Great location. Clean. Rich breakfast. Refrigerator full of water every day. No noise. Family hotel. Near trees. The family suite we took located on 3rd floor was the best: 3 windows on big room and 1 big window on small room (for the kids) coming fresh air.

Dear guests, reading your fantastic comments posted on TripAdvisor, certainly gives the team at Hotel Kampa Garden a sense of accomplishment :-) I am thrilled that you enjoyed your stay with us... Yes, Family Suites - these very light and airy suites for four people offer the highest level of comfort and a view of the Charles Bridge, the River Vltava, Villa Werich and the Lichtenstein Palace. In the very centre of Prague, you will find sufficient comfort in the separate bedrooms connected by a common hall which offer a bathroom with a bath. Can be used for accommodation of older and younger generations, for families with children or friends. The team and I look forward to seeing you again soon. With kind regards, Petra Pastyříková Sales Manager

Stayed for three nights for £350. They provided two seperate beds instead of a double bed. The room was quite small, minibar not very well stocked. I asked for room service to send some drinks - they asked me to come down to reception to collect (4 floors). Breakfsst is decent though. Desk was very small and fans were not a high quality either. Generally felt very over priced for a 3 star hotel. Yes the location is nice but not worth the price tag.

Dear guests, thank you for staying with us. I would like to start by apologising to you for not meeting your expectations on our Hotel Kampa Garden*** I appreciate any comments of our guests even those which are less positive. I can not see from your review that solution to your difficulty was looked for. In case you were not satisfied with twin beds there was still possibility to ask reception desk/management for intervention. We strive to ensure that all our guests leave our property satisfied and that they have a wonderful experience. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us! All the best, Petra Pastyříková Sales Manager

A friend and I have just enjoyed 3 nights at the Kampa Garden hotel set on Kampa island next to Charles Bridge, making it central for all the beautiful sights of Prague. Kampa island is an oasis of calm tucked away from the crowds. The hotel was fantastic in every way. We had a twin room overlooking the canal which was very quiet and spotlessly clean. Tea and coffee were provided in the room, and we were treated to a lovely bottle of sekt for my friend's birthday too. There is a free mini bar providing drinks and snacks which is restocked daily. Breakfast was included in the price of our stay and was plentiful with a good selection of hot and cold food. There is a small terrace overlooking the canal where it was possible to take your tea and coffee too as well. It is the

I lived in Prague for 3 years, so knew the location would be perfect for getting around and being close to some of the more visited sites(Charles Bridge, Mala Strana, Castle area, etc). Quiet and comfortable, the room was very nice. Staff was pleasant and very accomodating as well! Great breakfast and the bonus was the lovely terrace at the back of the hotel, overlooking Devil's stream. Wonderful place to enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine, we took advantage of both! We stayed for 2 nights when we arrived into Prague, then 3 more nights when we came back at the end of our trip. It was extremely hot in the city when we first arrived, and knew the website clearly stated there is no AC in the hotel due to the age of the building. They provided fans in the room and at night the

We stayed at Kampa Garden for four nights. Friendly staff and very clean and pleasant hotel. The weather was extremely hot during our stay, so we did miss AC in the room, however there were large fans ready and cold water in the minibar which was refilled every day. It is definitely recommendable to stay here if you want to live close to everything but still enjoy a calm night. Good value for the money.

Dear guest, many thanks for taking the time to write a review about your experience with us. Thank you for mentioning our central location and helpful staff. I will pass this on to my team. Regarding the extremely hot weather in Prague this summer, I would like to kindly inform you that our hotel is an historical building with very strict rules from the Antiquities Authority and for this reason we are not allowed to install air-conditioning. There are ventilators available in each room, however and improvements for dealing with these tropical days as regards ventilation is being looked into. We all look forward to having the privilege of welcoming you back once again. Kind regards, Petra Pastyříková Sales Manager
