higher than the room per night with breakfast. The breakfast in this 4* hotel doesnt include scrambled eggs or bacon or something warm. The room was nice and clean, and the staff nice. BUT on the check out when I was driving out I had a flat tyre. To make the long story short I went to a Pneuservice. He checked everything and said someone let the air off as the tyre is ok and I could make my ride for 8 hrs. The thing is, it was ok on arrival, the garage ist only accessable to the renter and staff and it was on leaving and it was not damaged with nail or so. Its for sure someone did it. But the hotel was not offering to watch the camera and said it could not happen. It left me back with a bad feeling.…
This hotel offers clean, spacious and comfortable rooms! All In 5min Walking distance to the City Centre. When we arrived the room we got was facing on to the street! Which was noisy!! So immediately asked to be changed. Staff were friendly and helpful in doing so.. our next room over looked the rooftops of Praha. which was lovely. Breakfast included was only ok!! Needs a little more attention and variety! Other than that, it was a great stay. Thank you.
stayed for 3 nights at the end of febuary, great hotel, excellent rooms, brilliant service, about 5 minute walk to town and 10 minutes from square, very easy to find, breakfast is good and they also do afternoon snacks at no extra cost, would you this hotel again

Stayed here for 4 nights over new year . Reception staff were friendly and very helpful . Room was large on the 7th floor with excellent views of the castle . Food was faultless at breakfast and complimentary snacks afternoon . Ideal for Wenceslas square and national museum . Would certainly stay here again
Service was good, reception was polite and helpful. Breakfast selection wasn’t sprawling but definitely decent. Room was comfortable and clean too. The location is a short 5 minutes walk from Wenceslas Square and another 10 minutes to Old Town Square. Definitely value for money at this budget!
